Nice View of green lawns, mountains, excellent view from the back of the property. The price was right for mid week. The bad was deteriorated asphalt driveway and parking lot. It had chuck holes and has turned to mostly gravel. A very depressing exterior experience driving slow to avoid dust and damage. Driving in after dark I drove over a cement island in the parking lot, because it was poorly lit and not painted so probably need wheel alignment to my car. Management could increase the chance of a visitors returning if they would fix the driveway, I will try to stay elsewhere next visit to the desert.

The hotel is very run down do not expect too much. The rooms need a complete overhaul. The price was cheap so you can save money we weren’t hanging around the hotel that much but when we were we were at the pool which is the best part of the hotel. Really nice setting and mostly quiet.

The room was very run down with torn wall paper, water damaged ceilings, torn carpet and old fixtures. There also were 2 roaches in my room. When I told the front desk, they didn’t do anything to make me happy and they didn’t even seem surprised. The mattress was also very low and extremely soft, like a cheap mattress.

1st room we were given had black mold. I tried to endure 1st night. Me eyes were burning so badly & the smell so awful I had to use a mask while sleeping. 2nd night asked to be moved but they refused/put up an argument that couldn't because it was the weekend & ALL the rooms were full! There were plenty of empty rooms. I threatened to contact San Bernadino health department. Finally at midnight of 3rd day they gave me another room. That room I figured was satisfactory enough for the price and the woman working that nice was very nice and even offered us a suite room but I said it was ok we didnt need a suite. (but on last day was taking a shower and the shower faucet came completely off the shower because was rotted inside.Water was rushing out and no way to stop so called front desk and they turned water off and offered another room to take a shower. At that point my wife & I just wanted to get out of there. Parking lot looks like hasn't been paved in years & years with holes all over the place. Atrocious/Awful hotel/stay. Cant believe the health dept hasn't shut them down. Every other review mentions BLACK MOLD. I made the mistake of not reading reviews this time before checking in. The staff were all generally nice except for one person that was quite difficult.

Only gave 2 stars because the staff was nice. The first room I was given had tiny roaches everywhere. I told the front desk and they switched my room but they definitely have a bug problem in general as there were a lot of ants and spiders that I saw as well. I didn’t see any roaches in the second room they put me in, but if you have them in one room, you most likely have them in the entire complex. There’s also about an inch of space between the door frame and the bottom of the door leading to the outside which isn’t safe and also contributes to the bug problem. The building was just really old and seemed to be falling apart and didn’t look anything like the photos online. Front desk staff was really nice and it was a cheap stay but the roach problem is unacceptable. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I noticed the issue I probably would have asked for a refund and found a different hotel.

Bathroom was already run down and probably not updated since the 1980’s. When I turned on the lights in the morning, there were both alive and dead cockroaches. When I tried to turn on the shower, the handle came off so no shower. This place should be shut down by the health department.

Disgusting dirty sheets! Non-smoking room REEKED of cigarettes. They could not move us to a different room. My suitcase, purse, clothing and hair all smelled so heavy of cigarettes the next day that my family actually mentioned they could smell it on me when I arrived home. Do not recommend

I am submitting a complaint regarding a severe cockroach infestation I experienced during my stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, I immediately observed multiple cockroaches throughout the space, including on the bed, the sheets, the walls, and inside the restroom. At one point, a cockroach even entered my ear, which was extremely distressing and unsafe.I also had food (a pizza) placed on the table in the room, and I discovered cockroaches crawling inside the food, making it unsafe to eat and forcing me to throw it away. The level of infestation made the room uninhabitable and raised serious concerns regarding sanitation, pest control, and potential contamination.

The room had a odor of mold the ceiling had stains where the roof had leaked before to put it bluntly. There was a lot of other things wrong too. I would not stay there again. I do not recommend this place.

We had 3 rooms. All of the rooms are very run down. Large amounts of dirty looking caulking around the bath tubs, dirty wall paper coming off the walls in some places, etc. One of the rooms had ants and roaches. One of the rooms the door lock for the keycard would not work most of the time and the door jam was damaged. The third Room the door jam had been completely kicked in and was reassembled with brad nails, a few screws and silicone caulking. The latch barely caught the door frame. Do not go by the star rating. If you want a cheap place and dont care about condition you might be ok. The sheets were clean is about the best thing I can say for the rooms.

The water in the room was boiling at all times. Could barely manage to shower. Floor was wobbly and uneven. Fridge door, bathroom doors and anything that required a flat surface to open would have to be forced because of how uneven the floor was it stopped it from opening. Had soft spots all over. It felt like we were using the floor of a funhouse. Bathtub was so worn down that it was different colors. There was also a tiny cockroach one night of our stay that crawled on my husbands pillow.

This hotel is extremely rundown. Everything needs to be upgraded. Holes in the walls and tv stand cracked and broken. Everything is outdated. The outlets in the room are falling apart and didn’t hold my phone charger. Our carpet was wet I’m guessing from a cleaning but you couldn’t tell bc it’s from 1970. Only has shampoo in the shower no conditioner. The fire alarm system was also red tagged back in March.

After we received our key, we drove to our building to reach our room. Already i can see the hotel is a bit run down, with paint peeling and the wood chipping around the entire exterior of the buildings. One of the beds what broken, with a big dent in the middle of the bed. Not sure how this was missed during cleaning of the room. I went to go ask for a new room and explained the reason. They gave us a new room which smelled musty and truly unpleasant. Wyndham needs to remodel/renovate this entire hotel. We found various stains on the walls, carpet, lamps, the bathroom door couldn't even close, stains in the shower walls and various other things. Dont let the pictures on the website fool you. The only reason im not giving it a 1 star is because the area was pretty quiet at night and we did not hear much noise from other rooms around us. Unless they knew better than to stay here. I highly doubt this place has gotten any sort of upgrades since the 90s. Definitely disappointed in this stay and i hope Wyndham invests into renovation for this location.

We doubt Travelodge was a great hotel, but this Travelodge is not. It’s old needs a lot of maintenance and several tripping hazards and there’s no place to plug in your chargers convenient.

The rooms decor was shabby, tub/shower needed replacing or reglazed. Matteress was very lumpy, not comfortable. Chairs in room had soil stains and the wallpaper by baseboards and seams were coming off. Surprisingly the room was clean but the decor made you over look it. It was doable for 1 night and it was inexpensive.

The room carpet had some weird red stains I hoped was make up. The beds were uncomfortable. The ac unit made noise all night making it hard to sleep. The unit was in just make noise like a lawn mower all night. It would turn on for 20 mins every hour.

The door did not close all the way. The bed was lumpy, the heater was under the curtains so when the heater was the blow open so people could see in. The shower was horrible because the tub filled with water. Overall experience was awful

I asked to switch rooms due to the smell, so they kindly gave me the room right next door for my 2nd night. That room had a leaking faucet in the shower/tub. Then also what I assumed to be a leak above the ceiling in the bathroom from the room above. Could hear it dripping onto the ceiling of my bathroom all night. Its simply just a "get what you pay for" hotel. It was like $50 a night, staying on a Mon/Tues in late September, so one could anticipate that those types of things might happen.

This stay was a nightmare! I normally don’t post bad reviews but the hotel refused to accommodate me when I found bugs in my room and they refused to refund me even though I wasn’t able to stay and sleep in my room. I would think twice before renting a room here.

Always enjoy my stay staff here is always accommodating and helpful for the money i pay this fits perfect in my budget and will continue to return in the foreseeable future only on complaint i always get late checkout but housekeeping never seems to know that lol. The hotel was not well maintained and appeared to cater to people with unsavory activities. In the short time we were there, we saw police patroling the property a couple of times and the parking lot in front of our room had a lot of people loitering in their cars. I expected a certain level maintenance and safety from a Travelodge brand and we were very disappointed and would never recommend that anyone stay there. There are better options nearby.

There are several restaurants at a walking distance. There is a shopping center with a Ralphs and other shops and restaurants. That was very convenient. The Ralphs has a great deli selection if you want to save money on food. The staff was very friendly. Loved that everytime I wanted a cup of coffee I had the choice of brewing in my room, or walking to the front desk. The neighborhood is quiet so the hotel was quiet despite being on a main street.

Love this place! It’s my second home. I work for the airline industry and it’s close to the airport. Staff is super nice and the 1st time I stayed there I loved the cleanliness and how safe it was for me as a solo traveler! I don’t book anywhere else because their prices are unbeatable

Felt very low budget. The bathroom was gross and the shower/tub insert was discolored and poorly epoxied around the handle. A silverfish dropped out of the towel when I unfolded it. Every single outlet in the room was in use by lamps, TV, fridge, microwave, alarm clock, hairdryer, etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge my phone and watch. My parents also booked a room and their tub clogged during a morning shower and would not drain so only one of them was able to shower. Also the grab bar was not mounted correctly and they specifically had a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. There was no breakfast option, just coffee. My parents experienced dirty water when trying to fill the in-room coffee pot. You do get what you pay for in this price range but I definitely expected cleaner and less shoddy due to the Wyndham connection.

This is a somewhat dated but clean (and inexpensive) hotel close to Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Beds were nice. Elmer's Restaurant is very close/walkable (and best) for breakfast.

It was in a great walking area for architecture and landscaping. There seems to be less wind than normal and it was hotter. The pool area was great for all day, with tables with umbrellas as well as loungers, sun and shade. The large pool was quickly maintained after a storm. Close to mall with Ralph's and food court.
