GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West

Eh, you can tell it's a little dated, along with the lack of other shopping centers. It was built in the 80s based on the pretty woman vibes it once had. Sheets were clean and a nice vintage entrance way. Staff was nice but can use improvement based on presentation and decorum. Breakfest is eh, overall it needs more natural light, new decor to be more modernized with new lights. The energy was a little off as the inside was gloomy and lackluster. It would've been nice back then but its time for new welcoming energy.

They can do better on the breakfast. The pancake machine was not functional.

Front desk staff were warm and friendly. Unfortunately, breakfast was not good and the property does need some upgrades. Overall, it wasn't bad for a short trip.
