The Staff is great! All very friendly and helpful. Needed shuttle after dropped off rental, was there within 5 minutes, very friendly. Needed shuttle to catch early flight. Had 435 reservation, but was early. Bus had just left, but was picking up next door. Staff called him and he came back after the other hotel and picked us up. We were able to be at the airport and ready early. We would recommend this hotel!

Hotel was understaffed We called to get shuttle back to hotel and were on hold for 20 mins and finally we just hung up. Another person was also waiting. We were told that they would arrange transportation to airport for 3:15 am and it was not arranged. Night shift manager was able to get us a taxi by 3:30 am.

The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located. I have stayed there multiple times but this last time my car was broken into and my window smashed. This happened in the hotel parking lot. I understand this isn’t their fault but I won’t e staying again. Security was nice enough to cover the broken window to keep the rain out but no one notified me. I only discovered it in the morning when I went to leave.

Only perk of the hotel was its convenient location related to the airport. We were given a room that had not been cleaned and had a very sweaty, funky smell. The bed was undone and the bathroom was full of trash. We were also given the furthest room from check in/elevators despite requesting an accessible room.

I stay here routinely, and have never had issues before. During this stay, we received a room that was covered in ants, and large spider webs in every corner. All over the bed, desk, floor, bathroom. The desk clerk had no problem in providing us another room. We got into that room, on another floor, and exact same issue. Ants everywhere. Floors full of hair, almost as if the room didnt get cleaned from the guests prior. Called the front desk AGAIN, and they initially wanted to charge me more for an "upgraded" room. I ended up getting a 3rd room with out further issues. No ants in that room, but the spider webs and dirty floors still existed.

Shortly before we arrived to check in, we received a call that the suite we had reserved months ago were overbooked and we would get a regular room with 2 beds. That was inconvenient for our family of 5. We were compensated with some snacks from the market, which the kids enjoyed. There was hair on the bathroom sink and in the shower and cobwebs on the lights. I don’t plan to stay here again.

This property is kept in poor condition! Dirty on the elevator carpet, and the hallway carpet! Around 9:00 pm After taking a shower! I noticed two roaches coming out from the wall of the room # 201 where I stayed! With my family. I took pictures if someone needed proof of it! I would not recommend my family or friends to stay in this Property!

Our arrival was underwhelming. The lobby is very white and sterile. The check in desk still has plexiglass and PVC divider that looks as though it was built quickly in 2020 and never took down and upgraded. A canister of Lysol wipes was behind the glass. Overall it felt like a hospital. The hall carpets need to be vacuumed. Our room was clean but the mattress was sunken in the middle and needs replacement. Although we didn’t use it the pool area looks nice.

Solar blinds did not work. Room was totally dark. Bathroom lights were on a sensor which shut off while i was in the shower. Absolute darkness. Desk clerk said: "I keep asking them to fix that". Breakfast bar out of cereal.

Room was advertised as accessible, but it was the farthest from the elevator of almost all rooms, difficult to get there on crutches. Also, it had a bathtub instead of a roll-in shower, which is not right. Adding a few grab bars doesn’t make a room accessible.

When you walk in staff does not say hello- they same “Name and credit card” No hairdryer in the room. I called the front desk from the phone that had all the service buttons removed, no one ever answered. The “charging station” is a 110 outlet. Pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere where they actually want you

Staff appeared apathetic. Airport parking daily rate on Expedia stated $10/day, staff stated it has been $15/day for a long time and would not honor Expedia rate. Only storing vehicle for a couple of nights so no big deal, but the 2 desk people’s attitude was incredibly irritating.

Desk staff at check in very helpful and courteous. Shuttle drivers were great. Friendly professional and great with advice on where to eat what to see and how to navigate the airport. 10 stars to those guys. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast buffet was overwhelming with delicious choices. Just saw you offer stay and park? Oh yes. We will be back a lot more.

The floors were dirty in the halls, but surfaces and rooms were clean. The staff were excellent. The are was close to many dining options, even walkable. The freeway was a tad loud but I didn’t seem to notice it in the room. Area felt safe. This was our second time staying here.

Spent three nights at the hotel. After two days, I had run out of towels. I asked the front desk for laundered towels. When I returned later in the evening, the used towels were still on the bathroom floor. I had to hunt down staff to get fresh towels. Also, on my last morning at the hotel, the breakfast area had a sign posted "out of cinnamon rolls". The egg tray was empty, and the meat offering (not sure what it was) was cold and dry. There was NO milk available. Chocolate milk, yes, but NO regular, 2% or skim milk for cereal. Plenty of oranges, but no other fruit (apples, bananas). Very disappointed. I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but not sure I will return to this location on my next trip to Sacramento (early October).

I was without a car and valued local places to eat dinner within easy walking distance. I checked out at 4:15 the next morning and was very pleased to find a lot of cold breakfast options…. dry cereal, milk, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, toast, bagels, and coffee. Hot breakfast items were available beginning at 6 AM, but I was long gone by then.

After my flight was canceled due to weather, I was able quickly secure a room & transportation to & from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and compassionate to my situation. My accommodations were quite comfortable and several nearby restaurants were within 1-2 minute walk. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect! I loved the made to order pancake machine!

bREAKFAST WAS FROM6AM-10AM. I went to breakfast at 8am and had to wait21 m inutes for them to restock the eggs and potatoes. N ot acceptable. Also upon leaving I asked for a receipt which they ga ve me for $207.89 which was correct. but when I got home I noticed they charged my card $227.89
