Good place, clean and very professional and polite staff. However, the room's bathroom needs some update. It is old and ugly. Also, they charge a $20 parking fee which i was very disappointed since i think should be included. I will not stay there again.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Every staff member we spoke with was very nice. The breakfast was awesome. The lady who prepared the breakfast was so nice and she always made sure the buffet was stocked with hot food. We got the room with the spa tub. IT WAS AWESOME. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was exceptional. We arrived later on Tuesday and the person on duty went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was welcoming, kind and funny. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were super clean. The location is very very convenient. It is a very safe area my husband at one point even walk to a mini market even though we had a rental car it was just a nice evening walk and it was very safe. We got checked in by Brittany was absolutely lovely and gave us great service the entire stay and then we had another gentleman named MJ and he did an amazing job every evening. It was just beautiful. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was.

The room smelled like cigarettes covered up by strong perfume. The room was very dingy with what looked like mud hardened in the corners. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The pool had loud drunk adults. Overall very unpleasant. I would not bring my children back here.

Very dated and run down rooms. Our room smelled of urine and was dirty when we checked in. There was hair in the tub, very dusty, dirty carpet and coffee maker had old used coffee bag inside. The blankets and sheets for the pull out were awful. Convenient area.

This hotel was expensive and subpar. The room was dingy, poorly lit, rundown, there was visible rust in the tub, the water pressure was terrible, and we found the a press on nail from the previous occupant in the middle of the floor.

Concierge was friendly and welcoming. Charging for parking is an absolute scam. I'd understand if this property was in the heart of downtown or used a garage/valet , but they have their own dedicated parking lot. Makes no sense. $40 for a weekend for parking is atrocious. Shame on you. They deduct the parking from your deposit/hold. Breakfast was super mid. I understand a free hotel breakfast, but it was nothing special. I don't expect much from fake eggs, and typical hotel fair, but this was on the worse end of things. Rooms were a bit dingy and the lighting was super dim. Even with all lights on, the room felt....dark. Grates on windows added to the overall dark feeling. AC unit on the wall did nothing, and you had to use the actual control on the AC unit. But ours was missing the knob. So it was either freezing, or off. No in between. When I mentioned this I was just offered apologies. Because it's downtown, you need a key to get in. Wouldn't stay here again. Would use the $40 i spent on parking and get something nicer, and closer to Chase Field.

The air conditioning did not work properly. We advised the front desk and they tried to move us to another room to resolve the issue, but the issue seemed to still persist. It made for a very uncomfortable evening and sleeping as it was extremely hot.

Hotel room doors kept getting slammed at 1am, 2am, 6am, couldn’t sleep. People Running up and down the hallways. The curtains in the room don’t block out the morning sun. Can’t close them all the way. Pay for parking? Really? Rip off.

Furniture generally in poor condition. Pull out couch was barely usable. Hotel remedied with “zip ties” but we had to fix on our own due to maintenance not being available. Manager not as accommodating as we liked. Generally poorly run and starting rapid dilapidation.

Felt pretty misled. Her suite was not a sweet. It was two tiny beds with a pull out that had a mattress about one inch thick with every single spring nearly poking through. There were no extra bedding for the pullout bed and when we called down to get it they wouldn't even deliver it to the room we had to go pick it up. Which is fine but I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair so that doesn't make it very convenient when you were elevator is not meant for much more than one person. We waited almost one hour to check in. There was some lady who was an employee from some other BW anne was trying to get her discount but didn't have enough money and was trying to pay with 6000 cards and instead of moving out of the way and waiting to get her things together your receptionist decided it would be okay to keep everyone waiting in the line while this lady sorted out her personal business. One person working on a Saturday night at 8:00 PM. On a weekend of a holiday and a baseball game in town. Disappointed and I will never go here again, and I will make sure that the person who recommended me knows what happened, and they won't be attending either. They stay with you through their company so I will be contacting their company and letting them know my experience. For the price and inconvenience you guys get five negative stars. There was zero handicapped parking available so my family had to drop me off at the front. You need some help an organization at this facility.

Checking in was easy enough however during our stay the WiFi would not work, it wasn’t the cleanest and while most of the staff were friendly one worker in particular was rude. The attitude given to us by her wasn’t invited as we weren’t rude nor disrespectful towards her. We had called hours before our designated check out time to see if we could check out 45 minutes to an hour later instead. The woman on the phone was rude to my dad when we had requested it. Fast forward to when we were originally supposed to check out, the lady at the front desk scolded us for not letting them know we would be checking out later. She was rude and said she wasn’t told therefore we didn’t get to check out later. There should be better communication amongst the staff however I highly believe the woman at the front desk was the woman we spoke to about a later checkout on the phone. We would not stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel very pleasant. Rooms were clean and not dated, nice comfortable beds.24 hour coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was very good.Hotel is conveniently located, the area is safe to walk to Chase stadium or nearby restaurants. We will stay here again.

Very disappointed that the hot tub was not functional. I book my stays based on the property having a hot tub to relax and unwind in, but this one was a tub with hot water. Also, be aware that they charge per parking, which is no where listed on the website. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency with the parking fees. On a positive note, the staff was absolutely wonderful- so happy and positive! And the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing special, but it had beds. Minimal amenities included. Breakfast decent but didn’t vary the entire week. Coffee in lobby nice but constantly weak. Bare bones toiletries. Coin laundry offered for $2 wash, drying free (but didn’t work; ended up hanging laundry by the pool to dry in the heat outside). $3 water for sale. Housekeeping staff very polite.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady taking care of the breakfast was super nice too. The breakfast foods were amazing! So much food to choose from and all very fresh. We also enjoyed the pool in the evening, which was very well kept.

Hotel was okay to meh. Condition of rooms was okay. The bath tub was stained, quality of breakfast was not good. Coffee and tea was not good. Staff seemed disengaged. Location is descent close to convention center. Personally, wouldn’t stay again.
