Everything was great. Location near lots of great restaurants, the mall, airport, freeway. The only downside: The dryer in the laundry room barely dried clothes 45 mins for 4.00 and they were still wet. Charged my card another 4.00 and only gave me 15 additional minutes. Ended up hanging several things in the room to dry. Staff is nice and breakfast was good.

The first room I was assigned on the second floor had several issues: a cracked mirror, dirty sheets, stained carpet, and a non-functioning phone. I was then moved to another room on the same floor. While the mini fridge didn’t work, the room was otherwise clean, aside from a few hairs on the bathroom floor. If you're a light sleeper like me, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its location right next to the freeway. The sound of trucks passing by throughout the night made it hard to sleep. On a more positive note, the pool was a highlight: clean, quiet, and hardly used by other guests. I also used the gym, which was well-equipped with towels and a water dispenser readily available. The front desk clerk, Sierra, truly made a difference. She was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and addressed all my concerns promptly and professionally. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. The variety was impressive from cereals to hot, fresh Belgian waffles. Everything was well-stocked, fresh, and guests weren’t limited in their selections.

Everything was very nice except one of two elevators was operating. It took a very long time to go up 6 floors and down 6 floors. People were tired of waiting and took the stairway instead. Im disabled so i had to wait for elevator.

Hotel location is great as it’s very near to the mall & lots of places to eat. The air conditioning is very loud & woke me up when it kicked back on. The perimeter of the hotel and parking lot are dimly lit which I didn’t like. Hotel staff was courteous.

I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that the pool needs to be maintained better . But I also went down the morning after a ton of people used it the day before … depending on what time they clean their pool I could have very well went down before they cleaned. Also chairs need to be replaced … but all in all it was a great stay .

1 weekend night stay, the room was a great size. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the parking, it is limited. The breakfast was very good but the eggs were cold. So we took it up to the room, unfortunately no microwave in the room. Food was still good tho lol I would stay again

The room and hallways smelled of rancid water and mold. I asked the front desk if they could move me to another room bc I noticed I was across from a maintenance closet and stairway. They told me they could not accommodate me. Definitely not Hyatt quality or atmosphere. Very disappointed

Outside of the property was OK but my carpet in my room was wet when we got in wet spots in areas. Carpet was dirty. It felt icky to walk on the shower floor was not cleaned all the way our beds were pretty nice nice and soft and cozy, but I just did not like that floor, and we stayed four days and they only took out the trash once my pillowcase was dirty. I took it off put it on the floor for housekeeping to pick up did not pick up till the second day and did not replace pillows cases refrigerator leaked water all over our food that we had In the fridge Continental breakfast was all hit. It was the floor and to me the floor is important. I had my four year old granddaughter and you know kids play on the floor. I would not allow her to play on that floor. We had to keep our shoes on because of the icky sticky feeling of the carpet

Stayed for the night since we had a family function near by. Ive never had a problem with this hotel up until now. To our surprise there was a roach in our room and our sheets had gum in them. There was a festival going on this past weekend so our price for our stay was nearly $500. It makes me feel some type of way knowing I paid this much for my awful experience. I won’t be going back. Hope they get it together.

We stayed here for a wedding so it was conveniently located near the venue. The staff was super helpful and really nice. Breakfast was OK. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. The toilet was like a foot off the ground. And the shower was extremely dated. It wasn’t dirty, but it could use a facelift. Good staff, though. Just not the most comfortable.

The Ac unit was very loud. I see why they provide ear plugs. The unit struggled to keep cool. Would be helpful yo have a microwave in the room. Would like breakfast to start at 6 am on wknds. Travel times are longer in California. Would be nice to grab some food bwfore hitting the 7 am traffic.

I've stayed at other Hyatt Places before with the same layout, which I like. However, it is time to upgrade some of the amenities in the room such as USB charging ports. The mattress in the room needed to be changed as there were body impression on both sides of the bed. This particular room was facing the side of the freeway, which made the vehicle noise noticeable. As far as the breakfast goes, it would have been nice to have sausage one day and bacon the next. Also, I prefer the self made waffles which are fresher than the frozen ones used at this particular Hyatt Place. The one plus was that this Hyatt was located right near the Ontario Mills Mall and mulitiple restaurants.

The night we arrived the ac was very loud and when u turned it off it blew hot air. Reported to the front desk in the morning they said they would send an engineer. Engineer must have been there cuz the cover to the ac was loosely on and still making noise when we came back at 8 pm out all day. Next day reported again since now the thermostat was not working. Didn’t even have power again went and reported to the front desk and nothing asked for a fan didn’t even have that. Went to the front desk the next morning at check out to remind them. The time there felt like we weee paying to be ignored. No offer for future discounts no I’m sorry about that just a nod of the head and ok from the front.

Staff was friendly but management didn’t work with us when we departed a day early for an emergency and didn’t issue us a refund. The door lock to our room had recently been changed and unlocking was a challenge every single time, stayed 2 of 3 nights and every morning the breakfast items were exactly the same with no variation in a single item. Found roaches roaming on parking lot next to pool on both nights we were there. Had used this hotel for a one night stay before and made decision to stay again for a long weekend but based on this trip would not stay here again, there are many similar options in the area

I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, amount of towels. I really didn't like having a room next to a loud roadway. I frequently heard the sound of construction type work like beeping trucks backing up almost exclusively at night.I didn't sleep well at all. Next time I would ask to be opposite to the roadway.

Stayed here on the way to Vegas and overall it was a fine stay. Rooms were okay and spacious and felt pretty clean. Breakfast was a very standard continental breakfast, however the area was very small, so not much offered. The location is great with it being right next to Ontario mills and walking distance to the mall. Great spot if you’re just stopping by.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean. It had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We asked for more towels and no problem getting them. Breakfast was delicious. They served scrambled eggs, fresh salsa, sausage links, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and more. The people at the front desk were very kind.

My family and I stayed here for one night. Hotel is dated but was clean and rooms were spacious. For the continental breakfast they offered waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, oatmeal, sliced bread, bagels and some muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice. Parking filled up fast on site but plenty of parking across the street.

I had a great experience staying at the Hyatt this past weekend. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean and the location was very convenient to my weekends activities. Loved how they offered free coffee and tea and there water with oranges was really refreshing! Also they had a microwave downstairs available to use at any time was convenient too.

Everything was great. Might be the best breakfast I've had for hotel breakfast. The one thing that would have made it better is if the double beds were queen beds. What a difference that would have made! Would be easily 5 stars with that one change.

I stay here every year for work. Great location. Great amenities. Parking is not great but there is always across the street. Had a lot of trucks, trailors and party busses parked sideways taking up multiple spots in there tiny parking lot. Trailers and busses should be across the street. Breakfast is great. Staff is nice.
