Great time in the jacuzzi - breakfast standard. Beds comfortable and staff very kind. Would stay again.

Check in was good. Had to change rooms at 5 am due to no hot water in shower. They should have been aware if room was properly cleaned. Also the shade was broken and lying on the floor. New room the coffe maker wasn’t working. Nobody available to get us a new one. We were offered use of the coffee bar, it only served Espressos and Latte’s. We do not drink those. Had to wait 2 hours for coffee to be available in the lobby. The only ability the staff has to solve issues is to switch your room which in very inconvenient. The gym was great.
