The hotel did not look like the photos. It was $100 pet fee at check-in that was not stated anywhere. The WiFi did not work in our room - absolutely no service. The valet parking was not worth $40. You still have drive your car. The check-in process and check-out process was very stressful. Would not recommend this hotel.

This is a tired old motel pretending to be a resort, including a ridiculous daily resort fee and another ridiculous valet parking daily fee.

Convenient places are walkable so you can just leave your car at the valet.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times in the last 7 years. It’s really and hit and miss with the rooms. The room we stayed in this trip was 117 which is ocean front first floor. We had several issues during the stay which were all corrected but the room does need some attention. The slider is rusted and is hard to open and close. The heater doesn’t work in the room

The room is a dump! The office staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. There are hidden daily fees, valet parking only and “resort use” - pool/spa. I got the impression from office staff that Pacific Edge is doing me a favor having me stay at their place of business. It is very highly overrated. As I said, the room is a dump! Never again!
