Clean and modern room, bed was a bit hard but it was fine. AC was good. Sheets were clean, bathroom was nice, shower had good pressure and nice settings, soaps and things smelled nice. TV was good, I could watch my Netflix. Breakfast was decent, just basic things nothing fancy.

Tiny rooms and the lady that checked us in barely spoke, didn't ask for ID, and was not too friendly or welcoming. Otherwise, the rest of the staff we encountered were very nice. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Parking was limited.

I enjoyed my one night stay. The room was great, bed comfortable, bath clean and room quiet. The coffee and tea were in the lobby but that was fine. The breakfast ample. Easy parking!

The best thing about our stay was the shower! However, the climate control was erratic (at to 67°F, it would cool down for a bit, then the HEAT would kick on all by itself! I'd get up & drop the temp ONE DEGREE, then the wrath of the GREAT FROZEN NORTH would kick in!), the TV guide couldn't display ANY info, nor would it tune in ANY stations (didn't spend much time in the room, so that wasn't a BIG deal)! The nighttime staff was made aware of this condition & offered to come up & take a look at it (multiple times), but never did. The bathroom was well lit, with a lighted mirror & 2 overhead recessed lights - great for my wife putting on her makeup (we were in town for a wedding), but it was NOT DIMMABLE, & was quite the shock after arising from sleep whilst the room was still dark (wife still sleeping)! I also noted that the women at the front desk (both evening & following morning), both appeared to have gentlemen called while on duty; the men were hanging about, shopping on hotel coffee & engaging with the ladies when there were no patrons at the desk, with the guy in the morning being there throughout our breakfast dining & visiting (@ 2 hours). The Bearcats service was abruptly ended at 9am, with notice or "part call"- type of advisory given to those still in the dining area; I've never had the breakfast service end with being advised, in case one wanted to enjoy a bit more "for the road", if you will, which myself, wife, & son would certainly have done=less waste.
