Many describe the property and rooms as very clean and well maintained. However, there are recurring reports of housekeeping only by request or missed service, plus isolated issues like dirty balcony glass, mold or rust, smoke odors, and very low sink water flow.

Rooms are comfortable and often updated, with standout ocean views from many. Common trade‑offs include noise from neighbors or above, some small layouts and hard beds, and shutters or patio walls that can limit the view when seated.

Staff are widely praised as friendly and accommodating, with standout front‑desk experiences. That said, guests also reported sporadic rudeness, slow responses, housekeeping miscommunication, and check‑in delays or room‑type issues, especially with third‑party bookings.
