No mini bar nor coffee machine in the room was quite disappointing for a hotel at this level. And no hand-held shower head in one of the room we stayed was inconvenient.

Love , love this hotel the location is unsurpassed. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and they’ve been working there for years. I’ve been staying here for many years and now with this new remodel and flag I don’t stay anywhere else. Easy walk to South Beverly Drive with all the coffee and breakfast places, shops and then from there, it’s another short walk to the golden triangle of Beverly Hills

Fantastic upscale hotel close to shops and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay, from the wonderful staff to the actual room everything was perfect and I would definitely stay there again
