We had a great stay at Kokopelli Inn. Our room was modern and clean with great ammenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price as great for this place! The breakfast had healthy options. Comfortable seating outside and the heated pool were both bonuses. We really enjoyed that it was right on the 'scenic highway' and close to all the natural sites and hiking trails.

Stayed two nights w my daughter, felt very safe. Great location, very clean, convenient to dining options & hiking. Val at front desk very helpful . The pool was clean, warm & a nice place to relax they also had comfortable couches with a fire pit. Highly recommend very reasonable.

This hotel has been recently renovated and the pool is still in repair, but the location and the view are amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The guy who checked us in was friendly and funny. We enjoyed the evening sitting on the patio with the fire table and chatting with friends. It was nice to be able to walk across the street for dinner . Overall a great place.

We arrived after dark to the property so we were not able to see much onsite. We had a room on the second floor facing the red rocks. The view was amazing. When I booked this place, it showed outside seating with fire pit. It was deceiving in the picture and I thought the property would be at a high elevation, not roadside. The outside seating and fire pits were just outside the lobby door in the parking lot area next to the small pool(we did not use). The room was well appointed(less an iron and ironing board) and very modern and renovated. There is not an elevator to the second floor that I saw. Bed and pillows were very comfy.

Nice enough remodel. Room had a horrible musty smell from the A/C like a moldy filter, staff didn’t seem concerned or able to fix it. Breakfast was a pathetic afterthought and they should just scrap it.

First time staying and was very impressed. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Very quiet room as we didn’t hear anyone next to us, doors slamming, etc. Nice having a refrigerator and microwave. Both of which were very new and stylish. Will stay again if in the area.

The weather was amazing. The hotel location was great, close to hiking and great restaurants. The actual hotel room was somewhat dirty and smelled so strong like bug spray that my clothes smelled like bug spray the whole trip. It was hard to breath because of the bug spray fumes.

The rooms are so beautifully renovated! While the door technically leads outside instead of a hallway, it didn’t feel remotely like a motel. Very clean and comfortable.

Although the property is updated, clean, and functional, and the staff were 10/10 friendly, accommodating, and helpful, I was really disappointed in how noisy it can be at night. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every stop (stomping) upstairs. We could hear the TV and conversations of the room next door. One time our headboard even moved when the door next to us closed. It was so bad our first night that I actually requested a different room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel was booked, so there was no choice, but they did ask us to let them know if it was too loud after 10PM. I'm really surprised that the remodel didn't include any remedy for the thin walls or added any noise buffering. Again, the staff and site were great, but given the other options on that street, I'll probably choose another location next time.

Room was a good value. Nothing negative encountered. While situated on the main road in/out of Sedona there was no traffic noise heard in the room. Second floor occupant's footsteps could sometimes be heard. No room-to-room voices / TV / Utilities /etc.

We were on our second-to-last day of driving across country, and when we arrived, we were met by the most friendly and helpful man at the front desk. Our room unexpectedly had an incredible view of the beautiful red rocks in the distance. The room was clean and updated, and I ESPECIALLY appreciate that the hotel uses pump bottles for shower products instead of single-use plastic bottles. I will say that in the morning, my partner brought his poodle to the office and peeked into the dining area, and he said the woman at the desk was inexplicably extremely rude to him when telling him dogs were not allowed near the breakfast area (something he just didn't realize before entering the office). She was rude enough that he immediately retorted to her comments and walked out. Other than that, we had a really pleasant experience here and really appreciated the help we got in the evening.

The WiFi hasn’t worked since we checked in. I’m now out of data after using Front desk lady snapped at myself and another guest for walking in at 2pm. Neither of us said a word. We were told to come back at 3. The policy is fine, the delivery was rude & unnecessary. The guy who arrived at 3 to relieve her was very nice.

The staff was great, did the best they could. The company changed names and software the day before and wasn't compatible with rooms that were pre-paid. (From online websites like expedia) Making check in a nighmare. 2hrs later finally got a room. Room was quiet, beds comfy!

Great stay. The staff was so incredibly helpful and thoughtful. We had a very late arrival snd Alec waited for us. He also had the lights and heat on the room. Continental breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed talking to Val as well at the front desk.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Horrible experience. I arrived and got checked in. Then went to the car and forgot my key and couldn't get back in. There was no one there. I called the phone number to see if someone could help me get back into my room and it stated, you could not leave a message and they would be back at 6am. Horrible experience and had to sleep in my car for the night. They need a better system if this happens to anyone else and you should have a way to communicate with the office! Will never stay here again and i DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! They didn't offer a refund or discount or anything!

Check in was great the young man at the check in desk was very helpful and friendly he made us feel welcomed. During our stay he was very polite he assisted without any hesitation. The two ladies in the morning Liz and the one at the front desk were rude and were overheard saying something negative when I requested the comforter be changed because it had food stains from the previous guests. The desk lady told the lady serving breakfast that she was aware that the comforter was dirty and had hoped that we didn’t notice. She did however bring up a replacement within 15 min which was very much appreciated. During the evening shift the young man was as great as the first day and assisted with a few requests and was still as friendly when I saw him in the lobby in the morning. Overall (aside from the rude ladies) I loved the stay, the rooms were clean and aside from the dirty comforter everything was great and will most likely consider staying there again and recommending to friends and family.

It's a motel. We just stayed for one night while passing through Sedona and I'm glad it was just one night. It was Memorial weekend and prices in the area were astronomical. We payed $384 and I wouldn't pay more than $120. The photos on Expedia were a bit misleading This hotel wasn't near any local attractions and there was nothing within walking distance. The front desk staff was very nice, though. I just didn't think it was worth what we paid, even on a holiday weekend.

The Staff at the Kokopelli Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The views of Bell Rock were amazing from our room. simply amazing. We loved that the hotel is in the Oak Creek area, which is our favorite area to stay in Sedona. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel allowed pets - huge must as we travel with our dogs. The hotel itself was a bit lacking in amenities considering the price. The morning continental breakfast was not the best quality food, and the coffee was on the poor quality side. There was no daily room service. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot - and there is NO hot tub! There is room for improvement in this hotel and I would be willing to get it another go, if the breakfast, especially the coffee quality was stepped up many notches; and if the amenities were improved upon.

Suoer easy check in. Great staff! Nice room and spacious. Pool was my highlight. The continental breakfast was fantastic! The yogurt machine was fantastic! Wish i had one at home lol. Great location easy walk to restaurants and shops. Wood Floors in room could use a deep cleaning. But not a big deal. Parking in front of room. Like that!

This Motel didn’t look so hot from the outside but the view from our room was amazing. Make sure to get a room on the Northside. Employees were very nice. Breakfast was sad. Eggs, toast ,waffles cereal. That’s it. No bacon, sausage. They did have apples. Again the employees were very nice. Good location as well.

Stayed two nights. Lobby closed at 8pm and didn’t open till 7:30am…NOT visitor friendly. Also no partition between bathroom and sleeping area disturbs people still sleeping. Had to use same towels the second day! Breakfast area is tiny and only pastries and yogurt provided!
