The water at the whole property was turned off because of a plumbing problem. We were not told about this at checkin. It was off all night! The staff kept making optimistic statements about when it would be fixed. It was not fixed while we were there So no water for the toilet or shower. They did provide bottles of water. They said we will not be charged for the night. We will see if that is any more accurate than their statements about when the plumbing was going to be f up xed.

Good property for an overnight close to the airport. They offer complimentary Lyft to/from the airport which is a bonus so you don't have to wait on a shuttle. Will stay again if I need an airport hotel.

Great value stayed there overnight. Waiting to connection for the next day. Four kids breakfast provided nice little gym very clean, helpful staff free rides from the airport.

Airport shuttle service was not available when it was supposed to be (driver was late for work). To their credit though, the hotel contacted and paid for a Lyft ride to the airport. There is no place to eat near or on the property, (other than a snack area), so if you don't have wheels it's not great as far as food options go.

Stayed here one night last minute after a flight snafu. Checked in around 1130pm easy process. No airport shuttle but staff will call a rideshare to get you back to the airport. Rooms clean and quiet and was nice as I was dead asleep until their robo system texted me at around 345 am asking if I needed anything 😡 usually get this auto text about 20-15 min after check in (seeing if I need extra towels or such). Completely broke up my sleep and destroyed my rest fortunately did not wake the family. Breakfast was hotel basic egg waffle fruit cereal such. Pool was out of service and in Phoenix in July at 107 outside that is horrible. Fitness room basic and small but clean and comfortable for what was there. Overall not bad for a one night stay if they can fix the robo text system (which I did address to staff that morning and they apologized and said will address to upper management)

I’ve worked in hospitality for 27 years with Hilton being 10 of those years, and from the moment we checked in to to the moment we checked out it was not friendly or pleasant from the staff. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the sheets were dirty. We were placed in another room and the ac didn’t work. We won’t be ever staying at this property again. I’m very disappointed with Hampton Inn and this property.

Staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean but they needed deep cleaning. There were black scuff marks on the walls, handprints on the doors, the restroom floor was dirty, and there was a booger on the wall next to the toilet. The corners of the walls were peeling off and the shower curtain was smelly. Beyond the room, the elevator walls are dirty and they walls walking down the hallway.

Room was ok, clean enough. The bathroom door (barn door style) had the handle torn off so there’s nothing to hold on to. The TV in main room didn’t work, WiFi wouldn’t connect in any of our devices even though we followed instructions. Overall felt kinda shoddy.

The staff is responsive and very pleasant, the room is very large with ample space to relax on the sofa with ottoman. The bathroom is spacious with extra large sink and vanity space for all your travel accessories. Good design for 2 people. Great parking and shuttle service to/from the airport. I arrived in Phoenix at 1:30am after a long day of travel. When I got to the hotel with my pre-paid reservation, I was told there were no rooms; that several people were turned away that day and it would be difficult for me to find a room at a neighboring hotel, especially at this hour. I had literally nowhere to go, despite having a reservation number and a pre-paid receipt for the room. This was a completely unacceptable experience that could have been prevented if the hotel hadn't oversold their rooms to such an egregious extent.

Hotel was fine, but communication regarding shuttle was horrible. After multile phone calls to front desk and Lfyt operators, and hour and half later, through the kindness of one specific driver Alina, she patiently helped and waited for us to locate her. Thanks again Alina for your kindness.

Liked that it was close to airport. Our flight was delayed & the hotel cancelled our reservation. So they didn’t have our room when we finally arrived. They re-booked us into a room that was already occupied. Finally got in to a room after waking other people. Breakfast was good, room was spacious & clean.

Hailey should not be working a customer service job. When we got there, she told us we could not park in front to unload our things. I asked for a cart and she was rude about it telling me I had to return it...of course I return carts! There were 3 of us in the room and very few towels or wash cloths, so I was proactive and went and asked her for more so we didn't run out while showering. She rudely asked me why I needed more and didn't I just check in? She didn't offer info on the Internet, pool or breakfast and I didn't want to have to deal with her, so we skipped breakfast and didn't use the pool. Ashley witnessed some of these things and was very polite and apologized for the rudeness of Hailey. Ashley gets 10 stars and they need to get rid of Hailey. She has zero customer service skills. I asked to have a manager call me and it never happened.

It’s very safe around the hotel. We left the car in their lot for a week while we traveled. No problem. Near the airport. The hotel provides transportation to the airport. Nice pool. Only one problem: no places to eat nearby. Closest restaurants are a 10-15 min drive.

I have to say the breakfast was the best literally hotels usually don’t have good eggs, but they made a omelette. It was amazing. My daughter and I had fun in the pool conveniently close to the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was really nice definitely enjoyed our stay.
