The hot tubs are always working! Any maintenance (small leak from dishwasher) issues that occur are always dealt with promptly and at your convenience. The gym is always clean and not crowded.

The full kitchen was great. I cooked a meal using the included utensils and appliances. They also have propane barbeques near the unit. The bed was so-so. Neither soft nor firm, it was lumpy and uneven.

Nice property, clean, nice views. Parking seemed limited. Needed to park a distance from our villa. We also needed to extend an extra night due to flight delays. The hotel was able to accommodate, however the nightly rate was more than double our original reservation nightly rate.

The properties are very well maintained beautiful location. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space. It is a 20 to 30 minute drive up to Sedona, but it was nice having a quieter location. There is also a back trailhead for which you can get to Cathedral rock very easily. is also located close to the Bell rock trailhead. There’s also a gym which is more than sufficient. We did not get time to utilize the pool or hot tub good local restaurants as well.

The stay was fine. A few issues were that the tv signal was weak on most channels and that there is no elevator so bringing luggage up to any 2nd level room is a serious chore! But the property was beautiful, well-kept and serene. Goal accomplished!!

They are renovating units. Our unit was not yet renovated so looking age with wear. Great views and nice amenities but one pool closed during our stay

Very nice area. The room was new. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The bed was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I wish there were a hair dryer in the bathroom. I liked the shower in the very clean and well-lit bathroom.

Hilton Ridge is located in the quieter more picteresque side of Sedona. Each room has a kitchenette and full size fridge. Beautiful mountain views. Upper pool has a lovely views. Staff is friendly and helpful. I plan to stay again next time i visit.

We booked the room with the intention of using two beds (the pullout couch as one). When we got there and pulled out the couch it was not suitable or comfortable (hard as a rock) to use throughout the stay. Also there were no sheets or blankets provided to use it. It should not be marketed to sleep 4 as it doesn't. It barely sleeps two.

Staff was friendly. When you stay in Sedona you expect a good view. Ours was terrible. We were told by multiple employees that we got the room with the worst view (yay us!) this was a combined trip for my birthday and anniversary so it was disappointing to have “the worst room” at the hotel. We asked to switch rooms but was told they didnt have any rooms available. Besides that, the room was okay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was roomy. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bedding wasn’t very great either. One of the hot tubs was broken. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in our room, but we won’t be booking here again.

Extremely loud, no one slept. In addition the fire alarm was constantly going off throughout the night. We then asked for a late check out and came back to our room to find an employee hanging out (not working) in our room with the door closed—not open like a regular cleaning) and all of our luggage was still in there. It scared us to death when we came back and left us feeling uneasy about whether we had all of our belongings. I alerted the front desk and they were very dismissive. Not recommended.

While the girl who checked us in was rude and it's a ploy to get you to sit through a time share sales meeting, it's nice enough, but hard to relax. They charge an undisclosed $200 security deposit (it's NOT a hold -- it's an actual charge that may be refunded 7-10 days later), so even though we have never damaged a property, we were quite nervous about accidentally doing something that would make them keep that extra $200.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Sedona. We had a studio unit and it was perfect for my son and I. The pullout couch had a really nice brand new mattress. We had an issue with water in the bathroom and they came and fixed it immediately. This is a wonderful value!! We played golf at the course and it is gorgeous. The staff at the golf course were super friendly and helpful. It’s about 2 hours from Phoenix airport and 2 hours from Grand Canyon. Sedona has really cool but hard hikes all around. Gorgeous city!!

The roomwas very clean and refrigerator and coffee machine are both very clean,as well as the glasses and mugs. I needed some extra coffee so I sent a text message to the frontdesk. And I got an answer within 2 minutes! Soon after that the coffee and cream, sugar was delivered. Really love these people!

What a fantastic place! We loved how everything was within walking distance, including grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and a cozy cafeteria. Plus, the easy access to the pool was a huge bonus! Traveling with our three little ones was a breeze. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great quiet location near the red rocks, at the entrance to Sedona area. Nice little area with hiking, shopping and dining. Checking was very easy, very attentive staff, minor soft sell attempt for the time share, but no issues. Standard deposit. Room was studio with large bath, fold out couch and full kitchen. Looks like a recent remodel. Patio. Did not get to check out the rest of the facilities, but there is a workout room DVD rental and other services that you can talk to the front desk about. The room had a about a 27-in TV and a DVD player. It was a nice clean room it has hair dryer large bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion and iron and ironing board. Great stay. Recommended

The sheets were scratchy, pillows were lumpy, the ceiling fan only had one speed (high) and when it was on and the outside lights where shining through the curtains, it created a strobe like light in the bedroom which was annoying. They did not have a single cup coffee machine so you had to make a full pot of coffee every time you wanted coffee. They didn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby but for $4.50 you could by a machine-produced cup. Parking was minimal too and we had to park across the street every night. Would not stay here again although the location was good and staff was nice.

We had a king suite which was great as it comes with a full kitchen. We were able to do some grocery shopping and avoid having to eat out at restaurants for every meal. room was available early, which was great. A little pressure to sit through a timeshare presentation, but we were able to politely decline that.

I loved the fact that it was close to a lot of restaurants. What I didn’t care for, was the layout of the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that they were separate buildings. Also, a complimentary breakfast would’ve been nice! I also told them I wanted daily housekeeping and I didn’t receive it after my first night there. Also, the “balcony” was just 2 chairs on a slab of concrete.. very misleading.
