The bed was comfortable and room clean. Breakfast had some delicious pancakes and biscuits gravy with eggs. The only thing was the fire alarm went off at 8 am so woke my family up. The doors to pool need to be fixed because some didn’t open and others are stuck.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful when we had an issue with a noisy air conditioner in the first room we tried. They moved us to another room and it was great. The property seems a little bit worn, the carpet is loose in places. The breakfast was good and the gym and pool were in good repair. The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great.

Hotel was spotless, staff was friendly. I liked whatever air freshener they're using. It was right off the freeway and the immediate neighborhood didn't look sketchy. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. We'll definitely stay here again next time we need to split up a long drive to SoCal. The hot breakfast was good too.

Room was clean, appointed as advertised. Staff all around from front desk to kitchen was courteous, responsive, and just plain kind. One of the friendliest staffs I have experienced at a Holiday Inn and a friendly staff is what we are used to with Holiday Inn hotels.

The property was good. But the housekeeping was not great. I room was very dusty. My allergies was up in the room. Itching throat and eyes. Sneezing. We had to let them know that the room needed dusting. Also the bathroom tissue box and faucet look like it was never cleaned prior to our arrival.

Broken televisions and broken shower wand. (I took video of the broken plumbing) The desk mentioned something about a leak in another room… go figure. I was told I could change rooms the next afternoon after checkout (11am) Desk called me at 6:15 am Sunday morning to accommodate me by moving my room. No really 6 in the morning on my first nights stay! New room had television issues as well cut out during the NBA finals. Room key issues with multiple trips (by stairs, elevator VERY slow)to the desk to the point they didn’t believe me but after seeing the problem first hand they hand no more “excuses” account of it was 6:30 am and the guest staying in the room next door opened the door to complain we were making noise. You can’t make this stuff up! A ramen or a candy bar from your “store” wasn’t going to rectify my inconvenience. Construction happening starting at 7am 100 ft from building. If you want room service you will have to ask. I stayed 7 nights and didn’t ask for anything. I was happy to be going home If I had to say one positive it was that the breakfast was decent

We just finished a five night stay and it was absolutely wonderful. When we first arrived the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. A simple call to the front desk and our room was switched and it was perfect without any hesitation. Every staff member from the front desk, the house keeping staff and even the wonderful ladies who had the breakfast area always clean and filled were always friendly and soo welcoming. The area is extremely quiet for being on a main road even at the pool area it’s quiet! Room was clean and bed very comfortable l. I usually always stay with a different brand hotel but after this I will absolutely be back here. We travel to California frequently and this will be our first choice! I highly recommend this hotel and location!

SERVICE - I have limited mobility. I called two days before arrival and explained to the desk clerk. She said that the only room that fit what I needed was next to the pool. She said that noise was very bothersome. I said that would have to do. If she had assigned me the room without telling me of the noise, I probably would have been upset. But with the warning, I accepted the little noise from the pool and was overjoyed.

Great visit at the holiday inn express. The only thing I would suggest is to have at least 2 high chairs. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is perfect! Lots of shopping, food and services in a walkable area. Definitely will stay there again!!
