The staff were nice. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing good I can say about this hotel. My room had a musty smell, Not entirely clean either. And this is after they switched my room. The TV situation was horrible. First it’s not a large tv and it’s placed in a weird position to where one has to move the entire tv just to watch it from bed. Plus the tv in my room worked intermittently. They had some to come fix it and it worked for about 3 hours then the issue returned. They did offer to swap it out but that when it was working and I was about to go to bed. The rest of my stay I had no TV. The “hot breakfast was lackluster at best. A waffle station and some bagels next to a toaster. That’s it. I ended up with some cereal and milk and went back to my room. I was not impressed with anything about the property or my stay. It felt like I stayed in a hotel room from 2004. I wouldn’t stay there again. There are better options out there

Management was very nice, and after a cluster of issues with our first hotel giving our room away, a second hotel not being able to accommodate us, and a third location also not being able to accommodate us, this hotel turned a 4-hour debacle into a saving grace. They accommodated us, the rooms were perfect, and it was very clean. Saved our weekend.

There was very minimal staff on hand, and you had to get their attention, but once you did they were helpful and courteous. There was one ice maker for the whole complex which was in the main building. Not a big deal but inconvenient. The buffet breakfast left much to be desired. Food was very lack luster and they frequently ran out of one or more items throughout the breakfast time period. All items tasted as if they'd been stored away for some time. The room was spacious and clean for the most part. All items for cooking and extended stays were available. However, the sink disposal in our room did not work and partially clogged the drain. A towel rack fell off the bathroom wall, and the door scraped the floor and was troublesome to close fully. There was also no lock on the bathroom door. Bedside wall lamps were loose and seemed as if they'd fall off if you adjusted them too much. The single keycard we were given de-magnetized itself twice and I had to go to the lobby and get it re-coded in order to access the room. They said it happens if it's next to your cell phone or other cards, but I've never had that happen at other hotels. The lock on the door into the building also was not secure. I felt a little concerned for my vehicle at night, as the property was not fenced in, and right next door to a behavioral health and drug rehab center. Suspicious persons were frequently seen loitering about. Not the worst hotel, but could be much better.

We're very helpful at check-in and immediately gave us a new room when we notified them of the issue with our broken A/C

The hallway and elevator was so freaking hot! The elevator can’t possibly be up to code. The hair conditioner was completely out. It’s even has a side view to see how much is left so it’s obviously plain laziness and poor attention to detail. Breakfast is normally really good but this time was not so good. The poor worker was all by himself and there was a lot people waiting. Coffee wasn’t ready and we went down 30 mins after breakfast started. Pool was still out of commission. We usually stay there once a month. Though the rooms are dated we usually stay here for the great breakfast and clean rooms. A total miss this time. Guess we will look for some place else to stay.
