I used to travel years ago for work and I would often stay at a Country Inn and Suites mainly for the wonderful hot breakfast that they served ... Check-in was simple and quick, I liked that they mentioned that they were about to call me to check on when I was going to arrive! This Radisson chain has really improved in the 20 years since I had stayed with them! The rooms now are much more modern with comforts we have come to enjoy and expect... Nice sized rooms with a sitting area, easy connection for cellular devices and integrated with bedside lighting. A nice bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area and a fast flush toilet (it's the little things in life that are important) ! A few negatives for me were that the bed was a little too firm and I am NOT a fan of micro-fiber sheets. Also, the one thing that I ALWAYS liked about Country Inn is now a big yawn! The breakfast was a HUGE disappointment! They had hot items but they now consist of rehydrated eggs, flavorless sausage, and a pancake machine that spits out very questionable shaped products! The pool was out of towels and we had to wait for someone to bring some and the pool itself had a VERY rough texture almost gravel like which was NOT great for walking laps! Having said all that, would I stay here again? You bet I would!!!! The room won the day! I would just go out to breakfast and skip the pool...

I searched for shuttle service. And when I got there. It didn't start till 5 am. My flight was sooner than that. Then the person at the counter said she'd take it out of my room deposit. When the website clearly said there was free shuttle service. Add to people yelling all night in the hall. I would not stay here again.

The property was not exactly as advertised, especially the breakfast, pool, and gym. The breakfast was limited in selection with a small sitting area. The pool faces the highway and busy street, with limited seating, water needed skimming, and towels were small. The gym has good equipment, just too many for the very small room. The hotel is in closer proximity to the airport for convenience and although their shuttle wasn’t working, they managed it using Lyft drivers, which worked well. I stayed in the 3rd floor and the hallway smells awful. However, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. This property is good for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The desk clerk told us TVs were not working in several rooms and asked if we needed tv as an option. The hallway floor was very dirty with debris all over. Appeared not to have been vacuumed in days. The room was dirty with a body hair on one of the beds. Very loud racing cars were outside overnight (and the window had been left open before we checked in, which we did not realize). Awful experience.

This is a true bargain. The king suite I stayed in was absolutely a treasure! All the furnishings were high quality. The heavy sliding glass doors to the shower sealed out the water, and the rain shower head was a delight. The bed was an absolute pleasure to sleep upon. I was impressed all around. This is perhaps the best $100 stay Ive ever had!

I called ahead at noon for an early check-in. The front desk said no problem, my room would be ready in one hour and there would be an additional $20 charge. When I arrived an hour later, I had to camp in the lobby for another 30+ minutes. I was still charged the $20 even though I had to wait. As I was heading to my room, the clerk told me the TV’s were intermittently working. Both TV’s in my room had about ten channels that worked and 80ish that didn’t. I’m not into QVC. But that was one of my choices to watch. I spoke to the night manager and explained my predicament. She was kind enough to refund the $20. Finally on my last evening, the TV’s were working. However, the next morning they were not. I’m a bit disappointed with my choice of stay this time. I’m in hotels across the nation 100+ nights per year and this wasn’t one of my best experiences.

We had a great stay here! The rooms are big, clean, modern and so comfy. The beds are literally clouds. We had some problems with Expedia, checking in and Bianca was able to accommodate us and handled the whole situation smoothly. The best customer service. They have breakfast , tons of vending machines and it’s near a lot of food spots. Bianca was so friendly , as well as the rest of the staff.

The hotel was not full, and yet I was given a room right in front of the elevator. Needless to say, I got very little sleep. People were standing and talking by my door while they waited for the elevators. They also banged and bumped into my door with their suitcases when they got off the elevator and while they wait for the elevator. It was very frustrating and there was nothing I could do about it.

We arrived late in the evening, tired from delayed travel and we had to wait close 25 minutes in line to check in. That was frustrating. The room itself was nice, but the window had been left open a crack so the room was warm and took awhile to cool off after we closed it and turn the air up. The air conditioner is pretty noisy. When they say they have shuttle, it is via Lyft which I did not know. I would just say this was average, but met our needs for a quick overnight due to travel problems.

Almost everything was satisfactory about this stay except check in... The staff was great but the only one desk person to check in a long line of guests. Our party had just surfaced from the Grand canyon earlier in the day after three days, all tired, wore out, and in bad need of showers. To then wait 45 minutes to check into our room was not convenient. However, again, staff was friendly and unflappable, but needed more help. Otherwise great stay.

This hotel calld me about 5pm as I was driving to the location. When I asked why they were calling, the young lady informed they were contacting me to be sure I wasn't stuck at the airport needing transportation to the hotel. I do a lot of traveling but I have never had a hotel contact me to see if I needed assistance. I told her I truly appreciated them reaching out and I would arrive within the hour. When I arrived the room was clean, neat and comfortable.. service was excellent.

Unhelpful staff, rooms had been cancelled when I arrived as not paid for even though I booked pay at property rate. Had to argue for reception staff to honour the booking then she only gave me one room when I booked 2 so had to argue for that then room we got had a very noisy aircon so went and asked to swap, she came and inspected the room before she’d give us a new one and made me remake the bed where my son had sat on it. Luckily we were only there 9 hours before our next flight.

The room was nice and clean. Don’t expect housekeeping for a stay of 3 days or less, but you can ask for clean towels etc at any time if needed. We had the same breakfast for each of our three days there. Scrambled eggs and sausage, make your own pancakes, toast and bagels. No yogurt or fresh fruit. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good value for the price of the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy bed, consistent white noise from constant fan in the a/c. Good shower. Thin towels Sliding pocket door on the bathroom is heavy and tight. Would not be operable by a person with limited leverage. Breakfast was adequate: eggs, sausage arrived eventually, plain bagels, cream cheese, raisen bran. Better than some places.

Loved the value, proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle to and from the airport. It took an exceptionally long time waiting on hold with the property to arrange for that transportation, but the staff was very nice once we had the opportunity to interact. There was a lot of traffic noise due to location, so we weren’t able to leave window open, but were able to sleep soundly. Bed was comfortable. Tub was shaped to be dangerously slippery, but a mat was provided if desired. Breakfast was adequate and well appreciated for the convenience. It had scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, and a pancake or waffle maker(not sure which), plus juices available. Would recommend if just need a place to stay overnight for flight. Felt safe enough.

BIANCA was awesome! My son and I almost didnt make our trip due to a glitch in booking. My sons first concert, but Bianca fixed the issue and it all turned out awesome, IN THE END. "Bianca will get the reference." The breakfast was just a bit lacking. The pancake machine was not working. But, other than that it was Amazing!

Clean and well organized. Staff called Lyft for transport from/to PHX airport. Wait time 5 and 10 minutes only. Breakfast is not rich and does not confirm to standards for healthy food. Too many ultra processed carbohydrates, but this is now everywhere because consumers demand it. No fresh fruits and vegetables. Cream cheese, butter, oats /not organic/, some homogenized eggs. Waffle maker did not work. Near the airport, but noise level remarkably low.
