It's a nice cabin style hotel, with good amenities, good restaurant with good options and nice view; there is an in-door pool and Spa, however it is offered as a heated pool and the heated it's the room since the water isn't, also you need to go through the pathways from the rooms to the pools, and in some instances, depending of the location of your room, it could be far away. Beautiful gardens that needed some maintenance.

I would give higher ratings but the second day of our stay we did not receive any housekeeping services. We got back that evening from sight-seeing and there were no clean towels, garbage left in place, etc. I called the front desk and was informed it was too late in the evening for housekeeping services. The clerk did say sorry for the inconvenience. That was it, no refund, no remedy. We left the next morning. Part of what I look forward to, pay for, and enjoy while on vacation is the pampering of housekeeping services when I stay in a hotel. This experience was disappointing to say the least.

Beautiful hotel, great location and customer service was great The only disappointment was the shower in the bathroom. It was very grouse There was someone’s hairs, and I mean like a bundle of it on the shower wall which wasn’t cleaned. Hopefully next time the house keepers will do a better job checking every where when cleaning.

We were so pleasantly surprised with this Best Western! The hotel itself was charming, especially in the way the buildings and rooms were laid out. Oakhurst is a great Gateway town for Yosemite, if you are heading to Mariposa or into the park. Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite.

The room didn’t feel sanitary or clean and a pile of doggie poop was on the floor under a chair. Upon discovering it a maintenance man came to pick it up. He indicated that the maid was his daughter and that he would have her make sure the room was presentable sanitary and clean in the morning. -That was never done.

The room was spotless, the staff courteous, and the bed very comfortable. The hand painted mural of a mountain scene above the bed covering the entire wall was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of coffee for the average coffee drinker. Price was lower than others I have stayed at up there and it was nicer.

The hotel room is so huge, it fits our family of 6 comfortably. The staffs are friendly. My laundry finished late, they gave me extra half hour to collect my clothes.It was on July the fourth night. Many thanks. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. It gives us the energy hiking in Yosemite. The grill opens late, it's convenient after an exhausted day in Yosemite. The hotel is about half hour drive to Yosemite south gate, and takes another hour to Yosemite village. There is Yart bus stop across street. It is convenient if you don't feel like driving one and a half hour on mountain roads.

We stayed here two nights, when I checked the staff were friendly and nice. The room was just outdated, the AC sounded like a lawn mower when it was on. There was mosquitos in and around the room, but I’m assuming when they clean it the bugs come in. It was okay overall, the room looked terrible outdated, but we needed something cheap in price close to the entrance to Yosemite but next time I’ll pick somewhere else.

If you are going to stay, ask to be accommodated on the upper floor. They put us on a lower floor and we had a terrible night. The guest on the upper floor was too noisy. You could hear his footsteps, even when the toilet was flushing.

From the moment you walk into the lobby it’s very welcoming and pretty. The staff member who helped me was very nice and informative. She checked us into our room quickly and had good suggestions for dinner. We go to Yosemite every year for 45 years now and this is our first time staying in Oakhurst, we’ll definitely be back.

I really like this property. Before I go, I have a request to get a ground level for my dad. They replied to me within 24hr. The location is convenient to Yosemite. The property provide what we need: easy parking, nice WIFI, great location, wonderful breakfast and great service. I forgot my cell phone either in the room or at on site restaurant. When I called the hotel, they told me they found it and mailed it back to me. Such a wonderful place and service. I am very appreciated what they provided and highly recommend it to you.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay for two nights here while going to Yosemite. The adjoining restaurant started us out well with great, unrushed service and excellent food even though we arrived late and near closing time after a long drive from Sequioa. Front desk staff were very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Room was excellent with the family suite giving us four and my sister's dog plenty of room to spread out. Pet fee was cheaper than other properties in the area too. Beds were super comfy and the balcony was a nice perk especially in the morning when we could see deer wandering around the dog park behind our building. Parking was plentiful and the property amazed us at its size. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi although the pool water was kind of cold - the only thing we had anything negative to say about. If we're ever back in the area we would absolutely love to stay here again!

The restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and mostly helpful. We have stayed here many times. The toilet in our room was broken and wouldn’t flush. Staff did not seem too concerned. We fixed it ourselves. May be trying new options next time

This hotel was an amazing family choice for us during our Yosemite stay. It is actually about an hour and fifteen minutes from Yosemite but was close to the Sugar Pine Railroad and Yosemite Archery activities. My children loved the room, the play area, the pool and the restaurant that's onsite. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. I loved that it was close to everything in Oakhurst, we didn't mind the drive to Yosemite and loved that it was only an hour away from Fresno airport.

We loved our two night stay here, we had a two bedroom suite for our family of four and had plenty of space. Really convenient to Yosemite, great location! Free breakfast was a fabulous bonus, and really good, we also had two evening meals in the restaurant which were also very good. The receptionist was also fabulous.

Unbelievable the hotel was black out NO POWER THE WHOLE NIGHT AND DIDNT EVEN OFFER DISCOUNT BUT INSTEAD OFFER YOU TO CHOOSE TO GO OR STAY , i cant believe there is hotel that cannot afford generators. I will definitely not gonna comeback its not worth it to stay. The buffet area was very dirty cant even pass A food contamination certificate. Its just horrible i would say . We just dont have a choice cus our home was 5hrs drive and checking in late WITH KIDS … DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO STAY HERE.
