Clarion Hotel By Humboldt Bay

Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff members were helpful and welcoming. There are a lot of homeless people in the whole city… and around the hotel. I didn’t see any hotels without homeless near by. The hotel property and parking is gated and secured.

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and nice. She gave us detailed review about the hotel and upgraded our rooms so we can have a quiet room to sleep. I had to use the computer for my personal business, which was very useful. The breakfast was provided and it was good. The parking garage is gated which adds the safety. The rooms were clean and spacious for two queen beds.

Breakfast wasnt that great compared to other complimentary breakfasts

We liked this hotel! We were here for a few days. For the price, I am impressed with the rooms. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the gated parking. The breakfast was good. Coffee available all day and OJ in the morning too. Most of the staff were really fantastic! They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. One staff member was a little stingy with the towels. We had a three day stay and only asked for new towels once. And, It's a pet friendly hotel but there were not very many places for my dog to use the bathroom. One small designated patch and then lots of bushes he tried to climb into. But he's a bigger dog so a small pet would be more comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay and will visit again!
