The pool was green, and very the people using it broke all the rules with food and smoking and loud. The happy hour was a joke, we received a small bowl of broken chips with nacho sauce the first night, didn’t go the next and then they had a small boiled hotdog & bag of chips.

This hotel never disappoints. Super clean, super friendly and has a resort atmosphere. Everyone there is always smiling and helpful. The pool is warm and the hottub is hot. Both are cleaned every day. Free breakfast is huge and offers more choices than any hotel i have ever stayed at. The two free drinks per person with lite snack is served every night from 5 to 7.

I stay at La Fuente every month when I come for work. The staff at the desk have always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice for the price, but I have been a bit disappointed in the cleaning job at check-in over the last few months. Last month, there were still crumbs on the table upon check-in.

From the moment I opened the door to the room I was choking from the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. It smelled like people had been chain smoking in there for days. The toilet seat had layers of film of what I can only imagine was human excrement. There were finger nails on the floor of the bathroom as well as hair in the sink. I could not even last in there more than the two minutes it took me to look around because the residual smoke was so heavy, I couldn’t breathe.

Stayed in February 2025 and pool and hot tub were both warm/hot and enjoyable to use. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Very clean room and employees are very nice. Look forward to staying here again.

We liked this hotel but wasn’t informed before we booked, that the pool was closed for renovation. Hotels.com was supposed to let us know. We were put on the 2nd floor with no elevator and heavy luggage. We went to shower and found hair in the shower twice after it was cleaned.

We did not eat the breakfast. The rooms are dated but very clean. Staff was fantastic. It was very noisy. Every time the people in the room above us walked around the floor creaked very loudly. You could hear people leaving in the morning rolling their bags along and talking. Not great sound insulation. I’m a sound sleeper but the noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night.

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the stomping of our upstairs neighbors late at night. Either the walls/roofs are thin or some amazons were staying up stairs. Other than that when the stomping stopped the stay was excellent.

We stayed in a suite with a very comfortable king sized bed. Excellent shower, good Wi-Fi. We only had coffee, but the breakfast offering looked above average. Relatively quite AC was aided by ceiling fans in both rooms. Only negative was pre-check in app didn't transfer any information to front desk; I had to give the front desk clerk everything except my drivers license.

The property itself is nice, however the building I stayed in, felt poorly constructed. The floor flexed and creaked underfoot, as did the bathtub while taking a shower. Every sound from every person who walked past, or was staying in adjoining rooms was heard clearly.

The airport shuttle AND the shuttle to Marietta Dental Care was outstanding and helped reduce stress. This was very much appreciated as my husband was ill. Additionally, staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

I'm a repeat customer. I find the staff very nice and efficient, the rooms are clean and they have impeccable standard of maintenance. The hotel is always improving itself with fresh paint, decor and landscaping. I know there's lots of competition in the area but I find La Fuente a welcome oasis. I love the lay out of the patios, gardens and pool in the center of the building.

The stay was very stressful. We rented two rooms. There was a loud pool party with nonstop screaming, running, loud noises, and music blaring from 6PM until 11PM. The staff was informed by me and several other customers to no avail. I tried to checkout and leave to another hotel, but because I got my reservations through Travelocity, I would not get my refund from them. I needed to go through Travelocity. So we decided to grind it out. The stay was horrible and the staff was not helpful with the situation. They claim there was a baseball team on site and they were having a party. And that it was allowed until 10PM. But it was ridiculous and not worth the stay at all. I would rate this "ZERO" stars if I could.

Yes, the room was nice. The property is excellent and laid out comfortably. Also, there was a few minor issues that their maintenance staff handled efficiently and professional. The morning. Breakfast was very good and all of the staff people were friendly and professional.

Cassandra at the front desk was wonderful and helped us to feel welcome. She let us know about the happy hour event even though we were not able to attend. She also took her time to ensure we were in a comfortable room for our over night stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Went to check in I was told they didn’t take my card which was chime, she cancelled my room but took money out of my acct for the room. If you don’t take my card you shouldn’t have been able to take the money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival to this hotel the young lady behind the desk immediately came to help me as I am a senior citizen and handicapped. She showed me everything I needed to know to make my stay comfortable. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast laid out it had anything and everything someone would want to have first thing in the morning. I give this five stars. The young man who was at the reception that morning could not do enough for me. He was polite caring and professional. I had left two very important items in the lobby of the hotel he immediately called an Uber for me and I went back and collected those. This is a hotel that I will always stay at as I give every aspect five stars!

When we pulled up to La Fuente we were maybe a bit underwhelmed, it didn’t look super great from the outside, and there area around it didn’t maybe seem that nice if I am honest. Once we were inside though things improved a lot, the inner courtyard is really nice and looks just like the posted photos. The pool is large and my kids had a lot of fun in it. There are bbq’s available, we didn’t use them but they looked nice. I would maybe dock some points as the pool area has some caution tape up in certain areas with no explanation as to why. The rooms were pretty average, but nice enough for the price. Our room was humid with two AC units running the entire time we were there as it was 110F while we were there. The included breakfast was hands down the best I have ever seen at a hotel. So much variety, fresh, with friendly staff and a large clean eating area. We felt bad as there was a lot of food prepared but my family was the only people there to enjoy it! Overall I would say that this is a decent property, and staying here was a good experience, but maybe not exceptional. It is a good value and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Hotel was average. It's completely under construction so there was no pool or hot tub access which was the exact reason we booked the hotel. We were there a few days and the hot breakfast was the exact same thing every day. The bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed either of us have ever slept on. The staff was nice the location was convenient. Nothing amazing but nothing to make you run screaming.

Was quiet the first night and a little louder the second but there was some army stuff going on in town. Overall very happy with everything. Staff was super nice and friendly, accommodating with the airport shuttle early in the morning. Location is perfect location, can pretty much walk anywhere you need. Breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast, the salsa is amazing! The pool was dirty but I’m not familiar with outdoor Arizona pools so that just might be normal. Will say we will be staying when we are in town again next time!

Very friendly staff. Loved the pool and free cabanas. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to hwy. Lots of restaurants right across the street and free breakfast was more than your average free continental breakfast.. omelets, sausage, potatoes and then all the traditional continental breakfast stuff. We WILL stay there again:)
