It was nice and quiet. The pool and hottub were fun. I like how there’s a bathroom in the pool area. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a fridge and microwave. Blackout curtains help sleep in. The shower was nice and clean with glass doors. There’s shampoo and body wash in there already. The only thing wrong is that the floor under shower squeaks with every step you take. The staff at check in seemed overwhelmed and confused and she didn’t know if had already given me the key and if the room was occupied or available. The checkout staff was nice and seemed more knowledgeable. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The guy who checked me in was very kind and understanding of my situation. I should have a discount because he knew expedia was advertising a working pool and spa and they were both out of order. I only booked this place so my 8 year old son could enjoy the spa since he never gets to enjoy things like this. The shower had mold every where in it. The bed is old and dirty. The carpets are dirty. It was peaceful and quiet though, thats why I gave 2 stars including how nice the front desk guy is. I will never stay here again. Also, there was a bum my son noticed sleeping on the ground next to the hotel. My son didn't like that. Neither did I.

Mold in bathroom. Dog next door started barking before 5am. Called office and owner of dog was supposed to be contacted but dog continued to bark. Room had nasty odor. We left because to noisy to sleep. Outside garbage was overflowing and reeked. Gross experience.

That bed was worse than sleeping in my car. You have to be in the shower to turn it on and the lights turn off while you are showering. Walked out of the shower to the bed and my feet were dirty, like I didn’t just take a shower.

Great spot to stay for our night in Gilroy. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi, refrigerator in room, ample parking, light breakfast and proximity to Black Bear Diner all made for a good stay. The only thing that could be better would be larger pillows. They were about half-size.

I didn’t even stay overnight, I was checked in for 2 hours before leaving. The internet was horrible and disconnecting every few minutes, half the outlets weren't working, the A/C wasn't cooling down the room when its been 90 degree days that I was sweating doing nothing in the room. I was highly disappointed for spending over 100 on the room.

Overall everything was fine except for the beds here. Feeling the springs in my back all night was not pleasant and was hard to get comfortable. Hotels are always a hit or miss when it comes to bed’s, and that was the only thing keeping this place from being a really nice hotel.. Great town and great people, with a cool little downtown walking area…

Our 2nd day we had maid service without requesting it. Then even when we requested maid service ahead of time, no one came. Day 3, 4, we had to ask the front desk for coffee and towels. Our waste basket was never emptied. We were glad to have a refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and microwave.

Room/hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking right out front of room is great when on a motorcycle. Standard breakfast offferings. Freeway is very close but didn't hear freeway noise. Couple of fast food places close to walk to. Some homeless camps close by, but was not disturbed by anyone. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

It was ok. Breakfast was waffles toast pasteries yogurts. Orange juice & Coffee. Rooms were ok. Couldn't open window curtain due to homeless encampment right at window. And with having a family with children for the stay that was really hard to block out the window area.

It’s a budget room. Don’t stay long if you hope for comfortable. Room was mixture of clean and rough. Breakfast is a joke and the orange juice dispenser had ants crawling in it. I’ll look for an alternative room for sure next visit.

Quality Inn and Suites at Gilroy was a nice place for one night stay while driving to Yosemite. The room was better than expected. Bathroom was very well equipped with nice shower. Breakfast room was a bit on the smaller side. But there were 2 waffle makers and many good breakfast options. The staff at breakfast area was courteous, they were replenishing the items pretty quickly. Overall Pretty Good Stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place

We really enjoyed our stay! Theres alot of options for eating and two thumbs up for their complimentary breakfast, they had great options for adults and children. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was great just wish it was hotter in temperature. But everyone there was very friendly and polite. I actually left something behind in our room we stayed in and i called them to ask them if they can please not throw it away and I will pick up as soon as i could which the did and that made me so happy. They kept it in the office until i picked it up. Great service.
