Air conditioning was not properly working had to call maintenance finally got it to work. Windows did not open. Hair in the shower walls and when we turn water to shower it started clogging and there was hair before we even shower. Sink also didn't drain well. Bed was ok not good just ok to sleep. I'm not sure if I would stay here again, if no other hotel available I guess then yes I would stay here.

It’s an older inn. They have done work to refurbish the room. The property is clean. The only issues I had was there are no outlets in the bathroom and no iron.

Property manager did not offer help in any way . Said it is not his problem ? My room door lock looked like it was kicked in before Felt unsafe . And awoke to find out somebody scratched my car . I will never stay there again!!!! . I felt I was not safe or my property . No security No cameras

I had a handicap room which had the best bathroom I have ever seen for accessibility. The hotel is small and is nesteled among restaurants and outlet shopping. For the price you can't beat it.

Pleasantly surprised with this property. It is an older building, but everything else is good if not great. Even though the building itself is older, the room was clean and it had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, soap and shampoo. Towels wee nice and bright white. I would recommend this place. It is also located in a very nice area surrounded by great shopping.

Place is very dirty it says nonsmoking and the whole room smells like cigarettes, the paint peeling, the shower the water doesn't fully go in drain. In addition, we put a do not disturb sign and someone still went inside room

Given the price, I mean it is cheap. But honestly the photos shown compared to reality. The walls were run down and dirty. We had dirty or stained sheets. It just felt really nasty to be quite honest. Motel 6 probably would’ve been better.

As soon as you walk in the room an overwhelming aroma will hit you but not in a good way. Had to put the air conditioning on full blast to have air circulating for it to be semi okay to be in the room. The “couch chair” had major black stains all over it. The roller chair had duck tape on the top of it. The closet space and shower needed a deep clean. The blackout curtains had holes in them so light shined through as soon as the sun came up. The mirror for the vanity was chipped in multiple places and the door to the bathroom had dents as if it was punched. Outside of the hotel seemed to be not a good neighborhood. The only reason why we stayed here was to be close to the Gilroy Gardens theme park. We will not be back to either place again…

Great placed. Stayed several times now. Internet stinks, but it seems to be this entire town lol. No fault of the motel. Will stay here again. Easy access, close to gilroy gardens, shopping, dining. Safe.

Arrived just before midnight, yet the greeting and service was friendly, efficient, and quick. Rates are extremely reasonable. Some road noise but the hotel is so convenient to get to plus access to the outlet shopping is easy. Beds need updating; creaky and not firm enough… but we slept well. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stop off Hwy 101

Definitely not fancy and some areas of the room were in need of refurbishing (Shower surround, walls needing painting), but nothing major. Bedding was nice and comfortable, room itself very clean and quiet. For the price, it is a good choice to just have a place to sleep and save a bit of $$$.

The hotel is old. It is an old Motel 6. However, the rooms were clean, A/C worked, nice television, newer furniture, and a nice bed, made the stay worthwhile. There is an In N Out, Denneys, Black Bear, and a 76 mini mart all within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is a bit run down with a need for a good deep cleaning. The front desk staff is brusque. The location is convenient right off the freeway with many food options close by and right next to the outlets. Nice to have a microwave and mini frig but only seating for one person in the room and only one tiny trash can and microwave could use cleaning

The gentlemen at check in seemed to be on a mission to misunderstand what I was saying. Probably the RUDEST manager I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You’re better off paying an extra $10/night for the comfort in that’s literally across the street. Manager here lied straight to my face and refused to tell me his name until I whipped out my camera and asked him why. No fire alarms in the rooms or escape route procedures posted, which is against fire code in California. This place is a dump as well, the paint is ripped off the bathroom door, the floors and walls were scuffed and dirty, the desks were in busted condition and so were the side tables. Housekeeping woke me up promptly in the morning offering linens I didn’t ask for.

We came in with my family late and the Motel Manager was waiting for us with a smile and because I am walking with a cane (between two spine surgeries) he was kindly gave us two rooms in the bottom. The rooms were very clean, and freshly renovated. We had a great experience!

First the front desk person an old Hindi guy, he was very rude since second one , when I make the reservation I just put my card as a back up but I choose to pay at the property, the guy refuse to take money cash he told me or you pay with the card or I just canceled your reservation but with very bad actitud I just expleinito him about the process of the reservation then he told me it’s not my problem it’s your and the person or company or app this it’s my property
