Nice grounds and pool area. Friendly staff

The staff was awesome. The room was amazing. The grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool. I had a wonderful time in the Jacuzzi.

Everything was very secure, clean and quite. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. All hotels should provide this standard. Sauna and steam room are amazing!!! And don't even get me started on the pool and spa!! The staff was beyond helpful. There was a couple of people that passed through but other than that it was safer than the majority of places. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also had a breakfast, which is convenient if you're frugal. In my opinion I think the rate was too low. I've paid a lot more and didn't receive a fraction of what this place had. Great job!! Enjoy!!!

I'm a repeat customer....it's conveniently located. At night corridors are well lite giving a sense of security. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean; nice lay out suited my needs

We've stayed at this hotel many times in past years, before the renovations. We always enjoyed our stay but with the renovations it is outstanding! The room was spacious, the bathroom very nice and the room as clean as any hotel we've stayed in! The surrounding grounds and pool/spa area were in great shape as well. The only negative is that the wifi is so slow as to be worthless. The response when I called to see what's wrong with it was "May be better in the lobby area, but there's nothing I can do about it." I hope the owners will address the wifi problem so the other great work is more fully appreciated..

Stayed here specifically bc of Sauna and Steaming room. Unfortunately Sauna gets as warm as a standard heater in a bedroom. Steaming room was great and I was able to heat it up to 114 F (it took couple hours tho). Swim pool is heavier in chlorine than a standard pool in a gym. Also it’s very close from the road: very noisy even during the evening with trucks constantly driving by. Hot tub was not hot at all - most likely warm - had to take a hot bath in my room which worked fine. Shower get pretty hot and has a great pressure. Bed is in the soft-side. Not my preference. Requested top floor room facing the back and it was silent. Overall ok.

While it’s obvious the older hotel is being updated - pretty wood flooring and plantation blinds - updated paint inside and out and updated bathroom there is some things I wasn’t impressed with . At first glance when I went in the room I could see it’s been renovated with very nice and modern updates as well as the exterior . But I sat on the bed in my “ no smoking” room and dead center is an unmissable burn hole in the bed cover ( but a beautiful new blanket under neath . Ok I thought no problem - I can deal - But I took off my shoes after being at an all day memorial event from a Church to cemetery to banquet - I was barefoot about 45 minutes and while the flooring was nice my feet were almost blackened from just a short time of walking around on it ... ok - it’s hard to tell when that type of floor is dirty ... but as I sat on the love seat next to the bed I looked up and could see them red painted wall was shiny clean just around the edges of the tall head board however the rest of the wall was covered in dust ... I’m thinking they probably clean early in the day so they have only day light but with the lights on at dusk it’s unmissable ! So I wanted to go fill the tub of the newly and beautifully tub/shower and there’s no way to stop the water to be able to fill it ???? If we didn’t find a suction cup in one of our bags I couldn’t have used the tub ... the next morning as my other guest showered he said there is next to flow coming out of the shower head .

When I entered the room it appeared nice, then I walked into the bathroom. I noticed that the toilet still had bits of toilet paper in the water. The toilet seat had a residue of what appeared to be from a private part. I carry disinfecting wipes and Lysol which I used to clean the toilet and spray on the shower curtain which smelled musty. I’m hoping that this was an isolated incident since is is not an awful hotel.

The breakfast options was a joke. Blow dryer didn’t work. Room had a smell in there. The floors were dirty. The bottom of my feet got dirty walking around the room.

Pretty ok for the money. Friendly staff. Outdated a little. TV didn’t have app options; I think it was Direct TV. I like to be able to watch Netflix and other movie apps.

We checked in late. It was clean and the room had a lot of room. The beds were comfortable.

The room was clean but not too soundproof. We could hear the TV’s in the adjacent rooms and also the footsteps in the room above. It was extremely hot but the AC worked well. The continental breakfast was plenty for us but some people might miss hot sausage or eggs.

I’m enjoying my stay with my partner here! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is nice and spacious. We will definitely return in the future. :)

The rooms have been updated, the king bed was comfortable. This is my place to stay when I visit my son

Easy arrival and check in process. Room easy to find. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. We left during the night as the bed was super uncomfortable to stay on any longer.

Room was nicely renovated and clean but insulation was horrible. Sounded like an elephant was above us. At 2 am they finally settled down. Next door their tv was blaring all night long. The loud heater was actually a good thing, drowned out the noise.

Terrible morning staff Woke us up once hour before check out with a disturbing "courtesy call" Housekeeping came a few minutes early before we even left room

Daughter in law fell in the shower and had to get 4 stitches in her chin and 2 stitches in her toe. No incident report acted like they didn't care at all. If I don't get a refund I will be getting a lawyer

The door to my room literally would not latch. Someone tried to come in at 1:30 am and luckily I had the secondary latch latched. Staff just acted like it was no big deal and didnt care. My family cared....

I've stayed here before due to the convenience of traveling nearby areas. How ever when I arrived, I didn't know the name and ownership had been changed. They couldn't find my reservations and i had to leave for an hour before i returned to check in. They should have better options on their so-called continental breakfast. its always the same and the coffee and juice taste watered down.

The staff was very professional

Reception was excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean. The shower was very pleasant, the water pressure did not beat you to death, but the volume was very adequate. The grounds around the facility were very well kept. I would gladly recommend this facility.

Nice hotel for our quick stop for the night in Manteca CA.

Needed a hotel with easy access to fam; visiting a sister w cancer. This hotel was 10 mins away, yay. The hotel room was clean, spacious...the corridors was very well lite at night....felt safe. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Had a car but saw eating establishments within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Im sure there are way better places to stay People next to.me where up all night yelling talking and tv very loud hi on drugs is my guess .

Honestly, we liked out room very much! It was clean, quiet. That part we liked very much. The major disappointment was the DINING. Breakfast was very sub-par. The waffle machine did not work properly. The coffee was AWFUL! a couple of apples with defects. Not good!

Very pleasant, very friendly desk agent, clean and comfortable room. Internet painfully slow, barely detectable, not for streaming. Breakfast very minimalist, but fine if you’re good with coffee, juice, toast, cereal and waffle machine. Despite those things we had a very restful stay.

We stay here alot during covid its safe and clean the only thing i am not impressed with is the breakfast not so great.

Budget friendly. Clean. Quiet. We stayed a few days for a graduation. They do offer breakfast - muffins, cereal, waffles nothing fancy. Unfortunately I was unable to eat the breakfast due to allergies.
