Super small parking lot but other than that great nights stay.

Decent hotel, very nice front desk receptionist. Mainly booked this hotel for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool was small (12) max capacity @ 4ft deep but the kids had fun. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Our room was very tidy and clean.

Staff was super friendly was pretty clean, the hot tub and jacuzzi were kind of dirty with hair and chipping. A lot of unhoused people around the front.

They were in the process of doing some renovations, and that caused some difficulties, otherwise the stay was good. I am a late sleeper because of my work schedule, therefore I was not able to avail of the free breakfast. They did upgrade my room and that was awesome.

They just renovated and it looks very nice. My daughter loves the hot tub and heated pool.

While visiting Sacramento on a fishing trip I specifically booked a hotel with hot tub facilities.The hotel room was very old looking with chips of loose wood on doors carpet was not the cleanest,room had stale odor also ,I would have left but it was a Long drive back to San Francisco that night and was tired .I was so looking forward to getting into a hot tub to relax during trip ,that was supposed to be highlight of trip for me and my guest after a long day of fishing.To our dismay when we attempted to use hot tub it was very cold we waited but tub never heated up at all,manager was very nice he apologized which was appreciated but still no hot!! That was the last straw.I was very disappointed with accommodations.I was hoping to possibly get some type of credit,I’m planning another trip to Sacramento I normally stay in the downtown area of Sacramento at the Grand Sheraton …you can check my history..I very much enjoy hotels of that caliber but they don’t have a hot tub.I canceled booking I had for Dec 5th hoping I could get some type of remediation for next booking.If not I will use another service to book room in Sacramento.Ive been a customer of yours for some time now and never had a bad experience such as this hopefully you can help me out with next booking.I would like to re-book reservation for (Hilton Embassy Suites)I just canceled if possible…let me know asap if you can…Thank You..from loyal customer! ….Charles Helton

Limited & Small parking spaces

The pool was closed, as they painted it the day of our check in. Pool and spa were the main reasons for choosing this hotel, otherwise could find much cheaper option

I was disappointed because I booked this hotel specifically for the pool/hot tub and feee breakfast combo as my 3 kids and I were breaking up a long trip from SoCal to Central Oregon. The pool was cloudy and cold and the hot tub was luke warm. This was something the kids had been looking forward to and it was a big disappointment. I was also underwhelmed with the breakfast choices, but that wasn’t as big a deal as the pool/hot tub. When I spoke to the front desk lady about the hot tub she was very dismissive. I’m not as forceful as my husband (he wasn’t with us), but you shouldn’t need to be forceful to have your concerns addressed - especially in the hospitality industry.

This is an industrial area, so it is to be expected it would be noisy, property was also under a major renovation..

Clean room staff was wonderfull

They didn’t wash the blanket. Someone had peed in it or something and it smells really bad. And they somehow didn’t see the big yellow spot on the white blanket. At least I hope it was a mistake and not due to laziness. I didn’t even use a blanket that night. Also the ac smells like it’s about to catch on fire.

The covers had blood stains. When I brought it up to the lobby person she only offered to provide me a "clean cover". I showed her a picture of the stains on the covers and she stated she believed me. It seemed like that was a common issue. I will never stay here again. They charged me the full amount of my stay despite the dirtiness of the covers.

There was dead bugs around the edges of the floor and this morning one was alive walking by side of the bed by the nightstand.

My room had a smell I couldn’t describe. Overall the room was very clean.

It could have been better, or it could have been worse. There was a lot of hallway noise, from the manager banging on doors to the general noise of people coming and going. The rooms do not have very good insulation. The window at the end of the hallway was broken and the room could have been cleaner, ie handprints all over the mirror.

The service at the desk wasnt helpful,rude We didnt know about the new policy of deposit $200 not okay, the room wasnt clean I found trash by the beds, towels were dirty. Left in a hurry.

Great value for the money. Inside amenities are great. The room is well appointed - like a suite without the suite pricing! Frig, microwave, bar sink, couch, good tv channels. Free parking and breakfast and the breakfast is extensive - anything you could want. Also, it was less thana mile to upscale restaurants and shopping area. The only downside was you could hear noise from the inside hall and street because its at a very busy intersection. I would definitely recommend this inn with the caveat to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was good. Easy location. The shower water pressure was terrible/nonexistent.

Fast & Friendly at check-in, Breakfast is a step up from most hotels and appreciated. The WiFi was the only issue I had and one that never figured itself out🤔

We like staying at this Comfort Inn. They do a good job with breakfast with sausage and scrambled eggs. Friendly, quiet. However, unfortunately this visit, our a/c unit sounded like a jackhammer at 3am. and then our alarm clock, a previous visitor, somebody preset it to 6am on Sunday morning. We've had better nite's sleep without the noise. But, we will still stay there again because of all the good things about it.

Room is too dark and there’s a bulb missing in one of the lamps. I can’t believe management is not on top of issues like this.

Our stay here was overall good! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing was that we could hear everything that was going on out in the hall and in the hall you could hear what was going on in the rooms.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms with mini fridge and coffee maker, plenty of USB outlets and regular outlets, TV, desk and more. The only thing I didn't try was the breakfast, so can't comment on that, but otherwise the property was well-maintained. Close to Sac State as well.

The staff was very helpful as I really needed my room early for a meeting. They could and did accommodate. All with a smile!

Checked in on 6/21 and front fldesk lady was very friendly and nice. No problems with the check in. Stay was good and decent for what we needed. We used the gym, pool, and hottub. Before turning in for the night I went to the front desk to request a late checkout for the following day and the front desk person asked for what time. I replied with 1pm and she said that was ok. She took my room # down and said she would submit it. I asked if it would be a charge if she replied no.Fast forward to the following morning and I get a knock at the door at 10:58am from house keeping. I informed her that we had a 1 PM check out and she asked if the front desk knew about it and I said yes I requested it last night with her approval. I soon get a call in my room from the front desk to tell me that I could not have a late check out at 1 PM unless I pay a $20. I told her that the front desk clerk the night before said I could have a 1 PM late check out and it would be no charge in her response was she’s new and doesn’t know, this is our policy. I told her that because an employee of the hotel said it was OK. Could I still have the 1 o’clock late check out for no charge and she said no. She wouldn’t even let me finish my question before saying no. So needless to say, I will never stay at another comfort Inn and suites from this point forward. She lost potential business for myself and my athletic teams that I coach coach over $20.

Took over a week to get reimbursed for our $200 security deposit after contacting Expedia to expedite the refund!

Front desk was very friendly and informative

The computers were down in the reception area and there was a line up with more than a half a dozen people who say they have been waiting for two hours for the owner/manager to show up and fix the Computers. I would’ve went elsewhere, but I had paid on Expedia. I had to wait for all those other people to check in before I could so I ended up waiting quite a long time.

Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating! Great little place to stay!

Was a quick stay but was very comfortable and staff was amazing and helpful. My kids also enjoyed their stay, will definetly stay here again when i'm in the area.

Close to CSU. Great bed, soft and comfy. Staff was friendly and the check in went smoothly. Next to a Chevron and a Starbucks just across. 😀

It was walkable to a family law courthouse where I worked, 15 minutes. Though it was industrial area, it was not dangerous to walk. Very convenient. Will stay there if I had another job to work there.

A bit too close to a main road with plenty of traffic at night.

Its Sac, so homeless galore..... But the hotel is fine. The staff are great....

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although we were next to a busy street, earplugs did the trick. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, waffles, and coffee/tea—it wasn’t too bad at all.

The hotel was nice. The room had plenty of space for our family. The breakfast had numerous choices, and the attendant was always refilling them. It has an indoor pool and spa. It is very close to the university.

The room was clean and nice (modern). The breakfast was great with lots of protein options. Location was great! I think they should supply ear plugs because you can hear road noise at night. The pool and hot tub were significantly smaller than I anticipated. Great value for the price.

Quietest room in a city hotel I've ever experienced. Top floor, back of building, rm 328. Offers a real breakfast. Not gourmet, basic but at least it's not just a muffin and granola bar. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs, poached eggs, yougurt, hot and cold cereal, bagels toast, English muffins, juice, coffee black tea. Friendly staff.

Vey clean, friendly and responsive staff, but too many processed food choices in the breakfast. The indoor hot tub had a sharp protrusion on one of the jets that caused discomfort. Lots of outlets all over the room was appreciated.

We needed a place to stay for one night. The stay was comfortable. Front desk checkin and checkout was a breeze. We got a 3rd floor room with 2 queen beds. Good breakfast with various options starts at 6 am. I reviewed various other places before choosing this one. Good value for money.

Had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Not super fancy but clean, comfortable, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and it was great to have a mini-fridge AND microwave in the room, especially with a family. Facilities wise there was a nice little indoor pool and hot tub which we took advantage of (there was a fitness center as well but we didn't use that). It was easy to get to being just off 50, but be advised there is a decent amount of street noise during the week if you are sensitive to that. I thought the bathrooms were fine but others in our party thought the water wasn't hot enough in the shower. Breakfast options were great, they had plentiful options rather than the usual yogurt\cereal including make your own pancakes which the kids loved! You can tell the owners take care to maintain the property. Overall a very pleasant stay and will return if we are back in Sacramento!
