Convenient to UCLA, Century City Mall, freeways and grocery store across street. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the means but for 1-2 nights in LA, it’s. A great place. There’s an onsite bar/restaraunt too. Staff is incredible.

Nice and clean hotel. I asked for a room away from the street and it was very quiet. Comfortable bed. Had a good sleep. Parking is $39, less than other hotels I considered in the area. I would stay there again.

Great property. Renovated and modern. Nice big spacious rooms. Modern and updated bathroom. Bistro serves Starbucks coffee and good breakfast. A bit pricey however. Valet parking was very convenient and same price as self. Odd number rooms face a noisy road so make sure to get a room away from the road noise.

The location was good for my needs so no complaint there. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were friendly. Water pressure in the shower was strong (maybe too strong). Cons- my room smelled awful, like moldy/musty. The ac made it worse so i'm guessing that's where the smell was coming from. I had the main street noise too. Overall it was kind of a dingy room

Great location, poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and lack of communication regarding parking. We reserved for four days and did not have ANY housekeeping despite requesting it. They stated it would be available every 2 days, which never happened. We requested towels we never received. The parking was predatory and $35 a day which was never communicated. When we communicated our concerns, they didn’t even apologize just saying “we’ll let the manager know.” It was an overpriced AIRBNB where we had to cover our own housekeeping and use the same towels for several days. Honestly, I would reconsider staying here.

Not the cleanest. Housekeeping doesn’t clean . Make up room every other day and when they do they do not clean they just make the bed. We wondered if they changed towel after guest leave the hotel. Will not stay again. Friendly front desk staff.

The location is great, within walking distance of Westfield Mall. However, the noise from outside traffic due to single-pane windows and thin walls that let in voices and footsteps are significant drawbacks. Additionally, the swaying shower head is inconvenient, and it would be nice to have body lotion provided in the room.

Terribly designed shower. Forced to fully get into the shower and get soaked with freezing cold water. The pillows were terrible, flat and small. Had to use all 4 to equal one normal pillow

Good hotel overall. Smaller rooms and no seating in my room other than desk chair and beds. No armchair or love seat offered. There is a grocery store across the street if you need anything, as well as Century City Mall a few blocks away. Not far from Beverly Hills.

The room was clean, the staff was nice. However, the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep. I tried lowering the temperature so it doesn’t keep kicking in waking us up but it’s too hot and humid.

The pictures look nicer than the rooms actually were (and some of the photos I don’t think are actually of this property). This is clearly a very old building that has been cheaply renovated. The building and room felt dark and claustrophobic. They only offer paid parking here. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor sitting area and airy gym area.

The front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with my booking and the front desk worked fast to make change to accommodate me, best service ever! The location is great and feels homie. There’s a grocery store across the street and a quick 19 minute walk to Westfield mall. I was only here for one night, however I will definitely come again and highly recommend.

Staff was especially helpful except for evening front desk woman who was not helpful, and was rude. She kept repeating over and over a sentence that made no sense. When l asked to speak with someone else, anyone else - she said she was the only person there. At 6pm on a weekday, l know that was not true. Probably on Thursday., Dec 7.

I usually stay at Marriott and their affiliates and this was my first time here at this location. Lobby and overall appearance was very nice. Very friendly staff at check-in room was clean and had a nice large shared patio that I could access from the room. AC was dialed in automatically and nice very cold. We left to go complete a 5k at Dodger Stadium and then returned to find the room too warm to be able to stay in it. I called the front desk and Raymond came to my room to inspect the situation. After a few minutes he told me he would check on the availability of another room. He called me to say he had a room similar to ours and the AC worked great. We moved into the room and it was large and more spacious. Only issue is my teenage daughter got the sofa bed vs the 2nd bed like we had in the original room. It was reasonably comfortable for her so it was a win. Raymond informed us that due to the issue he would be comping us breakfast for two in the morning. The breakfast was very good and made to order at their bistro. ($30 value). Valet and quick and easy.

Great location. I0 minute walk to Westfeld -Century. 5 min drive to Rodeo Drive. I think it’s a new hotel or newly renovated one bec the rooms and bathrooms are new. We got the breakfast add on and it’s good! They served Starbucks coffee I will stay again when I am in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It is located in a safe and convenient location. There is a supermarket across the street and one of LA's best malls is within walking distance. Better yet the beach is about 10 minutes away by car. I highly recommend Marriott in Century City.

Our stay couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Every single staff was beyond pleasant and accommodating. We requested an early check in and they had a room waiting for us upon arrival. The onsite restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety for breakfast and dinner. My daughter left her blanket behind and when I called the staff had it and said we could send a label and they would ship to us. The general manager contacted me himself ensuring me they would get it sent out. Fantastic location and walking distance to mall. Very clean, but staff and service were above and beyond.

Hotel is not “fancy” but very clean and comfortable. Great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a choice of room location upon check in. Also Bistro cafe bar was perfect for drinks and snacks. The staff there was also very helpful and friendly.
