Hottest day of year in Phoenix and its small Pool wasn’t open due to remodeling. I could go up a mile to a sister hotel for pool but frankly I was so hot out I just stayed in room when not at hospital with my mom.

Great location if you have someone to visit in St. Joe's hospital which was my case. Midtown is a nice safe area for walking and exploring. Hotel is okay especially their daily breakfast spread, but like all Hampton's just the basics and nothing fancy. Negatives during my three night stay: thin walls so fairly noisy room, pool spa drained for repairs, really no housekeeping - the one time they came in my room they just left some fresh towels on the bathroom counter, only emptied one of two trash cans, and didn't refill any of the shower/bathroom dispenser bottles; also no made bed, no cleaning of in-room coffee maker, etc.

Good centrally located hotel. No issues during my weekend stay, very quiet and clean area. It is to be noted, parking is not free and it roughly 10 bucks or so a night. Tons of free spots whenever I arrived back late

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. My room had hair on the bathroom floor and bathtub so that was ick. My sheets and pillow cases did not smell fresh. The pillows were soooo flat and had to use all four to get my head a lift. So a little disappointing.

My stay was Unfortunately overshadowed by the Hotel Stay. We had to ask for clean towels every day. The room was never cleaned eventhrough we stayed for 5 Days. I asked twice for the room to be cleaned and the receptionist would just say, 'yes, i see here it is scheduled for today' today came and went and the room was never cleaned. It is safe to.say Next time I am in Phoenix, i will be looking elsewhere to stay. Thw staff seemed unbothered that i had to ask for a toilet paper and towels because the room.was not cleaned. I was very disapointed.

I expected it’d be a much cleaner and nicer property based on the reviews I read prior to booking. It’s not a terrible property, my family and me are just used to nicer properties. Learning experience for the next trip to Phoenix.

This was by far the worst quality Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. The first room we checked into was filthy. There was chunks of random things on the capet, hair in the bathtub, a dirty wash cloth on the floor under the vanity(very visible), and stuff crusted on the night stand surfaces. We complained and they moved us to a second room, again it looked like the floors weren't swept or vacuumed, there was toothpaste or something splattered all over the bathroom mirror and the ironing board was so gross my husband wouldn't use it for his shirt. Both bathtubs had a steady stream of water running constantly because both were broken! And the second room's heater didn't work. Both rooms had a wierd musty smell that wasn't very pleasant. The hallway carpets on all of the floors are atrocious, they are lifted up and wrinkly, creating a tripping hazard, and beyond filthy. The 2 gals we spoke with at the front desk were very polite, but the issues aren't in their control. When we booked the hotel it also said parking included on this website, it has since changed to parking available and states in the fine print that its $10 per night. We were told it recently changed to fee parking and there was nothing they can do about a 3rd party booking. Only positive we can add is that my husband said the breakfast was pretty good.

The window shade was falling off and I could not open the window to look out. The outer shade on a mechanical mechanism also doid not work properly, so closing the window at night was difficult.

The front desk person was very nice. Once we got into the room it was horrible. It was 80 and never cooled off the blind wouldn’t go all the way down (which would have been fine if you weren’t on the ground floor). The wall paper was falling off the wall the shower pipe was falling off the beds are so hard we could have just slept on the floor. But the worst thing was when I turned the light on at 3 in the morning I found old stains on the sheets. It looked to be old blood stains. It was horrible.

The people on the 4th floor above us were ridiculously noisy for quite some time, well past 1 am. By the time 2a rolled around, I’d had enough. I called down to the front desk and spoke with Sierra who said she would ask them to quiet down. 15 minutes later there was no change, so I called down again and Sierra said she would go to their room and ask them to cut it out. Finally around 2:30a they shut the hell up, mostly. Also I ended up cranking my phone on some noise machine app to drown out the nonsense from upstairs. I realize it’s not the hotel’s fault, directly, but I cannot give a good rating for one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Had a horrible experience the night before at different hotel, lucked out and got last room here. Only complaint is being on first floor, could here walking above us, but tolerable and still able to sleep. It was busy everywhere due to state wrestling championships. Our stay was much more pleasant than previous hotel. Front staff was super nice, gave thorough info. Parking was $10. Breakfast was good. Room was super clean, air worked, comfy beds, furnishings looked new. We were only 5 mins from venue. Definitely recommend and will stay here in future if need.

What I didn’t like lady at the front desk charged card said the amount would drop. It dropped until 5 days later, manager did not call when I tried to approach and solve situation. This young lady was very rude and not helpeful.

My wife and I stayed at this Hamptons for three days. Our first night, we had to call front desk which no one picked up. So we went to front desk to complain on people above us on second floor. They were making to much noise disrupting our sleep. We were later told that it was a high school baseball team that was staying at the hotel. Luckily on our second day we had asked if we could move to a different room and manager on site was able to help and move us to fourth floor. Which we appreciated very much. The hotel is located in a great area, there’s a lot of light in parking lot which makes it feel safe. There’s plenty of places to eat and explore nearby. Breakfast at hotel was decent, I was surprised that breakfast changed each day. The entire staff was helpful throughout the three days. I would like to give a shout out to front desk Annali. She was very nice, and professional. I will be back to this Hamptons soon.

I’ve stayed here before. A coworker told me they stayed here and when I booked room, found out they’re associated with Hilton Program. When I arrived, the staff greeted warmly, with a genuine smile. The facility looked clean and up to date. My room was nicely appointed and there were typical noises from inside and out. They have included buffet breakfast. Check outs a snap. I would recommend this motel. Happy travels to all.

The hotel is conveniently located across from Dignity hospital, where a medical procedure had to be done in the cardiology department. The location allowed us to be close to the hospital in case there was an ER situation after being released from the outpatient unit. The hotel is clean, staff is courteous and helpful, the breakfast has a variety’s of hot or cold food and is delicious. I personally like the hot water or coffee available 24/7 located in the lobby.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. I didn't realize this location was next to a hospital, where homeless tend to gather, so I was a little concerned walking back and forth to my car at night or early morning, but it was fine. You also have to pay for parking, I must not have read that in the description. The room was clean, as was the elevator and halls, common area, etc. I have 4 stars because of the homeless outside when I arrived, the hall I was on was noisy, and the pillows were lumpy. Otherwise, all was good. Their breakfast is also open till 10am, which is longer than some others, and they had a good variety of options.

My husband and I were there for neck surgery, It was very convenient for us to stay at the Hampton hotel, being that the hospital was right across the street.. So no driving just walking was a plus for us both, The Hotel staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was top notch Delicious!!!! Rooms are very spacious and very clean...

We picked this hotel originally because it seemed safe and close to dining options. And it was (hospital and medical schools all around). We came back a second time because of that and the breakfast! One of the best breakfast buffets we have had - they do a great job of making the food tasty and nicely presented!

The location and cleanliness and staff was great. However, the two days we stayed Friday and Saturday breakfast at 7:30 and 9 am there was not enough food. After a 20 min wait for eggs, bread, sausage, bagels, coffee no fruit no yogurt only cereal with no milk and no decaf or caffeine coffee and no cups and spoons for utensils the replacement portions were only a quarter filled. Sadly only one staff member there to deal with it all. Fill the food containers all the way to avoid this and this was not an out of the ordinary weekend.
