Comfortable stay at Yosemite Sierra. For the area it’s reasonably priced which I appreciate. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Continental breakfast is a little light as far as selections go but I usually don’t choose rooms based on that. Pool is nice and staff are friendly and made good suggestions for what’s surrounding their area. Will stay again

Everything was nice and cozy but no elevator only stairs so if your on the 3tr floor or 4th lots of walking and parking is up top for the 3rd floor an you need to walk down to get to your room other then that the place was nice.

Stayed at this property only because it was close to Yosemite. The room was very dirty and the ceiling was coming apart near the door. Refrigerator and microwave were not clean. Cleaning ladies came to make the bed and replace towels but did not clean anything else such as the floors, bathroom counter, or shower. The nice thing about the room was the big tv and how fast it was. Not very many options for the free breakfast. We were looking for paper and a pen in the room to plan our day at Yosemite and there was none. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even find us some paper and told us to write in the magazine guide. The stay was just okay, we mostly only used the hotel to sleep as we spent most of our time in Yosemite.

Pros: Easy check in, enough self parking, not far from restaurants and stores. Basic continental breakfast coffee, juice, toast and cereal. Cons: Room was not cleaned. Looked like they only made the bed and took out the trash. Walls had visual stains and spiderwebs.Towels looked washed but showed old stains. The bath tub walls dirty and showed signs of growing mold. We found a previous guests clothes in a drawer. When checking out I informed the front desk clerk that the room was dirty and the response was they probably forgot to clean it.

I arrived after a long day in the park. Doorbell wemt odd when i walked in, rang the bell. Took over 20 min for anyone to come to the front desk. Was not offered any onfp of ice machine pr breakfast time. Was on the 3rd floor. Was told to drive around back and carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. Noisy neighbors upstairs, see light around the whole door which made for a very noisy morning, shower sink ice bucket toilet filthy. Cobwebs and thick layer od dust throughout. Will not be back but warn others choosing this hotel. If i wasnt so tired i would of just slept in my car or called and tried to book another hotel. Have pictures of all as proof.

This hotel was really disappointing. 🔹 Room was dirty and old The room looked very old and had a strange smell. The bed was not clean, and the floor felt dirty. The bathroom sink and shower area had mold, and the towels were very dirty and yellow, like they had been used many times. It was disgusting. 🔹 Breakfast was terrible They said breakfast was included, but it was only plain bread, small packets of jam and butter, and cereal. The milk was in a jug you had to pour yourself. There were no bananas, no eggs, no sausage. Only a few bruised apples that looked old. Drinks were just instant coffee and hot chocolate. I thought maybe I missed something, but when I asked, the front desk said “this is breakfast.” I was shocked. 🔹 Bad service and attitude In the morning, I saw the manager arguing loudly with guests. It seemed like a family of six was just asking about breakfast, but the manager kept saying “You cannot do that!” over and over, like 7 or 8 times. Everything was good - the reason we did not get any sleep was a guy above us was blasting music till 4am. So if this didn’t happen I would recommend but since we called the front desk and they did nothing to stop this drunk guy I would say we would not return

This was a real disappointment. No lift for a 4 storey complex is an issue. Hot water in the shower was luke warm at best and pressure dropped dramatically when shower used in next room. Breakfast was very poor with one selection of cereal and either white or wholemeal sliced bread. No hot food. Not value for money and could not recommend.

Nice aervice, and clean, convenient property. The sink and shower are very old and need to be replaced. Very bad water pressure. The matress was so hard it was difficult to sleep well and i woke up sore every morning.

The room wasnt bad and it might have been a nice stay, but the AC was broken, in July, and the room couldnt be occupied. They wouldnt fix it or move us to another room, and then told us to go find another hotel, So we did. We never slept there.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. There was a town-wide power outage, but the hotel staff never called to inform us, even though they knew about it in advance. When we arrived, we were told the power wouldn't be back on until the next morning and that the hotel didn't have a backup generator. With no power, the hotel was not a viable place to stay, and the front desk staff told us we would not be charged if we chose to leave, which we did. Despite this assurance, the hotel charged me for the night. I have since been trying to get a refund, but the hotel has made the process difficult. This lack of communication, combined with charging guests for a service they couldn't provide, is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel and would advise anyone to book elsewhere.

Great place to stay if visiting Yosemite National Park. The property is only 25 minutes away from park entrance. The staff & service are excellent. Breakfast challenging for diabetics because mostly all carbohydrates with no protein. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy.

Tv didn’t work. Took three try’s to get the front desk awake to check us in. At 7 pm not even late Got up the next morning tv still wouldn’t work front desk would not answer phone went to get breakfast and no one’s was there and wouldn’t answer ring doorbell. Terrible customer service would go to Hampton next door or holiday inn.

The property was very clean and was nice to stay in overall. The front desk people were very nice. I accidentally showed up about an hour before check in which was my fault. They checked me in without problem. I walked into the room when it was being cleaned still. Again, it was my fault I walked in before it was ready. The cleaner was a man who was very rude as soon as he saw me. I asked him if I could leave the bag in the room and he ignored me. I was polite and left the room and waited in the car for him to finish.

The room was great, large and very clean. Normally, we don't complain, but we have to say something about the staff at the reception desk. From day one we noticed that the youngest guy was not very friendly nor smiling, let alone very helpful. When on the second day, our key didn’t work, we went to the reception during working hours, but the door was shut. It took us several phonecalls without answer and 40 minutes of waiting before the staff arrived. When I told them this wasn't good, they didn't react. More so, the oldest guy looked at me as if I had done something wrong. When I told him that saying sorry would be the least he could do, he looked at me again in an almost agressive way and said he didn't know what he had to apologise for, as "they were fixing some things outside". That was it. This is the reason for our low score.

More so, the oldest guy looked at me as if I had done something wrong. When I told him that saying sorry would be the least he could do, he looked at me again in an almost agressive way and said he didn't know what he had to apologise for, as "they were fixing some things outside". That was it. This is the reason for our low score.

The parking was easy as there were like less than 10 cars within the whole parking area. The hotel was easy to be located. However, if you are travelling with kids, do prepare to make a few trips to your car to retrieve luggage as there was not lift and the stairs were at both end of the hotel. I was greeted by a not so friendly and attitude front desk personnel and he claims that i did not declare the number of people staying in the room correctly when there was a glitch with their system. It's right on the highway. Conviniently located next to restaurant and the bus stops on the front. Staff are nice. Don't expect a 5 star coz this is definitely has a motel feel to it.

Great place to stay if visiting Yosemite National Park. The property is only 25 minutes away from park entrance. The staff & service are excellent. Breakfast challenging for diabetics because mostly all carbohydrates with no protein. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy.

Air conditioning not auto, we were woken up by the high room temperature. Some places inside the building are dirty, for example the stairs are dusty. The breakfast provided was just some pieces of bread and orange juice and berry juice, just like something left over.

Convenient for our travel plans. Fairly quiet. Breakfast choices were a joke. Toast, toast and cereal or more toast. Both coffee and orange juice were mostly water. On the plus side there were small packets of real half and half. No fruit, no protein. Should be relabeled as toast and bagel snacks.

The breakfast options were scant. Only coffee, 1 cereal option with milk as only protein option. Also bread for toasting with butter, jelly and peanut butter. I am allergic to peanut butter and my girlfriend is lactose intolerant,so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast for the 2 days we were there.
