This hotel is very close to the airport and with their free regular shuttle service is always our choice. Spacious clean rooms in a large hotel with free wifi, luggage storage, pool and spacious rooms. Could be more loungers by the pool as 8 for a hotel this size is insufficient. Also pool is a little dated now. Overall though good hotel and value for money. Love you can get late check outs.

Everything went well with my stay. On checkout day, it was necessary to store my bags with the bell desk until my event ended. Apparently, the hotel is a drop delivery location for Amazon. There were several people picking up multiple packages. So, what should have taken me 2-3 minutes to do, took almost 20 minutes as there was only 1 person working the desk at that time. I realized it wasn't the hotel's fault that several people showed up at the same time to retrieve packages, but if the hotel is to provide this service for others, that should not impede a hotel guest from receiving timely service. I could have missed my plane. Perhaps there could be an alternate employee to assist when/if the bell desk gets busy with only 1 person on duty.
