My coffee maker has cleaning clemaicla in it that mixed into my coffee. They replaced it however when I complained to the GM she responded after 5 days then implied I was lying. I kept the original coffee maker in the room to verify. They do not take your concerns seriously and will stonewall you.

The room was clean but there were ants. They offered to move us but I didn’t feel like it was that big of a deal so we stayed
