I will put the pros and cons: Pros, free parking, fridge, microwave and stove top and very cold ac unit. Cons: no ice machine, no daily service, you have to bring your towels to the office to do a exchange. No bedding on sofa bed, it is on request. The are has a Costco, Ross, Taco bell and some other good stores. At was convenient for where I had to go.

1. No breakfast or coffee. Online said grab and go breakfast with coffee. 2. 3 in the room but only allowed 2 towels. Had to go buy some towels at Walmart. If we needed clean towels we were charge $1.75 per day 3. Fold out bed did not fold out completely before hitting the wall. Mattress was stained and full of crumbs. 4. Fridge and microwave dirty 5. Bathroom had red dye stains on the walls (maybe hair dye) and dried pink nail polish on floor. 6.if you needed kitchen utensils you could “purchase” dinner ware for $20 or pots and pans $40 7. No house keeping unless staying more than a week 8. Had to ask for bedding for pull out bed. Was given 1 sheet and a pillow. Front desk lady said they had water issues and were trying to catch up on laundry but wasn’t sure if she would have a blanket for the pull out or not. Luckily we had a blanket with us 9. Pool was never open and was very dirty. I forgot to take a picture. 10. Phone did not work 11. Buttons 1, 2, and 3 did not work 12. Went to check out at 7am and lobby was locked with a sign that said “open from 10am-10pm”.

The hotel desk closes overnight from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Therewere two bath towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and no way to make coffee. There was no microwave and zero cooking utensils. A small pot for boiling water and a cup or two would have been helpful. The vinyl sofa was worn and needed to be reupholstered. There was only one chair at the kitchen counter dining area when there should have been two chairs. Accessablity was good.

This place was filthy! Stains on the walls, food on the sleeper sofa, lights wouldn’t work. Our first room smelled of weed/smoke and immediately requested a new room. Thankfully got one only to be greeted by a disgusting room. Property is in desperate need of renovation and felt unsafe.

I have photos of this room and it is absolutely disgusting. It’s super dirty, unsanitary and just overall nasty…i am EXTREMELY disappointed with the pictures. Not to mention, I booked this with the understanding that there was breakfast just to be told they no longer serve breakfast either. The room smelled of cigarettes as well. I am happy to send pictures of how gross it was!

I never even stayed there. I walked into a dump that stunk, was run down and obviously not taken care of. I went back to lobby which by the way I had ti knock on a door to get them to even come out was extremely rude. This place looked nothing like the pictures in hotels.com. I went back to front desk and they refunded me 460.00. I should have been refunded the entire amount. I then had to go out in a city I don't know and find a place to stay. I was treated like crap. This place should be condemned. I want a full refund

We checked in after our flight was cancelled and just needed to sleep. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was left over food in the trash cans. The sofa bed did not have any sheets and there was not any bedding to be found. We had to sleep in a hoodie on a mattress with stains. Disgusting.

I thought the price was slightly below others around and I chose it for that and would not do that again. It was dirtier than I can enjoy and also the staff was not willing to accommodate for wifi malfunction which is what I needed mainly out of the room for studying for a test I was in town for. The WiFi was down for both days I was there.

I definitely don’t recommend this motel for solo women travelers. Large groups of men hung out for hours drinking in the parking lot. Also the walls and doors are paper thin. I had to double check that the windows weren’t open. The shower made noises all night and the bed wasn’t very comfy. I regretted my choice in choosing to stay here.

While the location was good for getting to the airport, the service was minimal. The desk clerk made me feel like some kind of criminal. I expect giving my ID, bu I was surprised when I had to show an ID for my daughter, who was staying with me in the room, too. She never offered any information on the continental breakfast, which was minimal, or how to get on the internet, which would have been helpful.I paid extra for a room with two beds, but the room was crampted and lit poorly. The beds were ok. The tv was nice but not in the best location, since one had to move it to sit in bed or on the couch.

Received a call from the property at 5:15pm as I was driving from Los Angeles to Phoenix informing me that they were overbooked and did not have a room for me that night after all. They “bragged” about giving me a refund as if they were doing me a favor. They also mentioned their other location nearby but offered no help in getting me booked there or another property despite me asking for such help. Unbelievably rude and unacceptable.

Sheets and towels had some stains. Next door guest smoked right outside the smoke came in. Also, I called earlier in the day and explained I'll be coming late night around 11 pm., and they said it's ok, just call. I did, and it took 40 minutes for someone to open the door.

I booked for the night to stay close to work while I am on call, knowing there were freeway closures and since I live 40 min away this was my plan. I arrived after my shift to rest a bit before my next but lobby was closed and I was unable to check in. I called for help and got a supper rude lady on the phone that said my reservation was cancelled for no show!!! I was tired and no longer able to drive home. I tried to call 3 times to check in because I was running late but nobody answered. When I did show up nobody was at the desk. I had to call from a landline outside the office. When someone finally picked up they said they were done checking people in. I explained I had a reservation with them. Customer service did not care and was rude. I know there was an issue because 3 other people were waiting as well and explained they had the same thing happened with them. Made zero attempts to call other sister properties or to help in any fashion. The next day I called to make sure I would be refunded, that lady was very polite and helpful. I explained to her about her night staff and she said she would tell the manager.

Nothing special typical nonsmoking room with smoking stench the bed wasnt very comfortable the room was clean the carpwt and couch should be replaced. They said they had breakfast but didnt say what tume it ended there were no signs of any type of snack or anything when i went to check. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! they charge for xtra towels, and u only get 2 no matter how long u stay. They also charge to change ur bedding! No Breakfast! Beds are stained so bad you cant see any color except yellow and black. The floors were sticky, and when we first walked in, there was a matinence guy in there shampooing the carpets, so it was wet as well. Price is good but u give up literally everything else.

Room was not ready until almost 4PM. Then, the room assigned had a terrible smell to cigarette smoke. I requested a different room for the smoke and the person at the front desk was insisting that their rooms were smoke free until someone went and check that i was correct. The entire rooms seems to be last updated over 40 years ago. Their "breakfast included" was a little stand with a couple of muffins, some snack bars, some oatmeal packets, coffee and some teabags with hot water. Horrible place and nothing like advertised or expected.

Me, my spouse and 10 year old booked three nights at this motel. The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It was a lot smaller than what was presented in the photos. Bed was uncomfortable. Outdoor pool was not inviting. My child loves to swim but opted out of swimming. The breakfast was non existent. It didn’t feel safe for a family. Front desk was fine, they were efficient but no smiles. That’s okay, they checked us right in and right out a day early. We decided to stay somewhere else on the third night. We didn’t ask or expect a refund. Overall do not recommend for people with children. Location was okay, walking distance to ihop and other restaurants. 15 minutes from the zoo.

It was an old, hotel that needs total renovation. Our room has a sofa bed and when you open it, no one could pass to go to the kitchen or exit door. The bathroom, needs repair shower does not work right, toilet too low. Towels have stains and floor looks dirty. The free breakfast was only muffins, granola and packed ready to eat oatmeal, just add hot water. The place is completely different from the pictures online. If you only want a place to sleep in and shower, it could pass but we could hear the traffic and the bathroom looks old and dirty. The only good points: easy parking and conveniently close to shops.
