7 Springs Inn & Suites

Experience was good. Only thing is that the pool wasnt as clean as it used to be. But everything else was fine.

The suite was great with full kitchen. Loved the pool/jacuzzi and overall ambiance. Allowed me to do late check out, as I was trying to get into the hansen house by the hospital.

Everything was great except the swimming pool was kind of dirty.

Very clean room & easy parking. We especially liked pool area open unit midnight.

Location is excellent. Size of room excellent. Pool and hot tub in poor condition with concrete finish failing causing a very dirty rough bottom. Room Very overpriced for overall experience.

Very disappointed during our 5 day stay, the large hottub was not working

Such a little gem of a hotel, the architecture is beautiful and we liked the vibe of the hotel. The studio room was great with a week equipped kitchen, and the addition of the grills outside for anyone’s use was fantastic. Pool & spa pools where a welcome relief from the heat of the desert, would highly recommend! Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble!

Nice place pool and jacuzzis open until midnight. Have stayed here before will stay again.

Parking is limited here. Check in staff not particularly interested in providing detailed directions of how to find a spot. First come first served.. be prepared to walk 10 minutes or so to get to the edges of downtown Palm Springs.

Appears to be an older property that has been nicely updated. Onsite parking is VERY limited.

Quaint hotel. Clean, glass cups and ceramic mugs of old. Great pool and hot tub. Great staff.

Property is in reasonable, but not amazing, condition. The exterior of the property is well maintained, but the room was worn down -- the bathroom floor was cracked, the carpet was discolored. The furniture had missing laminate. But it was still a great stay. The staff were accomondating and friendly, the room and property were clean and I liked the location. We were a 10 minute walk to the fun part of town. The hottube was great, the pool was ok.

Carpet was wet and room very humid

The first room i received smelled like smoke. I changed rooms and got a room with all the appliances in the middle of the kitchen open with raid bottles everywhere. The smell was so strong. When i told girl she just looked annoyed. I did not even want to stay after that but i could not get my money money back and it was only one night i was staying. So finally we received the rooms and they were okay. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere. The sink had hair in it. It just looks and smells old. The pool was ice cold couldn't use it. The jacuzzi was nice best part of the property. Probably wont be staying again tho

This was my second weeklong stay here. Its a charming, small hotel with a nice outdoor space including a pool and two hot tubs. The clean but somewhat worn and "experienced" look inside the rooms is passable as charming and authentic, but as time goes on it would be nice to see a few small upgrades and repairs. Our beds were very nice, with some of the best pillows I've ever encountered. Staff were very friendly and accommoding, and other guests were easy going and always up for friendly conversation. Nice walkable location for exploring the downtown shopping and dining locations.

Well clean property.

The room was okay. Clean and tidy with a cute kitchen, but it STANK of mold and felt incredibly damp. The smell was almost unbearable. Because the rooms have carpet, all the water from the pool gets trapped in there and it never has a chance to properly dry out. The room smelled so bad, we had to wash all of our CLEAN clothes when we arrived home. We overheard other guests also complaining about the stench in their rooms, so it seems like the entire hotel needs some serious renovations -- or at least they need to remove the carpeting! The pools were clean and well kept. The outside seating needs an upgrade. Overall, our stay was adequate. We were grateful for the kitchen in our room, but would suggest avoiding the 7Springs Inn if you are allergic to mold (or hate bad smells in general). Would not stay here again.

We loved all the different areas one could relax on the property and how well maintained the landscaping is ... very beautiful yet the building is starting to break down.. lots of crumbling stucko, lots of repainting and filling needing done..The front desk was friendly and always willing to help if one had any questions or needed anything. What we did not like was the old carpet in the room it felt dingy and dirty and we did not like how dirty all the sun lounger cushions were and they all had many rips and just looked bad, just a few things could really make this property sing :) but overall we loved the property and would stay again. It’s been 4 days since we checked out and the manager has not contacted us regarding the roaches that was in our room; ON THE BED, floors and kitchen counter. It was a rude awakening, literally one was crawling on us at 7 in the morning! It was disgusting and terrifying!

Roaches coming up from the bathroom sink, also found on the walls. Great customer service and a great location can't make up for this issue.

Horrible WiFi unsecured and not safe to use

Many years staying here and staff and service is good. This stay was not the same, room clean but air conditioning needs updating, still working fairly well but roars like a boat taking off in a lake when it kicks in and starts, it continues to make different sounds, it kept my husband and I awake most of the night. Did not sleep well at all. We didn’t notice the noise at first because we checked in and went out for the afternoon about town. To late to request a change of room but will definitely do it next time. We will be asking for a different room if it happens again in a future visit. We enjoy the location and access to Downtown restaurants and shopping.

Loved the mid-century modern vibe. Comfortable room but carpet was in need of repair. No elevator for second story room. Pool and two jacuzzi's were great.

So-so room. Air conditioner stuck on “71” could not be adjusted. TV stopped working. Bed too low. No shelff in bathroom for toiletries.

7 Springs has a location far enough from the downtown core to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. I stayed in a room that had only one window in the bedroom area that faced out towards a roof, and that had little natural light by day and artificial light (an overhead light) by night. The room was spacious and comfortable but no-frills, with good air conditioning and a clean bathroom. Parking is free and plentiful. The price was very reasonable for the location and time of year when I visited.

Large room and nice outdoor seating area. Very walkable. The battery on the safe had run down but maintenance was quick to fix it. Bathroom is small with nowhere other than a dirty window ledge to put our toiletries. Biggest drawback was the thin walls- you could hear everything from upstairs and adjoining rooms.

Cool modern decor of the reception was betrayed by dinky rooms. First it was the strong chemical cleaner smell that hit us. Then we saw the discolored carpet. The bathroom looked sad too. The sunburned and ripped cushions on outside seating area just added to overall tired feel of this hotel. Time to spruce up a bit.

Very noisy, can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Not very spacious or comfortable, but acceptable as a place to crash.

Convenient walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Friendly staff. Front desk closes at midnight leaving a number to call for service. (ie. Key deactivation…..etc)

They said desk was open until midnight. I got there at 11:40 and no one around on a paid reservation. Even the phone answering greeting said 2 am. Called emergency number provided and no one answered. You kept my money and I had to stay at Motel 6. Never will I visit you again unless you return my stolen money.

When the man at the desk saw that I'm disabled, he immediately changed my room assignments to an ADA compliant room. I had forgotten to ask so I appreciated his attention to detail.

This was a good hotel. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, everything worked, there was adequate (free) parking, and there was nice outdoor space with two pools and firepits with chairs around them for cool nights. There is also a paid washer and dryer if you want to do laundry. The hotel is very close to Palm Canyon Drive, the main drag with restaurants and shopping. It’s at the north end of the shopping/restaurant area. There are a few things people should be aware of. The hotel does not service the rooms unless requested. So, if you expect to come back to the room each day to a made bed and fresh towels, that only happens if you request the room be serviced. You may want to bring a bar of soap or body wash for the shower. The hotel only provides a small bar for hand washing. The hotel office closes at midnight. If you get in late and won’t get to the hotel until after midnight, that could be a problem. We got back to the room one night at 12:20 AM and the room key didn’t work. Went to the office to get the key reprogrammed and imagine my surprise that it was closed. Luckily my wife, who typically goes out with empty pockets, had her key with her. Otherwise, we may have been sleeping in the car. Overall, it was a good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Manny was very professional. My husband and I had an issue with the first room because there was an old cigarette stench. I brought it up to Manny the next day and he got us a mew room. We were very thankful for their response.

when i went to check in the front desk had a sign saying "out to lunch, be back later". so there wasn\'t any staff member at the front desk. had to wait an hour in the lobby to check in. when the staff person arrived she said her shift was just starting at the previous employee left early. this place is poorly managed

The staff was helpful and friendly. They let me check in early and upgraded my room for free.

No one at the front desk for 45 mins. Had to wait entire time before I could check in. Horribly managed hotel

I’ve stayed here a few times before. Unfortunately this last time in Sept 2024 left a bad taste in my mouth. Terrible front desk person (Jonathan) needs basic customer service training and he even admitted it. Tried to berate me for wanting new room keys because they became demagnetized and would not work. Kept trying to blame me and make me feel bad. He even said basically “ Well maybe this isn’t the right place for you to stay” in a very condescending tone. Awful.

Only negative would be if your office note on the door states it opens at 8:00 am, then some one needs to have the office opened at 8:00. Not having the employee arriving after 8:00.

super cute place. By far exceeded my expectations. It is a dated property but that is all about what the area is, after all. Attentive young man at the desk. Quick checkin. Easy parking. Really great feel in the space. Close to the Uptown area.

Like the motel style, but if you don't have a vehicle it is hard to access anything

Check-in was friendly and fast. Room was clean with a comfy bed & pillows. Enjoyed a very warm pool - perfect for the cooler winter temps. Walkable to downtown shops & restaurants. Some nighttime noise from helicopters (medical center across the street) woke up my partner.

Fourth time here! The location is excellent. Very close to downtown Palm Springs, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded! Perfect!

The location is North of Downtown about 10 to 15 minute walk depending on your pace. Plenty of shops and restraunts to occupy your time along the way.

Great location to the downtown area, shopping, and hiking trails.

This is a wonderful hotel. The design is retro cool, the staff is very friendly. It's also nice and quiet with a pool and hot tub. I chose a room with a full kitchen which had everything I needed. I also took a peak at some other rooms which were all designed with unique retro elements. I would definitely stay here again and have already started recommending it to friends. Highly recommended!

Our room was close to the heavy traffic street with so many cars driving by throughout the night creating so much noise. Very unpleasant feeling. Also, Hotels.com said “coffee/tea served at the common area of the hotel but they no longer do that. You should update the fact. This is only my suggestion but they should also provide towels for people at the swimming pool and spa.

I made an error by a day in booking our room on Hotels.com and the property was very accommodating in allowing me to adjust it a day forward. Beyond that, the location is close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is well kept and attractive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and neat. I live in the area and will be happy to suggest the property to friends and family that are visiting in the future.

The apartment was extremely well equipped so we were able to cook meals and save lots of money. The pools were small but lovely and perfect for the number of guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of centre.

I liked that I was able to go 1 minute away from the property to have breakfast.

A nice and quiet place. You can tell that it’s due for a remodel, but it’s a nice comfortable place. Loved the kitchen and the closeness of the giant jacuzzi. John’s restaurant is just a walk around a corner and a wonderful experience.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool and reading in the shade. There isn't a grocery store nearby if you are walking, so I wish there would have been more snacks available. But they do have a vending machine with basics. Restaurants are walking distance, which is nice. The bed and room felt clean and I had a great view. The bed was a bit soft but I sleep well on almost anything. I wasn't keen on the black rug... it's a "shoes on" place to stay, but otherwise very neat and so reasonably priced!
