Great customer service the massage and spa were incredible especially having a champagne bottle waiting for us after a massage in our private 45 minute private soak. This was for my girlfriend's birthday and she loved all of the amenities. Victoria Beach it was a 15-minute walk away and well worth it. Nothing like walking on the beach with a cup of coffee.

Every single staff member was so attentive and helpful. The property is gorgeous and the ocean views breathtaking. The couples massage was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful pool, breakfast is great, beds and sheets fantastic, employees are a true asset to the hotel. Parking is a bit challenging but okay. General overall stay is a great experience.

Casa Laguna Hotel and Spa was perfect. I took my wife there for her birthday. She continuously complemented the classic charm and overall ambiance. She also raved about the superior staff and spa services.

Amazing property, awesome unique decor and plant life! All of Laguna is a tight squeeze! Parking is the worst part of this hotel, if you can, rent a small vehicle. If you are a tall person remember to duck, in certain parts of the hotel property! But again, this is an amazing property in Laguna!

This hotel and spa were top-notch in so many ways - the beauty and landscape were exceptional! Loved the breakfast courtyard experience. The service and hotel staff were excellent and always willing to assist and help. The pool area was nice and quiet, and they also provided service for drinks and food by the pool, which was a cool touch. Incredible location! A great deal of thought went into designing this hotel, so well done by the owners and leadership team. What a beautiful gem

This beautiful Italian Riviera style boutique hotel did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the amenities were thoughtful. This is a small hotel about a mile south of the main area of Laguna Beach. It does sit on the PCH and there is car noise (our suite was in the front on the PCH so other rooms are probably much quieter) but the windows and sliders are double-pained and the noise significantly decreases at night. We had no problem sleeping with the room fan on. The heated pool area is beautiful with views of the ocean, padded lounges, towels, water and even sunscreen products. Coffee, tea and water are available each morning and a delicious made-on-site breakfast is provided at your chosen time. We chose the option of having it brought to our room. There are also small plates available for purchase and they are delicious (ceviche, chips and guacamole, charcuterie, etc) As a special treat, freshly made cookies are also provided each day.Yum! On-site parking is included at no extra cost but the covered spots are tight. There are about 5 uncovered spots and one handicapped spot next to the back entrance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and towels were very high quality. Big shower but it would be lovely if the bathroom lighting was brighter around the mirror for applying make-up. It was an easy drive into town but we did use Lyft several times to avoid trying to find parking. We also used the free trolly once, which stops in front of the hotel.

The amenities and the service were top notch. The grounds were beautiful. The pool was welcoming and the coffee was delicious! I was happy just hanging around the hotel and didn’t feel the need to leave. We will be back!

One of the best boutique hotels of the world! Staff was nothing but accommodating and helpful and polite; suites are spacious and quiet and fully stocked with extras, breakfast included (you pay a resort fee) but you can order as much as you want; pool is lovely...has all the charm!

The bed was too soft and made for a challenging sleep. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately the guests were not of top quality. When they were finished with their stay at the pool they didn’t pickup their towels which was a turn-off for those of us coming to spend time pool side and the staff wasn’t there to clean up.

Hotel has an awesome quaint atmosphere. Staff was great. Property was clean. Oceanview room was perfect. The hotel is a little oasis.

While the staff were excellent, friendly and eager to help, and the pool was quite lovely, and empty, there is a lot to be desired for the rest of this place. The main issue was my $400/night room (#7) which was dark, musty (I had to wash all of my clean clothes of the smell when returning home) and noisy as this hotel is on a busy road. The breakfast was extremely basic and unappetizing. The parking so tight that upon arrival from a late flight I scraped my rental car trying to get in (and now owe a damage fee to the rental company). I had another reservation for later in the year when I'm back in town but I cancelled it.

This hotel property is beautiful and the staff were so very friendly. I cannot believe the price we paid for such a small and inefficient room. The photos were taken very intentionally to make it more spacious looking. It was very musty, dark and small… I had a hard time getting ready for a wedding in the room due to lack of space and light. The shower leaked constantly on the floor, which I believe is why it smelled musty. I feel like these “garden view” rooms should be represented more accurately and maybe priced lower, so that guests don’t have higher expectations than they should. The food was good, and again, the staff was great! Most likely won’t return since we felt underwhelmed and overcharged.

Our stay at Casa Laguna was amazing. The hotel is gorgeouss, spottless clean, comfotable and the service is excellent. The decorations is beautiful and the grounds are magnificent, full of flowers, plants, fountains and decorative details. Our room was small but very comfortable. There is a small closet which allowed for us to hang our clothes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the bathroom is perfect with great shampoo, conditioner and body lotion products. The location is great and there is a free trolley that goes by the street to take you into town. Victoria beach is short walk away. I highly recommend this quaint and beautiful hotel!

This our 5th stay at Casa Laguna, and it was as perfect and special as ever. Immaculate setting, wonderful room with a great ocean view patio, friendly staff and welcome, and delicious food. We love the welcome drink and the breakfast was amazing. To top it all off, the bottle of bubbles for our birthdays was fantastic. We will be back again and again. Thank you for making our birthdays special.

Very quaint and unique boutique style property. Beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. Some of the rooms are extraordinarily small, but still nice. The suites offer much more space, but have some considerable road noise, as they are on Pacific Coast Hwy. Lovely complimentary breakfast and excellent service! The parking is a bit of a nightmare/ challenge, especially if you have a large vehicle. Overall, I recommend it and plan to return!

The Casa Laguna is a beautiful, small hotel, with some ocean views. The property is filled with beautiful landscaping, like staying in a botanical garden! Our room was small, but beautifully appointed, as was every place in the hotel. The breakfast offerings were delicious, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend upgrading to a suite for the added space. We had a see thru fireplace and separate shower and tub. Double doors to bedroom blocked out any street noise. Heated pool area was just lovely. Absolutely charming.

Casa Laguna exceeded all expectations. We chose the deluxe ocean view room and was lucky enough to land the corner unit and gave us the best views! The room was the perfect size for a weekend getaway and the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. Room service was such a bonus and the breakfast was delicious! Trolley stop was literally right in front of the hotel. This could not have been a more perfect stay and a splurge I would say was worth every single penny. Do not hesitate to book!

The property itself was spectacular but I was disappointed by the size of the room first then no tub in the room then found out no jacuzzi either on the property but otherwise it was a cute place with beautiful views!

Nice spot. But I don’t like the resort fee (which should be included in the total amount). guess it’s a California thing. A free bottle of water would be nice for the amounts charged. Quite loud as well. I heard my neighbors on all sides. Rooms are quite small. Beds are comfortable though. The vibe is also good.

The staff is the best! It's the cutest hotel, from rooms to food to fresh baked cookies, to garden decor. Be warned tho - cell service isn't great here so disconnect and enjoy the time!

The property is beautiful and all the staff are so helpful. From the moment you walk through the doors to check-in, to enjoying the pool and the delicious menu options and complimentary breakfast-this beautiful hotel was the perfect finishing touch to our mother-daughter vacation in CA! This property looks great on the website and is rated 9+, but no staff to speak of. waited 30 minutes to check in as there was no one at the desk. Went to the lobby to get a drink and it took another 20 minutes; had only one person checking in guests and serving drinks. Not worth the money……

Amazing service

The staff was amazing!!! All the grounds are beautiful!!! There are water features and sitting areas. A lady sweeps the walking paths every morning. The breakfast comes either to your room or the dining area your choice and you pick the time. You pick what you would like from the menu to be delivered. They even put a little succulent plant on the tray. :) Shout out to Tyler and Ken for exceptional service!!!

I love this place! They were so welcoming, kind, and accommodating after a horrible experience at a different hotel the night before. They luckily got us in so I could cancel our other reservation at the other hotel and I am so thankful! The staff here is truly amazing and the hotel and property is beautiful! Save yourself the hassle and book here because it truly is wonderful all around!

Staying at Casa Laguna is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The property is unique and gorgeous. The little details like afternoon cookies, and weekend mimosas at the morning coffee station, etc. The staff was above and beyond. Each member of the staff was thoughtful, helpful, friendly, funny, and made you feel like family. The spa services are also great.

This boutique hotel was even better than expected! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with the most comfy bed. This was a special girls trip for me and my daughter to celebrate her high school graduation, so I really wanted this stay to be extra memorable. Casa Laguna did not disappoint! From the friendly staff (shout out to Kent, Kelly, Aaron and Natalie), to the delicious continental breakfast and last but not least, the freshly made cookies in the evening, this is one trip we will never forget. Thank you and we definitely plan on coming back!

It was a rainy weekend but the staff at casa Laguna made sure we still had an amazing stay. Everyone was so friendly and the service was top notch.

Beautifully landscaped boutique hotel not far from the center of Laguna Beach (and on the free Laguna trolley line). We stayed in the Newport Suite, a junior suite that faces Pacific Coast Highway. We had a beautiful panoramic ocean view but if you are noise sensitive, consider a room farther back on the property. Even with double-paned glass, we could hear highway noise. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Picturesque Victoria Beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast was simple but well prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The property is just as depicted in the pictures. The room with a partial ocean view from our balcony patio was a little smaller than expected but nonetheless quaint. Since the hotel is north of Coast Hwy., the car and traffic takes away from the serenity of the beautiful spot. If you want to be close to the downtown area, it is not a short 15-minute walking distance- more like 30-40 minutes.

A truly unique, serene, relaxing, beautiful boutique hotel, right across from the ocean, and near restaurants and shopping. I loved the daily breakfast, the relaxing pool, the views, the ambiance, the staff. Everything was superb and highly recommend!

Cosy. About a fifteen minute walk on a busy highway south of the main part of Laguna Beach. A bit understaffed. $38 upcharge if you want parking and breakfast. You need the parking.

It's absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast (free + tip) was amazing! Only downside is it isn't very walkable to the shops/restraunts down the street but Uber helps with that especially if you don't wanna drive. Overall 9/10!

Lovely place, great staff, will visit again. Would be great if access to rooms was less exposed to the elements. More variety at breakfast would be good too.

Thanks to the beauty of the property (the landscaping and overall condition were excellent) and the very helpful staff, it was extremely pleasurable to simply stay on the property and chill. The massage with Pavla was excellent. But staying in is not always what one comes to a hotel to do. The limited food options on site were a bit troublesome since there are very few walkable dining options. The Laguna trolley is useful, but not always a happy experience. Getting to the beach is not pleasant; walking a steep back street to get to it is not particularly fun. That said, we do want to come back some day.

It is very cute hotel with good decoration however it’s very small and the rooms are very small and no resturant . And you can hear the highway. I didn’t like my stay really

They serve a very nice breakfast every morning. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Troy who helped us find the perfect whale watching tour.
