Hotel room could use some updating with the cabinetry in both the bathroom and kitchen. There also needs to be a better air/heating system in the bedroom. We were in the 2 bed room which had a queen-size bed in the living room (not a sofa bed) and a king bed in a separate room. The air/heating system is in the living room and with the bedroom door closed there was no ventilation. They had a portable fan but due to the limited outlets in the room as well as the design of the fan, and the door being closed, the room was very warm. This is also a pet friendly hotel!! I didn't realize it until we were checking in. When we stayed in another Larkspur Landing, we didn't come across pets.
