Don’t waste your time to use their shuttle service. Had to wait 90 mins before eventually gave up hope that the shuttle will come. Called the hotel three times and didn’t work. The shuttle service is a joke.

I liked that EV charging was included which helped offset the $50 onsight parking fee. The staff was totally professional and quick too. My fridge stopped working at some point at night so our groceries for making breakfast sandwiches were not kept cold. The meat was wam when we woke up so we had to throw it all out. The front desk employee was very professional and she comped us breakfast. Their Bistro breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito were very good and it saved us time as we were also getting ready to check out that morning to head to an event so everything worked out.

Nice hotel, good service, convenient to the airport. But don't rely on the shuttle service to get you to the airport. We did and almost missed our flight - had to take a taxi after watching the shuttle breeze past twice, full from the other hotels it stopped at first.

Charging $55 per day for parking and when the lot is full they say the will u have to park some where else…. Not happy with the lack of communication. Will need to get reimbursed for not able to park in the lot.

Do not travel to here if using for LAX!!! Shuttles were full and only came once every 30 mins… so plan on 1-2 hrs to get 1 mile to lax! We got an Uber instead.

I chose this property for its proximity to LAX, and the quantity and quality of reviews on Hotels.com. The hotel was very clean, and mostly quiet. My bed was very comfortable, and the room was dark at night. I slept well. Staff was friendly. I could not identify a pool on the property, but there is a well-appointed exercise room. Complimentary breakfast is not included. The on-site restaurant is not full-service. It has a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, and has limited hours. The food was good, however, The biggest drawback of the hotel is very limited parking which is outrageously priced at $50 plus $5 tax. Recommend not taking a car to this hotel. There is a complimentary shuttle to the airport, however. Overall I felt like my stay could have had a better value, considering the price.

The shuttle took a long time to pick up from the airport because it is not just for this hotel, but for several hotels. It is contracted by a third-party called Joe’s parking. And while the room itself was very nice, there was a LIVE ROACH that scurried across my pillow when I pulled back the covers!!! I barely slept for fear of additional roaches, crawling on me during the night.

My room wasnt clean. There were large seeds and food crumbs on the floor surrounding the bed, in front of the couch and in front of the bathroom sink. I desperately needed sleep and was too tired to deal with the hassle of requesting another room and. Rags and towels were super soft though. I love staying at courtyards but this one was a bit disappointing

Stayed here before and found it to be exactly the same thing. The hotel is well maintained, clean with friendly staff. Got in very late this stay and was amazed at how quiet the room was. No airport noise could be heard. Not even a noise from within the hotel. If you need silence to sleep, this is the place for you.

Very conveniently located; the room itself was a very odd layout, with the bathroom sink *outside* the bathroom in the main living space. Details of hotel shuttle bus were also badly communicated - there are at least 3 different Marriott properties in the LAX area, and the shuttle bus to the Courtyard is the only one that isn't labelled "Marriott".

Plumbing and heater were very noisy. Walls must be thin and not insulated cuz you can hear everything from traffic , airplanes and people. I guess to be expected being so close to the airport. Also a extremely long wait for shuttle. Glad we left extra early. Other than that clean comfortable room.

The shuttle from LAX was confusing. I called the hotel. Manager put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I took Sonestra’s shuttle to Sonestra Hotel then Uber to courtyard Marriott. When I got there I ask the lady who informed me that she was the manager why was I placed on hold with no response. She said: “We were busy”.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and modern and very close to the airport but we were able to get outside and walk. The front desk clerk Jesus was so kind and made the checkin process a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an overnight stay with my wife and baby and our room absolutely reeked of marijuana. It smelled as if someone had just smoked in there. We also had housekeeping come and knock on the door and even open the door at 11pm while we were trying to sleep. Overall, we had a bad experience. I hate to leave a bad review but hopefully it helps others make an informed decision of whether to stay here.

Staff here is super helpful and friendly. The access to a shuttle to get to LAX is a huge plus. The restaurants has great options to eat on premises. Would stay here again.

Hotel didn’t seem ready to receive guests. There was no room key during our entire stay. Staff had to let us in every time we left the room. Staff attitude was unexpectedly good despite this. Bottled water in the room would be an inexpensive way to show you value your guests. Restaurant did not seem particularly inviting but the quality of food was surprisingly good as was the wine.

They couldn't make keys soa worker had to esp eat you to your room and let you in it every time you left and when you checked in. You could not have a key to yourself. You were under the control of whomever worker was available to let you in your room. The shower head was broke so a handheld shower head was sloppily installed as an alternative. Find another hotel guys, this one is awful and there's others in the area. Never again here.

This is an ok property, but very dated. The property needs a serious refresh. Room doors don't shut properly - at least without pushing/pulling them tight, and you can hear noise from adjoining rooms. The surround area seems to have limited dining options and is quite dirty, with lots of rubbish on the streets. But it serves its purpose for a hotel close to the airport.

It’s a basic 3star hotel but the room rates are pretty high for the product. It’s walking distance from the airport so it’s convenient if you want that location The carpet doesn’t get vacuumed properly in the room, found food crumbs on the carpet when we checked in and it wasn’t vacuumed out for the 2 days we stayed. F&B options are very basic. Upon checkin the agent hadn’t checked that I had paid for an extra day to get an early check in to the room, he did say that there was an extra charge for checking in early but that was not an issue as it got resolved pretty quick. No bottled water in the room so had to keep going down to the reception and asking for it. The mini fridge in the room makes a lot of noise so had to turn it off else couldn’t sleep. The mattresses are very soft so not the most comfortable sleep for me. I guess they are old or that’s something that other people prefer

The best location if you need to transit or catch-up an early morning flight . It is a walking distance to airport and also shuttle bus available. Everything you need is available in the rooms . Just need a little upgrade and modernist . The carpet in the room was very dirty but the room overall clean and very comfortable.

The room was immaculate the bed was very comfortable and amenities were generous. It was very quiet which is saying something being so close to the airport! The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and it's very convenient! Why 4 stars?? Our breakfast consisted of 2 mocha Frappuccinos, 2 bagels and a parfait. $45.00!!! Next time we stay newness that serves a free breakfast or at least a continental breakfast! Wow! Never again!!

Nice proximity to LAX and very friendly staff. However, the rooms are out dated and the desk area in my room had no nearby plugs for a laptop or cell phone. The Starbucks counter area is the extent of the dining options. It’s more than a Starbucks menu but not a full restaurant, and the food is just okay.
