Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert by IHG

We came here on our way to California and was highly impressed so we came back on our way home ! Both visits were exceptional! From the friendly staff to the clean room and comfy beds to the wonderful breakfast! The parking was fine too! We will be back again ! Thank you , see you soon!

If you’re looking for luxury this is not the place however, it is very clean, room may need slight upgrades but there’s plenty of positives, room is good size, amazing comfy beds and plenty of storage, plenty of free parking and a good breakfast, the staff minding the area was very friendly, all the food was fresh, eggs, sausages, bacon, yummy biscuits and cinnamon rolls, they also have a pancake machine really nice and your usual cereals, breads and bagels, coffee, tea and OJ, overall will stay again if in the area. Starbucks across the street if you prefer. Friendly front desk staff as well.

Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. We had a call from the front desk about a noise complaint but we were already in bed so that was annoying and false. Not sure even what noise it was whether it was voices etc. we were in 3rd floor and complaint supposedly was from people in 2nd floor so try to get top floor. Elevator was broken and uneven which caused problems and accidents

Everything was great. Check in was easy, breakfast was good, service was great, parking was safe and easy.

Room was noisy i could hear other people till late hours of the night
