Best beds we have slept on in many a hotel stay. Excellent pillows and sheets. Outside pool was dirty and full of foliage. Shame to have that negatively impact outside looks.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Staff was great and overall, it was a great place to stay. Something to point out. Pool was not heated and not very clean, so I did not use it. Area around hotel isn't that great, with few choices for food or things to do.

Was a great stay. The only issue we had is that the pool appeared a bit dirty and not cleaned (full of bits/debris). However, could not fault the rest of the hotel. Room was nice and clean and staff were fab. Had a nice breakfast too. Would recommend to others

This property could use an update. Our room was upstairs (and surprisingly, no elevator) so we had to take our luggage up quite a few stairs. For those with mobility problems, this would be a big obstacle. Our hotel room was small and the shower/toilet area was very tight. Breakfast was ok, but we had better at other hotels during our trip.

I absolutely love the fact that there’s a refrigerator and a microwave. Being on the road for long period of time. I’d like to just have a snack in my room and keep my drinks cold along with my medication‘s. Thank you for having these conveniences for us. It sure makes our trip worthwhile.

I stayed here 20 years ago with my Mother on a Route 66 Trip. I was pleasantly surprised how well it has stood up. The added Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. I enjoyed everything about this property. I even utilized the Fitness Room. I had a very nice experience.

The floors are laminate and my floor was very dirty. I went to tell the front desk clerk amd she just kept telling me that the room was cleaned. It took several rounds of this before I finally got my room changed. Then the new room's AC unit was loud. I just dealt with it bc I didn't want to change again.

The bed was pretty comfy and the pillow pretty good. We got a nice email before going that was welcoming. The room wasn't expensive. It was noisy, right by the railroad yard and when we opened the window, which was really, really dirty, we were right next to what must be the ventilation system for the property. The hallway smelled bad and when I entered the bathroom I stepped in a puddle, which I didn't see, so I got dirty footprints all around the bathroom. Not sure where the water came from, but possibly from under the sink drain. The faucet leaked and the shower head was chest high, so water hit out stomachs. It was a handheld thing, but you can't hold it up and wash your hair with both hands and when you set it in the cradle it would move and spray to the side. There was a black ring inside the toilet. When I told the desk person about the water on the floor and how I had tracked dirty footprints all over the bath room and the drippy faucet she said she'd tell maintenance the next day. It's in an industrial area, but there is a Foster's Freeze a couple of blocks away, so I could drown my sorrows in ice cream. I had been to another Baymont the night before that got a great review from us, so this one was was below expectations.

Upon entering our room, the frig was WHINING, very loudly....I went to desk to advise and she said..."they all do that when the compressor is running. Nothing we can do about it." And, that was that. So, I turned off the frig for our o'nite stay. You are unable to close/shut the door of the ladies bathroom in the hallway by the "diner'. It is off balance and needs to be fixed. Room was clean....slept well. Breakfast was generous. No hardboiled eggs avail. We did ok.

We asked for extra pillows, but were told they couldn't find any extras for us. Strange, since the hotel was not sold out. Breakfast the next day was disappointing in that there was sour milk in the small refrigerator in the breakfast area (which was quickly remedied when we told the staff), and the offerings seemed sparse, compared to what they claimed to have available in their email.

The property itself is fine if you’re passing through and staying for a night, I wouldn’t stay for more than that. We were told we had a queen size bed (what we paid for), there was absolutely no chance what we had was a queen, it was a full at best. The room was functional but definitely dated. The floor directly in front of our door was incredibly squeaky so it made for a pretty bad night’s sleep as you heard everyone walking by.

Once I arrived to check in I was forced to pay a $250 cash deposit on top of the incidental fee on my credit card. This was not posted anywhere on the orbitz website or anywhere on the property. I would discourage anyone from staying here. There reason is because I am a local. What difference does it make where I live ? I paid for a service through Orbitz and then was demanded to pay an additional deposit or not have a place to stay. Again I would advise anyone to stay away from here.

If you like the SCREECHING sound of metal train wheels in a pitch almost to high for human ears to hear yet still low enough to induce a migraine this hotel is for you. The trains screeched every hour or so through the night so wake up screech at midnight, and 1am and 2am and 3am at 4am I got in my car and left.

Hotel is located near industrial area. Plenty of restaurants in the area but most close between 8-10pm. Lots of fast food joints though. Check in was a breeze, staff was helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Outside temperature was 96 at 10pm but room had good a/c. Will stay again.

The bill was different than Expedia which was really a hassle because they pulled too much money out of my credit card and I had to fight to get a refund. When I got into the room, the refrigerator made a huge banging noise. I was unable to fix it so I had to unplug it and was unable to use. breakfast was very minimal, I don't even know what the hot chip looking things even were? there were little pieces of sausage that were overcooked and did not look appetizing. there was syrup but no way to have any type of waffles or pancakes. there was no eggs or anything else hot at all. It really is the worst breakfast I've seen at a hotel

The room was dated but clean enough. The bed was comfortable. The main complaint was the breakfast was terrible. We went there an hour and a half before breakfast ended. Most items were gone, and the breakfast area was really dirty. We had coffee while watching the news on tv. We were there over 30 minutes and no employee ever came. It was really filthy. Embarrassingly do!

Great value. Not a new motel by any means, but clean. And quiet as well. We heard a train during the night, but just the squeaky wheels, not a blast of a horn. Only very light sleepers need to be concerned. The staff is friendly and aim to please. Breakfast was definitely adequate and nicely displayed. Nothing special, but good enough for me. Fresh coffee, too. Decent pizza/sandwich restaurant across the street, as well. No need to get back in the car. We'll be back.
