The positives: - good location close to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills - comfortable bed and fairly quiet -nice courtyard with great little Italian restaurant attached Less good: - the room wasn’t well maintained or cleaned. The headboard material was worn and shredded; shower curtain was ripped and coming away from the rail; sealant around the basin etc was dirty/ messy. Something sticky had spilt in the fridge previously and was over the fridge and base unit. We mentioned it to the front desk and although they said it would be cleaned it never got done. - parking was available but you need to pay $40 for valet parking even though self parking would be very straight forward.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was very nice and reasonably priced for Beverly Hills. I felt safe and slept very well. The A/C worked great and was comfortable. The only complaint is that I was unaware that I had to pay 30 USD for parking and the valet was not even there when I checked out at 11am, did not seem like a reasonable price for that service. Otherwise, I was happy with my stay.

Close to Rodeo Drive, clean, and safe. Jesus and Kevin helped us with the luggage and information of restaurants and stores around the hotel. They are the best. Café Amici restaurant is the best. It is located at the hotel and serves delicious breakfast, Italian dishes, and cocktails. The ambiance is chic and has a beautiful garden.

Fun little hotel. What it doesn't have for facilities (no pool, gym etc) it makes up in location and character. All the rooms are different (I stayed in a couple) including some that overlook the legendary Troubadour club. A good choice if you're in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

The location was good. The place is nice, but very small. The self-check-in process is a bit difficult. The site says on-site self-parking, but you have to do it with the valet. That can be a bit difficult because they aren't always available.

This is a funky vintage vibe, really clean - but the rooms are small for four people (parents and 2 kids). Loved the rooftop lounge and beds were comfy. Parking is valet only so expect that expense.

This hotel is situated in a great location however it is old and small and smells of mold, mildew, must - you get it. Our heater didn’t work which was inconvenient on a cold night with the windows open due to the smell. Note that the smell was strong enough to seep into our bags and clothing. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom was old and small.

I booked for 9 nights, paid in advance, which i regret. Very poor old rooms with unpleasant smell, and very small, no every day cleaning. Some of them overlooking the patio, without proper window, no privacy. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of one, because one of the receptionist changes my room. Additionally, I had flight rescheduled and was trying to extend for few nights, receptionist insured me room is extended at the same price, however just before original checkout they told me they have no capability to extend rooms, they can only make new reservation and quoted me almost double what i paid. I complained to management, but was ignored. Receptionist who insured me earlier denied it and management told they believe him and not me. I chose to move out rather pay double for such poor accommodation, even at cost of aggravation. Happy with my decision. At list few days spent in nice hotel at the similar price. My advice, ovoid this property if you don’t want to spoil your entire stay.

A clean and quiet hotel on a very safe street in Beverly Hills! The room was clean upon arrival, although there was no complimentary housekeeping so it got a bit dirty during our stay. They had cabinets with extra towels, soap, toilet paper etc. which was nice since there was no housekeeping. Serverar grocery stores were nearby and the bus stop going to Santa Monica or Hollywood was right across the street. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The smell in the room was so offensive. It smelled like someone dumped a gallon of black market cleaning supplies over the whole room to cover up a smell that can only be described as a man’s armpits if he sweat pee out. The parking is $30/day by valet (so, more with tips) otherwise you will be walking at lease a quarter mile to the closest legal street parking. The shower had great pressure though!

Bathroom fixtures working but in poor condition (shower head, drain cover, soap/shampoo dispensers, shower curtain rod). Mini-fridge in room but no microwave. All-in-all, just OK for the price and area (Beverly Hills/West Hollywood). Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

The room was extremely small and we never found the elevator, the headboard was like pealing/old and it’s an additional cost ($30 per day) for parking. BUTTTT the price was significantly cheaper and it was in a great location. Overall we would recommend for a short stay.

Excellent location, nicely styled, great rooftop and I loved the Kureg type coffee maker. But the rooms were extremely small. I have never stayed in a place with such small rooms. The bathroom was normal sized but with absolutely no place to place anything down due to pedestal sink. Plus the bathroom door was a sliding barn door style with frosted glass insert. It kept creeping open and the glass allowed light to stream into the bedroom disturbing my partner sleeping.

Not my favorite Sonder. Great location and clean, attractive property. Room was very small and very basic. Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable and polyester sheets don’t breath and weren’t comfortable to sleep on. Room was near stairwell and we heard guests walking up all night. Wouldn’t stay again.

Fool me once. This place appears to be a boutique hotel online and has a cute lobby, however, once you enter beyond that it is an old, dirty motel. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every word the neighbors say and can hear everyone in the courtyard. Even the maintenance staff were not considerate and played extremely loud music at 9 am that the entire place could hear. Don't let the cute photos fool you and look elsewhere.

Constant bangng from upstars above... bathroom sink was clogged... The young giirl that was at the front desk when we arrived apprx 2pm was very nasty ,young and does not know anythng about customer service. The Sonder website is a joke. When I orginally went on the website to check in we asked for early checkin. Never received confirmaton that the room was ready. We went to dinner then retreived our stored bags at 5:10

Check in and out was simple, parking valet was great, & the front desk was professional. The room was clean, nice, great bed& amenities. The center garden area was quaint with a nice restaurant. Convenient location to many tourist attractions, we went to a concert at the Troubadour which was a 5 minute walk away. The only negative was the housekeeping staff was very loud on Sunday morning starting at 8am so we were woken up early to banging around and very loud voices. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great stay, no daily room service, but extra supplies are available 24/7 in a cupboard in the hall. Very friendly staff and I really likes the valet parking attendants, they were most helpful, courteous and efficient.

It's a really basic hotel room. No housekeeping service which is ok for me but the front door code doesn't work most of the time. Some of the night shift staffs are not helpful at all. I guess you get what you pay.

I wish i could review this property.....but we turned up at 10.30pm after an 8 hour drive only to find that Sonder did not have a room for us!!! Even though i had a booking with Expedia, showed them my app with the booking still active in my Trips.... but they had cancelled my roon from their end claiming i had cancelled it.... even though i could prove i had not. They didn't care and were fully booked..... leaving me and my family of 4 (inc 2 young children who were ready for bed) to scramble and try and find somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night! 😡😡😡😡 It was absolutely terrible!

I had booked a king suite in February for my brother's wedding in June. The day before my arrival I received an email letting me know they had overbooked my room and were downgrading me. Instead of the spacious room I had originally booked over 4 months prior, my family and I were crammed into the smallest king room imaginable. There was barely enough room to walk around the end of the bed to get to the bathroom. I called the hotel to inquire about what had happened to my reservation. Angelica was so sweet, she tried everything she could to help me, even checked with partnering hotels, but was unsuccessful. She wrote a note for the manager to call me the next day. I never received a call. I tried to find accommodations elsewhere, but there was nothing available in the proximity to the wedding. At that point, we were already involved in rehearsal and pre wedding activities. At check in I asked the girl at the desk if they could do anything for the major inconvenience: discounted rate, free parking, anything. The only thing they could do was charge me the price of the regular king room or cancel my reservation. This hotel could be a little gem, but unfortunately it is extremely mismanaged. They didn't seem to care at all how this affected my weekend. Don't book it for anything important.

They charged me twice for my stay and were adamant I hadn’t already paid. I had to show them a bank statement and Expedia confirmation to prove I wasn’t lying. Thankfully they refunded me, but had I not looked into it myself, they would’ve let me pay twice for my stay, so be sure to double check if they try the same thing with you! Also, when I arrived before check-in time to leave my luggage at the front desk, I hadn’t said a word before the front desk person gave me attitude and said “You’re WAY too early.” I said “I know, I’m not trying to check in. I just would like to leave my luggage here until it’s time to check in.” Then they helped me with that, thankfully, but I was thrown off by how unwelcoming they were. Another thing to consider is there’s no elevator, so I had to lift my heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. If an elevator is a must for you, I’d consider another hotel. All in all, this place was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location, nicely styled, great rooftop and I loved the Kureg type coffee maker. But the rooms were extremely small. I have never stayed in a place with such small rooms. The bathroom was normal sized but with absolutely no place to place anything down due to pedestal sink. Plus the bathroom door was a sliding barn door style with frosted glass insert. It kept creeping open and the glass allowed light to stream into the bedroom disturbing my partner sleeping.

Fun little hotel. What it doesn't have for facilities (no pool, gym etc) it makes up in location and character. All the rooms are different (I stayed in a couple) including some that overlook the legendary Troubadour club. A good choice if you're in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

A clean and quiet hotel on a very safe street in Beverly Hills! The room was clean upon arrival, although there was no complimentary housekeeping so it got a bit dirty during our stay. They had cabinets with extra towels, soap, toilet paper etc. which was nice since there was no housekeeping. Serverar grocery stores were nearby and the bus stop going to Santa Monica or Hollywood was right across the street. Would definitely recommend and come back!

This is not a 5 star hotel/resort. It is a wonderful, nice, clean and convenient facility on the edge of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Has everything we needed for our stay. Staff was great. The facility was no frills but very worth the price and convenient for us. We would stay again.

Close to Rodeo Drive, clean, and safe. Jesus and Kevin helped us with the luggage and information of restaurants and stores around the hotel. They are the best. Café Amici restaurant is the best. It is located at the hotel and serves delicious breakfast, Italian dishes, and cocktails. The ambiance is chic and has a beautiful garden.

Cute hotel and decor. The check in person was wonderful but the morning person wasn’t very personable. Overall nice location and walkable to the golden triangle. The restaurant is so so. I would recommend gracias Madera. Very good if you’re willing to try vegan.

Got the hotel to stay in after seeing a show at the Troubadour. It was such a short walk back after the show which was nice. Great little restaurant at the hotel, Cafe Amici. Had yummy food and drinks and was super cute and cozy. Rooms were a bit old (bathrooms in particular). Tiny, but fine for a quick stay. Staff was very sweet.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are small but well appointed out and the beds are super comfortable. There is no housekeeping until you’re there for a week. The head board was worn out. The attached restaurant is fabulous. The staff are friendly.

A totally charming hotel right on the corner of Beverly Hills. Super comfy bed with lovely linen, great shower, coffee machine and smart perfect location to get around to all of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and beyond. Big supermarkets 5 mins away. As a solo traveller I cannot rate it highly enough. Such amazing value having stayed in tow other places in the city which were no where near as good for the same price. Will definitely be back!!

July 27, 2026. 4:30pm PST When you are parked in the guest parking lot sitting in your car waiting for your friend to arrive, the valet guy should not come over and intimidate you by questioning if you’re staying there in an unfriendly manner, especially if you have your parking permit displayed on your dashboard. When i’m paying close to $1000 to use your hotel service this is not the treatment anyone deserves. You need some training or some therapy mr valet guy. Or perhaps a replacement. Aside from that sour parking lot incidence and the fridge in the room not working, the stay was nice. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. The boutique hotel is quaint and tranquil.
