Great front desk staff! Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Room is clean and updated, however the fireplace had only one very noisy setting, there was no shower curtain in the bath. The hot tub was broken and to get to it only one of the three gates worked. Overall we had a good stay.

Our stay was fantastic, the only reason I removed a star was because the elevator and the ice machine on our floor weren’t working. A few of the outlets in our room didn’t work. Otherwise great facilities, comfy beds, and close to local shopping and Gilroy Gardens.

The rooms are large with balconies. Pool area is nice along with Black Bear Diner is next door for eating. Only thing that is a little inconvenient is they only have one elevator so if your concerned make sure you get a room close to it.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Nicely maintained property..the only suggestion i would make is to have the pool temperature a little warmer. It was freezing so i didnt swim. Hot tub felt good

Property clean, check in took too long as they have a new computer system the gym equipment a lot of it didn’t work there was no water in the gym no towels in the gym. No wipes in the gym and security came into our room unexpectedly at 9:30 PM in the evening, and scared myself and the children. Spa and pool were great

It was a nice but older property. We kept having issues with our key card getting into the pool area. That was the only annoying part. Everything was clean and staff was nice. That’s what is most important to us.

Phone didn’t work in the room. Body wash and shampoo were empty. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get someone to bring shampoo but couldn’t find any body wash. He never fixed the phone. Had to ask for more towels each night because they didn’t give us enough to accommodate the amount of guests we had. There were never towels at the pool so we had to continuously go get those as well.

Friendly staff. Black Bear Diner a quick walk away. Nice sized room with outdoor area. Very nice breakfast setup. Comfortable. Will definitely stay again when in this area. Sufficient parking. Wifi worked well. Felt safe. Granddaughter enjoyed Pool and hot tub. Pets allowed, but we didn't use this amenity this time.

It\'s so dirty the shower has hair all over it and the mattress cover has stains We are staying in a nicer "suite" but we are placed directly next to the entrance of the hotel so the door is slamming constantly. The covers for the air conditioning aren\'t on so it\'s just blasting directly into the second mattress and it\'s so muggy

When I walked in the room, I placed my key on the dresser over the fridge and a Cockroach ran past my hand, down under toward the fridge area!! I was totally grossed out. They moved me to a room far from that room, but I was disgusted even in the next room, felt very uneasy and didn’t sleep well. Just wanted the next morning to come so we could leave. The room seemed clean but bugs are definitely red flags, put all our food in the fridge and didn’t leave anything out. Now going home I’m afraid to bring my luggage in.

car alarms going off at night with no cessation, kept honking for at least 10 mins; breakfast on Sat/Sun should be available at least until 10 or 10:30; room refrigerator very noisy at start and stops, should be silent. first floor room nice however noise from room above very noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! room very clean. will stay again, but not on first floor!

I have never saw the room so dirty ! The AC smells like MOLD, carpet is stinky , there is smell of garlic in a hall way. I asked to move me to different room because I am allergic to mold but receptionist wasn’t helpful and said there is nothing he can do for me’ .

This is by far THE WORST PLACE we've ever stayed at. The room that we checked into had a cracked sink AND a cracked toilet, the bathroom was moldy, and the cleaning wasn't done properly because there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, and there were pieces of trash underneath the counters. I reported the cracked sink and toilet to the front desk so we wouldn't get charged for any damages and the staff member asked if we'd like a different room, but I had to decline because all of our luggage was already in the room and our toddler was throwing a tantrum so I didn't want to disturb other guests with a screaming kid in the hallway if we had moved to a different room. When we checked out the next morning, I told this morning staff member that it was the worst stay we've ever had, especially with the cracked sink and toilet. The staff member pretended to sound surprised and said, "Oh really? I'll have our maintenance look into it." I thought to myself, "Sure you will..."

The location and hotel were nice, however a few flaws… our tv kept going on and off we had to reset the cable box several times. The shower water was low pressure and soap dispensers were close to empty. Our key card got demagnetized more then once which was inconvenient coming back with food and bags and have to go all the way to office to get another. And last thing we got assigned a room and got to the room and housekeeping was still cleaning so waited in hall with our bags for at least 15-20 mins.. but the location is nice a lot of stored and restaurants nearby and freeways too. Didn’t eat breakfast there but rooms are quiet beds comfortable and clean.

This place has been here for a least 30 years,they still use a chain to keep the door lock at night.The wood would creek at night and seem the pipe would rattle.Otherwise the room was fine for the night stay,breakfast was fine.

The room was misrepresented on the site. It was supposed to have a working fireplace, but when we got there, we were told none of the fireplaces were working in any of the rooms. Kind of a disappointment.

Quick overnight stay, everything was clean, nice bed. The only thing I do not like is the barn door style on the bathroom. It doesn’t even cover the hole width of the opening, leaving a little on each side exposed.

Both front desk clerks were so incredibly kind. One had recognized the band on my tshirt & started playing it (as the music in the background) & it IMMEDIATELY made my day 1000% better! They were both very outgoing and made sure we felt at home. They even told us about places in the area to eat (without being asked) & the entire layout of the property/room etc. Even though this interaction may seem little, it made all the difference in the world & cheered us up after being in the car for over 9 hours. We also needed to have maintenance come to the room to help with a toilet clog & the maintenance guy was there quickly & solved the issue almost immediately. Thank you for this experience!

Such great service from Jasmina at the front desk (she’s also the manager/owner). We have a lovely accessible room with accommodations such as low beds. Nothing like a room that’s fit for elderly people like my mother who uses a walker. And the specialty coffee machine in the lobby is a really nice perk!

Good location and convenience to Gilroy Gardens with a restaurant next door for an easy walk to dinner without driving. Lobby and breakfast area had enough space to accommodate guests during our labor day weekend trip.

Breakfast should say, for best selection, come early as items will not be refilled. That even includes milk. I as well as three of my grandchildren did not get milk for breakfast. Therefore not only were they out of pancakes, but cereal without milk isn't much good either.

We have stayed at this property every year for last 3 years around the Christmas. We checkin in the evenings and out the next day. The best part of this place is the breakfast, not too fancy but serve decent clean place with hot breakfast egg omelette , bacons , toasts , fruits, , pastries, juices, pan cakes, potatoes, yougurt, jams, coffee, tea. It was wonderful to get an hour late checkout that makes it convenient for us to be in time(not early) to Gilroy theme park. And yeah, walking distance from factory outlets. We use the morning time before checkout to look around the outlets.
