I really liked the salt water pool and hot tub, and their breakfast is great. I liked how they try to be environmentally conscious. I liked the double curtain in the room; one would just cut down how darn bright the sunlight is, and the other made it really dark so we could sleep. Their gym is large and functional, they have a laundry room for guests, they appear to have excellent accommodations for people with disabilities (I have never seen a pool lift chair at a hotel pool!), and they are pet-friendly. The room we were in had a great kitchen, including the usual minifridge and microwave, but also dishes, silverware, a recycling bin, and a kitchen sink to wash the dishes. This was really nice! Since we always had leftovers from any restaurant we went to, we were able to being doggie bags back to our room, warm the food up and eat it for lunch the following day. It was nice to not waste food we paid for. The only negatives: I wish their pillows would actually support one's head/neck; they need more areas to dry things in the bathroom; I wish the shower didn't leak water onto the bathroom floor; and they need some kind of bell at the front desk to notify people in the back office that they have customers waiting.

We had to wait past the normal check in time, which isn’t great when you have been traveling all day and just want to get settled. Also the outside hot tub was out of service for our entire stay, which was not ideal.

We picked the hotel because it had a bar, but it was closed from lack of a bartender. There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door. Walls are paper thin…. Yes you can actually hear people in the room next door. Free breakfast was very good with omelets. The staff is wonderful.

Initially there was a small concern but the Asst. GM quick took care of it and then went above and beyond. Thank you! We really enjoyed meeting other hikers around the firepit in the evening or in the hot tub, pool was perfect and so was the free breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jacuzzi was down. Bummer. 1 large propane stove outside was enjoyed in the cool evening. Pool per secretary is heated to 80 degrees and even though it was cold, the kids still went in. No towels outside, have to ask at the front dripping wet. Would be nice to stock towels outside. $15 fee to park, not too happy about that when we found out. Must have not read when booking. If so, our fault. Conveniently located around many eateries. Good breakfast that is included. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel! New, clean, and so many amenities. The complimentary Tesla chargers were a huge bonus. Free breakfast, tons of free parking, pool, fitness center, fire pit, pet friendly, and close to everything. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the main street in Sedona is less than a 10 min drive. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself was nice & new but yet the pool was under construction! That however was not in the details when we booked it so that was very disappointing especially being in AZ! Also dont get anything from there snack bar its a total rip off, theres no prices they just charge it to your room!! They charged 20$ for a pint of Ice cream, if I would have known I would have just walked to the gas station! 😡

Room felt very sparten. Kitchen area ok but poor quality sofa and lack of furnishings. Painted walls felt like they were waiting for a final coat of paint. Initial room we were given was not properly cleaned - crumbs in sofa and toenail clippings on the floor. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. Parking wasn’t free when you’re paying $100 per night at a hotel you would think parking is free. When we got to our room the sheets were dirty. There were little bloodstains or something that looked like blood on them. We got in very late and we were exhausted after our drive so we did nothing about that night. Thinking that the room would get cleaned the next day, and hoping that the cleaning person would see the stain would change the sheets. The room never got cleaning service all 3 nights that we were there. I also thought I booked a room with a balcony and the room we got didn’t have one. So it was a little disappointing but the hotel alone was nice and very clean.

Good desk and chair if work stay. Very good room darkening blinds. Great friendly staff! Good parking. Very nice breakfast complimentary, fresh fruit. Pool ok, bbq area in back. Lots of food options around. Recommended!!

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Sedona. It has great amenities and the room we stayed is was very nice. It had a mini kitchenette, nice TV, comfortable beds, a dining table, big balcony, and nice and clean bathroom. It should be noted that this property is in the village Oak Creek which is 15 - 20 minutes from proper Sedona area.

Room was nice, spacious, well maintained. However the hotel is on the main road i assume so it was VERY LOUD at all hours and made it very difficult to sleep. Also during online check-in, asked if I wanted housekeeping which I said yes to and then never came in my 3 night stay

Overall nice property. Scenic and convenient location. Didn’t have face cloths and towels in my room, so took a quite a while to get them. Sleeper sofa in our suite wasn’t comfortable, needs a better mattress. Free breakfast had very limited food options.

We were able to check in early which was nice, but we were assigned a room on the first floor near an exit which was noisy. Also the window shade was broken so we could not enjoy the sunshine.

We stayed this past weekend. The room was clean and ready. They were short staffed I think as they kept running out of plates and bowls for breakfast. No hot water for teas. Had to wait for towels. The bartender didn’t show up on a Saturday didn’t have a back up.

I reserved a specific room, the staff insisted the room they had for us was the 1 bedroom suite ,the room they gave us was a studio. The rooms are nice, but we wanted what we wanted- it’s very obvious what we reserved wasn’t what they had for us. Basically it was “take it or leave it! I don’t like dishonesty and that is what we got with the young woman who checked us in- there is a lot more to this unfortunate stay, but this is the part that is what will keep us from ever returning to the Element. Again, beautiful property, just do not like the dishonesty followed by zero attempts to correct their mistakes.

There is a welcome scent as soon as you walk in the door. From the front desk staff to the breakfast cook to house keeping everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Had a wonderful stay, hopefully will return soon.

The hotel was beautiful. When I was checking in there was no one on reception. When she appeared she was disheveled and rude. I had paid in full on Expedia for this reservation and have just discovered she also charged my card in full directly for the room. I stayed in 10 hotels in 10 nights for a work trip and this was by far the worst customer service. Every other hotel was lovely and on calling the help line to rectify this situation, the nice gentleman asked if she had asked for my rewards number-I told him no and that I felt lucky just to get a room key from the patronizing staff member on the desk. Save your money and go somewhere else! Plenty of beautiful places to stay where you will meet wonderful people!

We initially thought the property was fake after looking at the photos online. However, we were pleasantly surprised by what a great value. you get for your money. Close to plenty of hikes in Sedona and only a 15-30 minute drive away from Upper Sedona and the other attractions in that area. Really was an enjoyable stay for a great price.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Sedona. It has great amenities and the room we stayed is was very nice. It had a mini kitchenette, nice TV, comfortable beds, a dining table, big balcony, and nice and clean bathroom. It should be noted that this property is in the village Oak Creek which is 15 - 20 minutes from proper Sedona area.

First time staying in Oak Creek. Loved the location, walking distance to several nice dining options and some shopping. Room was spacious and clean, bed super comfortable. Front desk always smiling and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Things to note, in high season drive time to Uptown Sedona can be 30min.

This was my first time booking with Element Sedona and based on my experience, I will definitely book with them again. The location is perfect!! In the heart of the red rock region, driving in any direction, your eyes are constantly feasting on the areas beauty. You are close to a significant portion of the known landscapes, like Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Yavapai Vista. You are 2 hours away from Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Oak Creek. The hotel is in a quiet but convenient area. Easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations, without the area feeling commercialized. You can walk to some shops or drive if needed. Everything from the architecture in the area to the natural beauty and charm of Sedona is truly amazing. It is challenging to articulate the magic of Sedona. One has to experience it to understand its charm. Element Sedona does a fantastic job in its service and amenities offered. Breakfast is different each day and has a good variety of options. The hotel is clean and smells great when you walk throughout it. Plus there is parking on the premises for a fee. I recommend this location for families, couples, and singles. While I stayed with my partner, I never felt overwhelmed from loud speaking or inconsiderate guests. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. This is definitely a great place to stay while in Sedona!

I went to breakfast area at 8:50AM , many items had been finished but no refill . Specially Orange Juice. Banana is finished but no refill on the basket . Yogurt items finished but no refill . I think breakfast should ready as per your guest count

Breakfast was not good. We attended breakfast 3x. Every time we had to ask for items not replaced. There was no yogurt, no muffins, no white bread, etc. They were added eventially however by the time they did it, we left already because it took so long. Bagels were not sliced. If you used their cutter it mangled it to pieces so that you couldn't toast it.

We stayed this past weekend. The room was clean and ready. They were short staffed I think as they kept running out of plates and bowls for breakfast. No hot water for teas. Had to wait for towels. The bartender didn’t show up on a Saturday didn’t have a back up.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when checking in. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool/fire area and we were in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. We really enjoyed the Decanter tasting room that was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and featured an omelette bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Element Sedona. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Basic new, clean no frills hotel in Sedona. Provided breakfast only offered one entree each day. No mention of happy hour specials. On the outskirts of Sedona so definitely need a car to get to downtown Sedona village. A handful of restaurants within walking distance. Served our purposes for our trip to Sedona.

I selected this property based on the great reviews. We stayed one night at Elements Sedona and overall it was good but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. We had a two queen studio right next to the pool and when we checked in we were told pool hours ended at 10. Unfortunately this is not enforced and there were kids in the pool making a ton of noise until 11 pm. When I called to complain about the noise I was told “well the gate to the pool locks at 10 but we don’t enforce people leaving the pool area at 10” I found that response odd being that we had just checked in a few hours prior and we were specifically told the pool closed at 10. So if you want to sleep bring earplugs. Additionally, breakfast felt incredibly disorganized. All of the food “stations” were in different places in the breakfast area for yogurt, toast, cereal, etc. Then they had one person working the hot food option and the line was easily an hour long to get the option of the day which was a bacon and egg quesadilla. I feel this could have been better organized and a much quicker option if they prepared the food in advance and wrapped them in foil and set them in a food warmer for people to grab. There were no other hot food options like just bacon or waffles or anything. It was a nice hotel but they could enforce pool hours and make breakfast more streamlined.
