The pool and spa were not available for use. I do not remember seeing anything about this on the website when booked. I booked this hotel because I like to swim at night and in the morning when I come to Phoenix. The staff advised the pool had been down for two weeks already and would be another two weeks all for maintenance.

Easy check in. The guy was polite and friendly. Stayed 5 nights and would definitely come back. Quiet area. Nice pool and outside area. Breakfst was decent. There are close by eateries and shopping. I had rental so it wasnt hard yo find nearby spots. Loved my room. Great bed and spacious. I even was surprised by the laundry. Excervise room was small but offered a lot of different choices. Thanks for everything.

I was charged twice and the staff member checking us in had no idea what to do. He wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable. The pool wasn’t open, the breakfast was very limited. Would not stay again.

We are not familiar with the area but thought we would stay here. The spa was extremely hot, they did not make my daughter's bed, Not enough towels for 3 people. It was me, my husband and daughter. Not enough blankets and pillows. The entire hotel seemed dirty. We where in the lounge area and two housekeepers where talking and eating their lunch where guest are supposed to be and they where talking in Spanish and cussing while eating. My daughter has taken Spanish in college so she translated to us. In other words they were too loud. What if there would have been children around?! Not ok!

Great location and even though it’s next to the freeway, it was far enough from the noise and hidden from view. Very clean room and the bed was super comfortable! I had the pool to myself almost every morning!

Clean, helpful amenities, super friendly staff, great bed, plenty of easily accessible parking, and it’s currently summer in Phoenix but the AC is excellent and truly cold. This hotel has all of the things you need if you’re practically minded and want a clean, functional, secure place to rest and get squared away on your travels. It’s nothing super fancy but then neither is the price.

It was generally a good stay the staff did a good job keeping our rooms clean. My only complaint is that there were multiple occasions where I found bugs in the room. I found a cricket in the bathroom and a cockroach by the kitchen area the next day. There was also a tiny bug crawling around the bathroom sink. The room does not seem unsanitary itself but it definitely is easy access for bugs on the first floor. Besides this, the staff at the front desk were always very helpful and kind, making the process super easy.

I booked this hotel for my ten year old daughter’s birthday trip she wanted in Phoenix. I called ahead of time and was told the pool was heated, I booked specifically for that reason. When we got to the hotel we found out it was not, but at least that night the pool was still warmish so they got to swim for a bit. We went upstairs planning to watch a movie for a bit only to find the tv was not connected to internet and despite trying all thing, two calls down to the lobby and the front desk person coming upstairs to repeat all the things I had tried our tv never did work for the entire stay. Breakfast was basic but good and the hotel was clean and service was good. Very disappointing however for her birthday stay.

Quiet location, had a good night sleep. However the sofa bed was disappointing with stains and some odd added on foam pads that were to big for the sofa bed. The front desk person apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount for our next stay.

This hotel was nice. The people at the front greet you every time you walk by. They offer free breakfast, which is always a plus. The room size was good for 2 people (king w/sofa), would’ve been tight for my original party of 3. The bathroom was too small and the sink vanity area needs better lighting (maybe white lights instead of yellow). We would consider staying there again if returning to the area.

Everything was good just when we arrived the front desk didn’t seem as excited/cheerful unless she was in training which is understandable. The $150 to be put in hold for reassurance is outrageous. Aswell as someone who goes to sleep early and getting a call when your sleeping around 830/9ish and having someone asking me multiples times if I’m sure I don’t have a dog in my room when I never brought any animals and the lady that called is the same lady that was there when I had arrived. Someone said that there was a small dog coming from our room when there wasn’t any animals in our room that’s what the call was for.

I was planning to stay the night. But had a family emergency at the last minute and I was unable to stay the night. I asked if I switch it for the next night or another weekend. The hotel said no and would not work with me. So I was still charged the full amount.

Our room was double booked. We were sleeping and someone entered our room; we initially thought we were being robbed! When we informed the front desk mgr. she said that could not be and we would have to speak with the general mgr. because she could not do anything. We were told we would get an email or call. Neither happened. Very disappointed with customer safety and their lack of empathy and customer support. The surrounding area where hotel was located had many people homeless and asking for money. We did not see this nearly as much in other parts of the city.

This was a very nice hotel. The service was excellent. During breakfast the servers were regularly cleaning tables and filling dishes making room for the next guest. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I especially enjoyed meeting Norman at the concierge. I had a great stay.

Booked a 3-day stay through Expedia. Had to cancel due to change of plans. Called the hotel the day before and asked them to cancel. They gave me the runaround: said they have no way to refund me and that I have to contact Expedia. Expedia support tried to reason with them, without success. They charged me for three days that I couldn't be there. Yes, I know the policy says "no refunds" -- yet another hotel (Spring Hill Suites) gave me a full refund under the exact same circumstances.

We had an issue with our first room and Elijah, the night auditor at the front desk, was so very helpful. He helped us out and moved us to another room, without an upgrade charge. He was very customer friendly.

Good property for a one night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, even though I was only there for 8 hours. A big bonus was the continental breakfast, it had more options than I’ve ever seen. Definitely recommend this property. Some people said the neighborhood wasn’t safe, but I did not experience that at all.

Our first morning there, a suitcase was stolen out of our car. A witness saw a man walk with it to the end of the lot and out through a hole cut in the chain link fence behind the hotel. When we informed the front desk the manager and front desk worker (both named Jennifer) acted like they couldn’t care less.

This property and it's staff was fabulous! We have no complaints about it. We felt safe, even though the neighborhood was a bit run down with surrounding buildings having broken windows and buildings being demolished. There was quite a lot of pan-handlers on every corner.

Motel was very nice and pleasant. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was the area around the Motel. We felt safe on the property but as soon as we went outside the property the unhoused population begging for money (not food, just cash) looks like to buy drugs, was overwhelming. No restaurants near the hotel. We had to drive several miles to find a safe place to eat.

While we did not have a horrible stay here, I don’t think the price was worth it. The area around the property is not the best, the breakfast area gets very crowded, and the rooms are meh. Overall, it was okay, but probably better options for the price of the stay.

Hotel and service was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. No bread, no yoghurt… All of that “due to nationwide supply chain issues.” (Says the sign on the wall.) Really?!? You made the effort to create a sign, but you cannot get some bread on the counter?!? The grocery store 400 yards down the road sells everything, no supply chain is needed for that!
