Breakfast was very disappointing expected much more and better only had bad breakfast sandwiches and waffles with no toppings the spa only had about half the jets and most did not work properly even the people working there were not pleasant the LEADERSHIP AT THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE REPLACED!!!!!!

I was looking for a room near the airport and got a lovely room, very courteous check in process, I was even asked if I would like a wake up call, a safe and convenient parking spot where I could leave my car for the week, a shuttle that dropped me off at the airport and picked me up there, too! It was a very successful experience. I will definitely stay here again!

I was skeptical given the location near the airport and the low price-point. When I arrived, after midnight, on the airport shuttle, I shared an elevator ride with a woman I can only assume was there…for work…and there was a police cruiser in the back parking lot—I did not have high expectations. I just wanted to sleep and feel safe. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean, well stocked and serviced with good amenities. It was quiet. Everything in the room worked…a/c, iron, hairdryer. Each staff member I encountered was helpful, cheerful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised. Best 2-2.5* hotel I can recall staying in. And despite my initial concern about illegal goings-on, I did not see any other signs of drugs, public drug or alcohol use nor undesirable people hanging around. And I’ll say even the young woman I encountered was clean and sober, friendly…just barely clothed and clearly looking for a specific room despite not appearing to be a guest. I would stay there again. Quite good value for money. And the pool was sparkling clean.

Having 24-hour shuttle transportation was extremely helpful since I needed to use it at 10:30 pm to get to the hotel and then use it 6 hours later to return to the airport. I loved that the staff made be a breakfast bag filled with real food to take to their airport. I was truly grateful for that.

I had a three-night reservation for a room with a king-size bed. However, when I arrived on the first night, they did not have any rooms with a king-size bed. So, I was given a room with two queen beds. Then, I checked out with the hope of checking in later the second day and getting a room with a king-size bed. That did not end up being the case. I moved to another room with, yet again, two queen beds. In addition to the reservation snafu, the first room was pretty rundown. Also, both rooms had ants. They were on the window sill, in the bathroom, and even within the bed sheets. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying at that location again.

The entire facility was clean, my room was clean, everything I needed was there. I stayed on a weekend and it was quite, had my grandson with me and he was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. I'd stay again. Employees were very cordial also.

After having a long delay with our flight arriving at 2am & going to the wrong hotel first… The front desk attendant Christine was amazing, friendly, and helped us check in fast & gave us a great room. Made us feel like we were still in Maui with her kindness. The room was clean & had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, nice tub, close to the convention center. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t great cell service in the room & the WiFi wouldn’t connect, other than that it was perfect.

The wifi didn't work and the front desk seemed completely uninterested when handing me off to a third party provider to help. I wa son the phone for 15-20 minutes with someone who was making guesses about how to fix, and ultimately had to hang up without getting on wifi that night or in the morning. When spending over $100/nt, not only do I expect working wifi, I expect immediate help if it's not working. Then, the tv was beyond confusing to set up and the front desk couldn't help over the phone either (it was after 11pm and didn't want anyone in my room at that hour). They offered no discount when checking out and I can't believe this place could possibly have decent ratings if you had to deal with the staff in any way.

The room was very small. Outdated furniture. Rusted toilets. My computer screen was bigger than the TV. They don’t allow electronic hookups to their cheap TV’s…so no 21st century streaming you’re stuck watching 20th century cable. Hot breakfast was frozen sandwiches heated up and you can’t take it out the dining. Overall it was very disappointing and not an hospitality guru.

Everything was fine until we went to flush the toilet. It wouldn’t drain, and overflowed, we had to call front desk 5 times and the situation was never resolved, and they offered no solution, very dissatisfied with this hotel.

I had to leave to the airport earlier than I wanted just so I can use the bathroom. I travel a lot for work and always stay at that hotel for convience and this was just unacceptable. Horrible experience and would like a refund

Day one was nice, day two we got upgraded rooms due to a maintenance issue with the plumbing. The upgrade was unexpected and surprising event to happen, as our upgraded room really made our stay even better. Staff was friendly and very communicative with changing staff members.

There was no one manning the front desk. I had made reservations and was tired when I arrived. I was greeted by a sign that said be back in 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes and no one showing up I called the front desk from my phone. It was answered and the voice on the other end said give them 5 minutes and they would be out. After another 15 minutes I was thinking about leaving but I had already paid. In another 10 minutes the front desk person finally came out and got me my room. Very frustrating for someone that had traveled all day and was tired.

The breakfast area was dirty and the food was stale and the smoke alarms went off due to the toast getting burnt and the cleaning lady used the same gloves she was cleaning with to take out my toast and gave it to me like that

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. The breakfast was good, with waffles, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal, packaged egg and sausage sandwiches and several types of packaged pastries. Juices and coffee. After reading other people’s reviews I was skeptical to stay here but the staff was very nice, the shuttle was fast and easy to get, the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast was pretty decent.

Our flight arrived late, so we only used the hotel room to sleep. The room had a burned smell, like an electric device burned or something like that. Breakfast was very basic, there was not a hot bar, they had pre-made sausage and cheese croissant, there was also a waffle maker.
