This may have been the best hotel experience I have ever had. My room was spotless, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I booked through hotels.com and needed to add a day and they walked me through the entire process and made sure I could stay in the same room. The continental breakfast was tasty and available every day. There’s a nice little pool and hot tub that were clean. If you want to work out there’s a fitness center as well. Lastly, the location is a huge draw as well. Safety isn’t a concern. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a huge Bass Pro Shop across the street.

They were remodeling the property and I didn’t see any mentioning of that on the website prior to booking the hotel. No fitness center access and the place was a mess.

The hotel is under a complete remodel renovation. You couldn’t even access. The lobby had to come in through a back door to a total construction zone to get on one elevator, because the other one was out of order jackhammers going all kinds of work being done. Was never advised this when I booked the hotel with you guys, not happy about it at all. However, my room was clean and the staff was 100% kissing ass to every customer in there that was upset so that was nice to see but even in my room I can hear Jack hammering and all kinds of construction noises , I feel that you guys should have advised us of this situation since I’m spending my money with you. Let me know what you guys are going to do about that. Thank you.

The floor in the elevator was so sticky. Would be nice if they had water bottles in the rooms on very hot days like it was when we were there. It is not a luxury hotel so we did not expect much!

Update in progress at the hotel. Lots of construction dust and traffic. Room was pleasant to the eyes. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Shower head way too high and unable to be adjusted so it didn’t hit the back wall of the shower. Location is close to shops and food, but the strip mall is 85% empty.

The actual room itself is comfortable, clean and spacious. The problem with this hotel is if you want to get a quiet night sleep it's not gonna happen. This hotel is across the freeway from a baseball complex. That is home too many tournaments on the weekends, loud groups of kids running up and down the hallway, slamming doors all night And generally just being a rowdy group of kids on a road trip. Kids will be kids but parents are often not around to control them unfortunately. Hallways are littered with trash and crumbs. Had to call several times to the desk to settle the ten kids in the room next-door. Every floor You can hear the kids running back-and-forth in the hallways late into the night. Staff did their best to control them, but they just got treated like a Karen unfortunately . We have stayed here three times while passing through and it's been the same thing every time on a weekend, unfortunately. I've traveled many times with my kids on travel ball teams, and I guess it just comes down to parenting and respect for others. Staff members informed us that most of the kids just mock them and the parents often leave the kids to fend for themselves as they go out. Bottom line, don't expect a quiet night sleep or definitely bring noise canceling headphones.:).

We stayed the weekend and the room was nice and clean. However our bed frame was broken and we fell through the frame at night. We kept trying to fix it but the frame was uneven and the mattress was sunken in the whole night. Room 425, just for the staff’s reference on which bed it is.

Very nicely clean and comfortable hotel near a plaza with food and some shopping just walking distance. A few blocks away are more shops, food and other activities. Breakfast is daily from 6am to 10am right across the main lobby. There is plenty of parking with access doors through front, back, and sides.

Dimitri provided excellent customer service during check-in, displaying a friendly demeanor. He also informed us about the complimentary coffee and tea available before we went to our room. Speaking of the room, it was clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbor's alarm go off at 6am. The breakfast at the hotel was good My 9-year-old particularly enjoyed making his own waffles using the waffle maker. The staff constantly maintained cleanliness by wiping down stations and restocking condiments. The breakfast options were plentiful, including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, english muffins, cereal, and fruit. For beverages, they offered juices, coffee (with my favorite hazelnut creamer), and a variety of tea packets.
