There is plenty of parking but I was dismayed to have to pay for parking. Seems like a way to gouge your customers. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful.

Very clean, good bed and heater is very good. No refrigerator, no microwave in room. Couldnt see a pool or spa or gym and if present not told where it was. No restaurant. No free breakfast. Everything is bare bones comfort. If you want very comfortable room with no amenities this is the place

Excellent stay other than don’t think there should be a $12 parking charge. Parking is a problem when returning later in the evening. This is my second stay here and same issue both times-had to park at adjacent hotel once and in a handicap space per direction of hotel staff second time. Otherwise all is wonderful!

Had a fire alarm go off woke me up couldn’t go back to sleep no discount on even parking for the inconvenience. No bar , no pool or spa . So average stay . Service was nice gym was nice

We enjoyed the whole experience. It's nice to have a restaurant and bar in house. All the dining options in the area. Only one complaint: the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. It was taken care of right away. Great place. Thank you.

The place is average in my opinion. Relatively clean, conveniently located. The beds are not very comfortable at all. And there are zero including amenities, such as coffee, or included breakfast. The Starbucks inside is terrible.

Location is is the most convenient thing about this place but the place is taking too much for what it gives you. Paid parking, paid breakfast, very loud at night.

Nice room/bed/etc. Perfect location but no pool on site you go next door to the Hilton's pool. My only complaint was there was no room service each day to make the bed and take out the trash. Other than that it was great.

Facilities were great. However, there is no free breakfast and the “bistro” was just a glorified heat and eat establishment. We were expected to pay a rather high price for food that is normally free at other hotels. Otherwise everything was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.

Check-in was seamless. Room was clean, smelled pleasant, mattress not too firm and not too soft. Several pillows to choose from. Great water pressure in sink and shower.

Well, the hotel was decent enough and overall clean, but there is no accounting for the disgusting air conditioner unit. When we first arrived to our room, it really reeked like a damp dirty rag. We were going out for the night, so just left the window cracked to air it out. Unfortunately we didn’t get back until after midnight and once we we tried running it again, it smelled horrible. I ended up looking at the actual air conditioning unit and it was overrun with mold. I wish we had realized that before so we could’ve switched rooms. Thankfully, it wasn’t super hot so we just didn’t run the AC and left the window open. I informed staff when we were checking out and they apologize, but there is no way to undo that at that point. The clerk told me that they would definitely mention it to staff because that’s something that supposed to be on the checklist for them to make sure it’s clean. That wasn’t just a quote. I forgot to check it today. “issue… That’s more like something that’s been going on for a few months. Hopefully they fixed it since then. We were in room 202 so if you get that room, make sure you check it out.

Staff were amazing and super friendly. Couldn’t say more positive things about them. The room I was in was not the best. Carpets had multiple stains, but the floor has been vacuumed. The stains were just gross to look at, not really the fault of the staff as the carpet clearly needs to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have mold all over - pink along the edges and a large water stained spot with black spots everywhere (looked exactly like black mold which is very common where I’m from, Seattle). No hand soap provided either, just face soap.

I wish I didn’t have to write this but my recent stay at this hotel was not what the website described it to be. For one I was not given the room that I made a reservation for 3 plus months prior and when I talked to the front office they made it seem like they did me a favor giving me a room at all even though I made my reservation way in advance. 2nd, the room had spider webs everywhere, in the window and on the ceiling. Hair was on the bathroom floor by the toilet and by the shower. The plugin in the bathroom did not work the towel rack in the bathroom had rust on it. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty and the body wash was watered down so much it wouldn’t even make suds (and the brand of bathroom products was not Paul Mitchell, even though the pictures on the site say that’s the brand they carry) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole stay was extremely disappointing and I feel taken advantage of.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The have to cover the desk and respond to things like clogged toilets which seem like a lot to ask. Cleanliness is not a strong point. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, crayon under the bath vanity. The room needed a new carpet, the desk was distressed and the dresser drawers needed extra help closing. The location was great, convenient to dining & shopping.

Room was well appointed, and clean. It was also quiet. What I didn’t like, was the drawer on my nightstand wouldn’t shut properly. Not a big deal, but needed to be repaired. The place is nice and we would stay here again.

Mold in the bathroom. Dusty stained pull out couch. Dirty carpets.

The bath tub had a blue stain and the tub was yellow from not being cleaned properly. The bed sheets had a red stain on it and the couch that opened up into a sofa bed was extremely dirty.

Only downside was once you are in your hotel room your personal internet is inaccessible or very slow.

Unfortunately, it is located right next to a freeway which does not stop. It was loud and noisy from the time we got here until the time we left. The staff is superb but too noisy for me.

The staff at the front was super nice and made me feel very welcome. The location was within FW distance and it is close to huge shopping center and restaurants. The property was very clean, safe and quite and there was plenty of parking. The room could have been improved by adding some extra table or vanity since there is a very small sink space to get ready for a family of 4 people. Also, the minifridge needs a table since it was place on the floor, but everything was clean.

Room was great. Location is amazing. The only issue I had was it took literally 3 minutes for the hot water to get hot especially in the hand washing sink. It might have been longer than that

The staff at the front desk were amazing and so professional. The only downside was the beds were not comfortable. Another guest at the bistro noted he was not sleeping well due to the beds. Walls/floors allow for a lot of noise. I'm not sure why some hotels don't understand we are there to sleep so comfort is important. Great location and gym.

My sliding glass door was broken and had to change rooms due the poor quality of the mattress

The bed was really hard, when we walked in the rokm was 80 degrees and the AC never seemed to kick on, thankfully we were on the second floor and slept with the window open. Other than that we checked in at 1:30am and we’re out by 7:00am we weren’t there long enough to review anything else..

Staff were pleasant. Lobby is nice. Mattress and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Small refrigerator motor loudly continuously cycled on & off. Dark toilet room, loud fan runs whenever light is on. Unnecessary additional charge to park in unsecured parking lot.

Room smelled like bleach. My key card was deactivated before check out and I saw other guests with same issue. Another room was offered but it smelled like a musty old man and dead skin. Staff was abosutely wonderful despite the issues and very much appreciated. They should invest more in the rooms and outdated windows(freeway noise) instead of the lobby. Lobby was very nice but that's not where I sleep.

Liked the room ambiance and the personnel were very friendly and efficient. But the room was less than desired. Old furniture in disrepair. Broken top drawer in the dresser , fan in bathroom sounded like a diesel semi truck and was not separate from the light switch. Bed was terrible with sink holes on both sides. I won’t be back.

We've visited and stayed at Courtyard Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge twice now for my daughter's volleyball tournaments in Roseville and we've had no issues every time we came. The staff are wonderful and my girls love this hotel! Thank you for the comfort and hospitality away from home. Emma

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had one little water issue and they were there in minutes to fix it, with big smiles.

The staff here are top notch and very professional.

The front desk secure was excellent. Vanessa was the best. We had an issue with the shower and she provided attentive resolution.

Great stay while visiting relatives in town. Super check-in with Jacob and continued front desk excellence. Breakfast was delicious and staff there also excellent. Rooms clean and quiet.

I just stayed for one night but the room was absolutely beautiful. I got the king suite and it was more than enough space for two people. The true standout was the staff. I immediately walked into the beautiful lobby to check in, and I was immediately welcomed by there friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic staff. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I visit!

Everyone we encountered was so friendly, from Michael at check-in, who went over and above to get us checked in early, to the people who made our coffee in the morning, they all greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome.

I have traveled around the world and have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a hotel. The hotel is pretty and clean, but there is nothing else I can say about our stay that is positive. First and foremost, the manager - Vanessa Philips - has THE WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. We were attending a cheer competition and this hotel was close to the event center. Many parents from many different teams were taking advantage of the amenities provided in the cost we paid to stay at the hotel and were hanging out and chatting in the lobby. Other than some kids running around and some noise because there were 10 different conversations occurring, nothing bad had occurred. All of the sudden one of our moms was walking up to her room and her CHILD told her that they called the cops and we needed to leave. This seemed outrageous because nothing had occurred. I approached the front desk to find out what was going on and she said "that's above my head - my manager did that". I asked where her manager was and she pointed me in that direction. I approached the manager (who refused to give us her name at the time) and asked what was going on. She told me we had received many warnings and she called the copy because we were not listening to them. I informed her that no one had said anything to us and without hesitation, she shoved her finger in my face and shouted "no one warned you? YOU ARE A LIAR!" I was blown away. There isn't anymore space to continue,but corporate knows

Clean, smells good, great location

Rooms were large and comfortable. Bed was super king size and very comfortable. TV had excellent reception and air conditioning worked very well. Close to a major shopping mall and restaurants. All are within walking distance.

Convenient location near freeway, restaurants and shopping. Parking fee a bit ridiculous since parking spaces were all full upon return at 11pm and had to park at adjacent hotel quite a ways away in a low lit parking lot.

Location was easy to get to.

Property is kinda hidden back at the end of a court with another hotel. It’s close to major interstate, highway and shopping.

Clean room and staff was very pleasant. Close to mall and restaurants. I would recommend.

Everything was fine with the Hotel and the room. The breakfast was confusing and wasn't thrilled about being charged for parking.

Way overpriced. Members for 40 years. Charged $207 for Friday night $300 for Saturday night. $100 security deposit. Broken toilet seat, woke up in the middle of night by blasting music. No included breakfast or coffee. Disappointed!

Loved the comfy mattress and the pillows. Coffee was good. The room was very clean, front desk staff was very friendly. The cafe staff was very good. The HVAC worked well.
