The pool was dirty and the hot tub not heated, not sure you can all it a hot tub, Facet in shower leaked hot water which turned the room into a sauna when manager was notified they didn't care, guests next door were loud and played music at 3 am, no one cared, breakfast consisted of burnt coffee and waffles that stuck and bananas

Room was clean, amenities very good, and the staff very helpful. Exceeded expectations for such a reasonable price, will stay there again. Nice pool, but not heated, hot tub not heated.

Swimming pool tiles had mold in the cracks, no filter pump running. Phone in the room was dead all weekend . Entering bathroom saw hairballs. Showered only to have water still dripping almost flooded bathroom. . Don't think I'll return

Room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Little noisy as we were facing highway but quite after 10. Nice area to walk the dog with picnic tables. No coffee in the room, hot tub not working and breakfast was dismal. Still all in all it was a good nights sleep with no issues.

Everything was clean and efficient. The beds were comfortable. The pool would have been available had it not rained. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and courteous. The place is quiet considering it was a holiday week and in a central location. The value for the price is exceptional. The location is great! The dining selections are all walking distance! There are national chain fast food, buffet, pancake house, burger joint and a locally owned Mexican restaurant! There is a major shopping center less than a mile away. There are historic attractions and many loval events for the season. 3 local tribe casinos as well.

It was a decent place for the price. Front desk personnel were reasonably helpful. Beds were comfortable. AC was loud but had to keep it on all night because the room was stuffy/hot. No bedbugs, as far as I could see, but a baby roach greeted us upon entry to the room.

Recorded a few cockroaxhes in the room anne the ownner did nothing. About it besides the hare expected minimum which was he had someone come in and spray the room and kept us in the room. I wanted a full refund and he denied it and also denied giving. Myself n my toddler a accomedation stay afer i was there for 3 nights during tthe same week paying 100 dollars a night. Didnt pay to stay n slleep with cockroaxhes in the bed .

I had heard horror stories about bed bugs but had never seen one, until this stay. Thankfully, we were just stopping for the night and had kept all our belongings in our suitcases. With the light still on, we noticed a bug on the sheet, after a quick Google search, we confirmed it was a bed bug. We immediately notified the front desk, and the staff member was kind, apologetic, and quickly moved us to another room. She said she would inform the manager, which we appreciated. However, even after moving, my family and I no longer felt comfortable. The continental breakfast was also disappointing, just cereal, a waffle maker, and granola bars. While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was unsettling and the amenities were lacking. I will never stat there again.

The hotel has been refurbished and is very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing! I made this my favorite go-to place to stay when in Yuma. It sits pretty close to a couple of good shopping centers and there is great food all around. It's also super easy to get to, so close to route 95.

I’m kind of surprised it’s not rated higher. It’s a bargain and the room was nice. I did have to change rooms due to a funky smell in my original one, but the staff was very accommodating and I got the room right next-door so it was an easy move. The swimming pool was nice and clean and hardly anyone was using it on memorial day weekend. There’s a smaller pool next to the main one which was probably a Jacuzzi at one time, but I guess now it could be used for a kid’s pool. The entire staff was very nice and housekeeping. Staff were helpful. The parking was good and there’s a Burger King and IHOP right next-door.

Had problems checking in when I gave the receptionist $100 for a deposit and then got a notice from AMEX advising they were also charged for the $100 deposit. The receptionist called her manager and it took several minutes to get them to give me one of my deposits back. The only item available for breakfast was cold cereal. I was advised they no longer serve waffles, damish, muffins, yogurt, fruit or anything else. The walls are very thin and youcan hear the conversations in adjoining rooms. I would not stay at this hotel again, even though it was clean.

I got in behind another party who was already waiting to check in and I waited about 6 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. This was at prime check in time. They should of had 2 people at the desk and they had none.

the desk attendant, Gil, didn't come on until 7am. it was approximately. 6:15 am and no taxes were available. Gil took time out to drive me to the border at Algodones. Super helpful and nice guy

The staff is always AMAZING! Shout out to Omar!! We had to leave a day early for personal reasons. We were looking forward to the stay and WILL be back! This is our place in Yuma!!! Great property, amazing beds & rooms, but mainly, THE BEST STAFF!!

I booked a king size bed room and when i got there they gave me a 2 double bed room without letting me know. I called the receptionist to let her know about the issue she just said they didn’t have any available at the time of my check in. I did my reservation like at month in advanced.

Hotel looks old but has been redecorated and looked nice. Breakfast was very meager. 2 flake type cereal, nothing kuds would eat. Waffles good. No proteins. Not even boiled eggs, yogurt, peanut butter or meat. No tiadt or pastries. Only waffles.

Will never return, bed was good but I had to put trash bags up in the window to mitigate light in the room at night. Kept me up most of 1st of 3 nights. drapes do little because of how they are hung. Breakfast was great if you love sugar, are not diabetic and really like waffels or cereal. Worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Coffee was really sucky.

Breakfast is almost non-existant. cold cereal and a banana along with coffee or juice is about the only option. Room was clean and updated. have stayed there before so chose it again. numerous eating establishments both sit down and fast food are either in walking distance or an easy drive. Shopping mall and movie theater are within a mile. We go to yuma a couple of times a year and will more than likely stay at this motel again.

After a long vacation. We stayed here and needed the rest. Very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed making their own waffles . We are coming back for sure in Sept.

Nice Rooms......,No access to the pool. Asked about it numerous times never got an answer. We were in town a week and no one ever responded. Only 1 operational Ice machine for a multiple story hotel. No ice frequently. Breakfast bar consists of of waffles. Few other options and no fruit. They did have juice.
