The Sandcastle is a beautiful place. The beach is right out the front door and downtown is just a few minutes walk. The rooms and facilities were spotless and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Our only issue was paying $30/day for parking. They have a parking lot, we paid for the room so we felt like paying extra for parking was unacceptable. Also, if your room is located near the deck and common area, don't expect quiet. It's a bar/gathering place not just for guests but for the public and was quite noisy.

This was the best hotel in Pismo. View was spectacular. We had a “partial” ocean view but if you ask me the view was better than sitting on the The Deck. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Definitely staying here again
