Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Tub area had missing tiles around the spout and tub needs resurfaced due to some severe wear. The pool water was very cold and we didn’t stay in longer than a few minutes. No access to bathrooms in pool area. Staff was very friendly, helpful and check in was quick. Would stay here again.

Of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in Phoenix, this was the best one. Staff were nice, especially the breakfast hostess. My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, but could have had more fruit options than just apples. The only issues I had are that the elevator is the only way up or down. And seemed slow, if there were a lot of people staying there, the wait would be longer. The stairs were designated for emergencies only. And while there seemed to be a lot of parking, at night it was completely filled and difficult to find a spot while there were several spaces close to the hotel that were blocked off. It didn’t seem like the hotel had as many people staying there as there were cars in the lot. I also liked that the front door was locked at night but you could enter with your room key. I will probably stay here again as it was somewhat close to, and easy to get to and from GCU.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was tight and littered with trash and broken bottle(s). The bar section appeared permanently closed and the pool table was not operating. The swimming pool appeared clean and private for customers. Hotel is convenient and just off the freeway. I would consider this hotel as satisfactory for an overnight stay.

The first room we walked in had wet carpet from a flooded toilet or something in the bathroom. We were promptly given a new room just down from our other one. We appreciated the quick service and resolution! Our only negative was the outdoor pool was freezing and the first night the hot tub was also broken. It made for a cold swim for the kids.

The staff was super friendly and happy to help. The room we stayed in was ok but the bathroom was horrible. Mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Plugs in the bathroom didn’t work. No counter space to set anything in the bathroom. Put a wash cloth down in the shower to stand on it was so gross. Only do room service every three days. No conditioner in the shower.

Room was clean but the entire room smelled of cigarette besides there being signs of it being a smoke free hotel. In the bathroom there was mold and there was water damage on the corner of the tub. 1 of the 2 beds was pretty hard but pillows were comfortable. The location of the hotel was near a few homeless encampments. Overall not completely terrible but not great either. It was ok for the price and we only stayed two nights.

Our stay here was nice, the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. However the Wi-Fi is atrocious, if you need to work on your computer or want to play games online I would advise finding somewhere else to stay it was constantly disconnecting and when it was connected was very slow. My girlfriend has also stayed here before with the same issue so it was not a 1 time thing. Also they do not take a lot of cards if they aren't connected to a major bank.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Phoenix. We checked around for a hotel that had room for us to park our truck. This hotel ONLY has room for bobtails to park, which we were bobtailing. The room and hotel seemed clean. It was very quite. It had a small refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. There appeared to be balconies on all the rooms. There were several places to walk to to get something to eat and a small grocery store very nearby. We would stay there again

Upon arrival, I was not greeted. I stood at the front desk for five minutes before I was acknowledged. The two front desk ladies were both equally rude and lacked hospitable demeanor. Both of them admitted to “not being employed there long enough to know what to do,” so I asked for someone who did. The manager came out to assist and barely greeted me as well. He didn’t explain what he was doing just that it was “an old system.” He did accommodate me better than his employees, however immediately after I left, I turned around to find all three of them laughing and smirking with one another. Safe to say I will not be returning.

This place was ok . At least our bed was descent . They said I had to call for early check-in. The lady on the phone said we could check in after 12 when we arrived. The lady seemed pretty rude and said we were not able to check in till 3 PM. We went back at two and she was checking several people in and it was the same lady who said we could not check in early. she did give us a handicap room which we did not need. I feel like it was done on purpose. The area is a lot of homeless or strays and we saw some strange people, I wouldn’t say it’s the safest area at nightbut our stay was what we needed it for to sleep and nothing else the rate was decent and that’s what mattered for us at the time.

We waited a while before she finished her calls. The breakfast is just waffles, eggs and biscuit and gravy. It wasn’t very good.

This is a dated property, but functional. The likes: Room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Dislikes: There's a homeless camp nextdoor, and drug dealing going on in broad daylight. Both nights were super noisy with cars and motorcycles racing right outside for hours. Something I've NEVER encountered: Trying to check in an hour early and being told, "We charge a $35 early check in fee." I travel several times a month, all year and I almost always have to check in early. I have never, ever experienced this kind of fee at any hotel, ever.

The hotel itself is great. It was very clean, descent breakfast, friendly staff at a very reasonable price. The hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods so be careful if you decide to leave the grounds. If the hotel was in a different neighbor, I probably would have scored it much higher. But the price would have been much higher as well.

Honestly, pretty good place for the price. Free Breakfast, lobby was clean, some trash debris out front but might have came in from the wind. The area isn’t the best but the hotel was good. Homeless people in the area but didn’t feel unsafe or bothersome. For that part of phoenix that’s what you’re paying for so overall expected the experience I had.

The breakfast didn't have a large variety of options. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. It was advertised to be a smoke free hotel and that people who wanted to smoke needed to do it a farther distance from the hotel but unfortunately people were smoking directly outside of the hotel and the smell permeated the surrounding area.

Front desk staff was great and overall the Hotel was quite comfortable and nice. We did have two problems one being that the bathtub didn’t drain but that’s not the end of the world. The second was an issue with ordering from the kitchen where the man who took our order was not the most personable and then there was an incident in the kitchen, so our food never got made and they also never called to inform us that it would not be getting made. Aside from that it was pretty good. I’d stay here again.

Worse experience staying here! When I arrived that 2 ladies checking me in were great. I stayed at this hotel for 2 night. Once I arrived in my room, I took advantage of the room service. Estimate delivery time was 45-60 mins. 2 hours later someone finally showed up with the food. (And no the hotel wasnt busy) they forgot my soda, and the food wasnt the best. Wake up Sunday Morning around 3:30am, go downstairs to my Truck, my Semi Truck to be exact to find out someone had broken into my vehicle, scattered the window, ripped my dash out and stole the main computer that operates my Semi. I go back into the hotel to ask the ladt the front desk if they have cameras and told her what happen. She didnt seem surprised at all, like this is a common thing. She said only the general manager has access to the cameras. She never offered me his number or name. I asked her do you happen to have any coffee ready, which she with shaking her head no. I mean come on, you can atlease get me some coffee after your security guard wasnt doing his job outside watching people vehicles but instead he was sitting inside the hotel. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. This repair after having my vehicle towed, new window, new computer module has cost me $12,000. The workers definitely dont care and most definitely wont help.
