Beds: Poor mattresses but clean linens Noise: plenty of noise from the interstate at night. Didn’t hear noise from neighbors. Room: appreciate the spaciousness but the furnishings aren’t the best quality tv is fairly big Shower: temp good but water pressure poor I loved free use of laundry Breakfast was okay. Don’t like the $10 parking fee. Front desk girl in the morning very friendly. WiFi fast Expect econo hotel~

Our family has always stayed at Larskspur Roseville when visiting extended family. This trip was very discouraging at check-in the $10.00 per night to park is a crazy add on to the room. The hotel needs attention as far as maintenance. The hallway carpet has big rolls. It needs to be replaced or stretched. It’s really a liability on your part. I’m not trying to be rude but I was so very disappointed.

It’s a little older but still very nice. The full kitchen was very helpful for the kids. WiFi could’ve been better but for the most part it worked. Location was perfect for us and easy to get to. Parking lot was big and we seen security driving through the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Breakfast is grab n go so it wasn’t all that but it’s better than nothing. Laundry room was big and FREE!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator and stove. No pool or hot tub, but the small exercise room was good. Free breakfast was "grab and go", which guests can order the night before and pick up the sack in the morning. Not great but adequate. Parking was $10 a night which we didn't expect. Good location. Staff was courteous and helpful. All in all it was a good place to stay and at a reasonable price.

We had a room that had a kitchenette unfortunately there was left over bacon from A previous guest and ended up with maggots in the room .we were comped 1 night of a 5 night stay

This place needs a makeover, old and smelly. Carpets are so worn out they are no longer sticking to the floor. Not sure why it was rated as high as it was, it’s misleading.

Staff were good and respectful. But the rooms are old, it feels stuffy ( perhaps not vacuumed properly ) and did find a cockroach in the bathroom.

The property was nice, the staff were great, it’s close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately I had to ask to switch rooms because when I turned on the shower roaches started coming out of the shower faucet and from behind the faucet hardware. I took a video of it and the staff quickly moved me to a new room. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep because I was worried about bugs. So much I actually moved my belongings to my rental car and only kept something to sleep in, in my actual room. I didn’t eat breakfast from there because of the thought of roaches.

The room was wonderful, roomy and well equipped. Everything was spotless. The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The hallway rugs need to be restretched. They have wrinkles that go the length of the hallways. The takeaway breakfasts are inedible, don't waste your time with them.

We booked the grand suite with 2 king beds. The bedroom did not have an ac unit. Only the living room has the unit. We were miserable throughout the night. There were 2 fans in the closet so others have obviously complained. The bathroom has 2 sinks but one was clogged. Nice property but it’s showing its age. Also it says breakfast included but it’s a form you fill out and pick up. No hot food in case people are expecting that.

Like sleeping in the fast lane of a freeway. Noise was insane. Moved us to a quieter room night two, the mattress was like the Grand Canyon. Both of us struggling to stay put, rolled to the canyon. Mattress was shot!

The staff is always wonderful and the breakfast is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. On this trip we had some issues with the TV not working and did a few trip to the desk to sort it, but it got resolved and the staff were lovely. We are happy to stay here every time we are coming through.

I was very pleasantly surprised that my room was essentially an efficiency studio with a small kitchen, a desk/table, comfy armchair & bathtub. Only problem was my room was at the end of a hall with the highway right outside my window, so it was a little loud, but next time I'll just ask for a room closer to the entrance.

The front desk gentleman with the broken eye glass was short tempered and rude. The room had unclean dish wear , hairs on the bathroom shower wall, and lampshade was broken off and fell apart next to the bed.o The conditioner pump was also malfunctioning. The room even with the AC on was humid and musky.

The staff in the morning was helpful and very nice. The person who checked us in though, was very rude and I usually don’t complain, but I have never had someone who so obviously glared at us while we checked in. For the hotel itself, we had the suite, but the A/C barely worked. We had to ask for a fan, which was delivered covered in dust. Appliances were dirty, all parts of the hotel were very warm in the middle of summer. And the room was barely clean. I had to clean the room myself before being comfortable enough to touch much.

The room I booked was not ready/clean when I arrived around 10pm and the hotel worker provided me with a free room upgrade. He could have just cleaned it quickly and still put me in the room; so I appreciate the honesty. Larkspur isn’t the fanciest hotel but the customer service is always pretty good.

Night front desk guy was super condescending and arrogant. I had to ask how to get to our room, ask where it was okay to park, ask about breakfast, and ask where the elevators are. I was clearly inconveniencing him with my simple questions. I had never been to this fine establishment before. Wont return either, hotel across the street is way friendlier and has a pool! Rooms are nice size with well sticked kitchen. Good for long term stays or out of town workers.

Room was fine except there was no cream for coffee. Staff is not welcoming nor friendly. We were in and out 5-7 times and were never greeted, welcomed nor thanked. Hallways smelled of pot being smoked in the rooms. Coffee in breakfast room was bad, and although it was listed to include breakfast, nothing was there.

I stayed in Larkspur Landing hotels when I used to travel for business. My husband and I always like to stay in the Rosevilled hotel when we are visting family in the area. It’s clean, well located, comfortable and offers a kitchen for those times when we don’t want to eat out.

Very nice for the price (studio suite). The only exception was with the breakfast that I ordered the night before. Not only wasn't it ready to pick up at the time I requested they weren't able to provide 3/4 of the items. No oranges No cream cheese for my wife's bagel No English muffins No hard boiled eggs No apple juice No coffee to drink while I waited for over 10 minutes to fill my order

Nothing bad just nothing great. A good quick stop. Facility needs updating. Their breakfast to go in the morning was very disappointing. The form that you fill out listed a good selection of items, but most of the items that I selected were not in the bag when I got to my destination parking lot with 10 minutes to eat. Example, old banana milk but no cereal and no hard boiled egg but salt and pepper for it. Not the end of the world just disappointing.

They did not have any USB outlets for charging you have the order breakfast the night before and the choices were very poor like a boiled egg , Bagel, cereal, a waffle and then pick it up the next morning to take to your room

Definitely will stay here again. Large rooms, close to Galleria Mall, beautiful lobby. I must say the breakfast was terrible (grab & go and its frozen junk food). You're also charged $10/night for parking. And they're still using Covid as an excuse not to clean the rooms unless requested.

Extremely old decor and needs remodeling or refresher of it’s look. Airconditioning is only in sitting area- no air in bedroom and was extremely hot. Breakfast was in a paper bag- not hot and fresh. Not what we were expecting, since we usually stay at hotels with free hot breakfast, we wouldn’t stay here again especially for price. Two stars was for Front desk staff. Very friendly at check in.
