We loved the two bedroom suite! So much room and it had a kitchen so we were able to cook a few things. Safe property and they even had security at night in the parking lot. Pool was great. Nice bar and fitness center. Food options weren’t great but there are restaurants nearby.

This hotel is tucked behind a quaint shopping center that offers Starbucks, gas station, and several restaurants with a business center across the street. I found the area to be quiet and there were security. Major shops, restaurants, IMAX movie theater, Costco, etc are all just minutes away. Check in was a breeze. We were offered top or bottom floor and was advised the property did not have elevators. The hotel was clean and the room was large and featured a kichen! Dishes were included, a full sized dish washer, fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, tea, salt and pepper, etc. We opted to make sheghetti, garlic bread, grilled chicken bites and ceasar salad for dinner. Note theres a restaurant onsite thats open for a few hours in the evening and an onsite bar. The hotel featured a 24-hour gym, decent sized pool/ hot tub and fresh pool towels. There were plenty of seating. There's a few propane grills in this area. A mini fridge and firepits. Also a half court basketball court and tennis net! Ioen til 10pm. Great space for entertaining and a major bonus when traveling with young sports enthusiasts. All outdoor areas were kept clean during our Labor Day Weekend stay. Breakfast buffet was served between 7AM-9:30AM and was amazing. Bacon, eggs, sausage sandwiches, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal bar, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh salsa, bread box, milk, dry cereal, nutella! Items were stocked throughout. I'd definitely stay here again. No complaints.

The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette had all the essentials. The pool was great and it was nice having the happy hour bar available.

The gym is not a gym! It has treadmills one bench and dumbbells. This is not a gym. It’s way too small. There are no mats no foam rolls no bands, balls or bozu’s… the breakfast is disgusting horribly unhealthy, no organic, no bananas, no organic teas it’s absolute garbage They also charge $10 for parking, ridiculous for a motel.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The only thing I though was inappropriate was the $10 a day parking fee in an area that was not in a city or otherwise crowded and busy. Unsure why such charge was necessary.

Stayed before a flight. Was hoping to enjoy a hot tub but both it and pool was covered in leaves and tree debris. Same lady who checked us in, also made my drink, took food order and apparently also cooked -Microwaved our food. The fries were soggy and the kids burger was harder than a hockey puck. Bed was lumpy bathroom had painted over mold.

Our room had cockroaches. After driving 9 hours it was the worst thing to open the door to see.

The room smelled of strong perfume. The staff were GREAT and they explained it was the cleaner. However, the smell never left but instead I became ill because I was so allergic. By the end of the stay, I had no voice and sinus issues. HOWEVER, after being out of the room for two hours my sinuses started to clear; and my voice came back.

The room we were given was awful. The entry way had footprints on the tile that looked permanent. The floor was sticky. There was a huge spider in the bathroom and another type of creepy crawlie and a fly. Just yuck. Won't go to another one of these hotels.

Great property. Everything is excellent but the couch. They really need to put a new couch/sofa bed.

Very noisy if your room is close to freeway. We had to change rooms in order to get some sleep. Adrian was the only one that offered to help us. Housekeeping folks are great and helped me recover a lost item.

Wife and I stayed here for a 2 night staycation. We stayed in a king bed studio upstairs. The room was good size with a kitchen area and an area with a sofa and work desk. There was also a little kitchen table and a wood burning fireplace inside the room. We considered lots of other properties in the area but this one had the best price and best reviews. We took a 20 minute walk to Chevys on the River and enjoyed a great lunch on their patio. There is also a Starbucks and a few spots to eat within a 2-3 minute walk of this hotel. Our only complaint was the bed. Was a little stiff for us.

The bed mattress was horrible. We were not able to rest.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, a little crowded in the set up but overall good. I wished they had a broom and dustpan available in the room as there is no carpeting and we had two little ones with us. I would like to have swept up after snacks etc.

Loved the layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and living area. It was very roomy and met our family’s needs perfectly. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth too. It was right off of I5 and even though our room was close to the freeway I didn’t hear any noice from traffic

We loved that there are 2 rooms. In each room, there is a bathroom and sink. Loved the well thought out closet. Loved the little kitchen, complete with amenities one needs for a quick stay, although we didn’t use any. TV’s in each room and in living room. Loved the little area for an office. The place is bright since there are many windows. Plenty of convenient parking. Although the pool is cold, we still has fun. Loved the hot tub as well.

The fridge was loud and hummed all night. Staff kept asking how many people we had in the room when we asked for more towels. We had 6 people in a two bedroom suite and they only wanted to give 6 towels at a time. But with 3 adult women and 2 little girls (all with long hair that needed to be washed) we found it to be quite ridiculous that we were asked why we needed more towels every day that we requested more. Staff was rude. We will not be back.

I booked thru Expedia and had to cancel my stay due to a family funeral. I spoke to two front desk employees who confirmed my cancelation and waived all penalties, but said I needed to call Expedia. I called Expedia and after 3 days they claim Marriot refused to refund my money, over $400!!! Please advise. Chris Delegans 650.207.5254

Staff was professional, with quick check in. Rooms were spacious and TV had plenty to keep me entertained. Breakfast was delicious.

I really enjoy staying here. Every time I come to Sacramento this is my go-to. There is one individual who goes above and beyond for everyone not just me. Her name is Natisha. She has the most caring and heart felt customer service that I have ever came across. I travel quite a bit, and I experience different types of people all the time. If everyone was half as polite and hospitable as Natisha, we would all be just fine. Thank you, Natisha. Overall, I feel safe and home like every time I stay. The staff are all great. Which means they either have a good manager and that is there calling. Thank you to Natomas Residents Inn. See you again real soon.

First time staying here. I called the day of check-in and asked about an early check-in because we were driving into town for a wedding. Adrian at the front desk was professional, courteous, and extremely gracious as he looked up our reservation and let us know we were more than welcome to check in upon early arrival. I met him a few hours later and he was so friendly, conversational, and quick to check us in. The room was clean & comfortable, quiet at night, and just perfect for us. We look forward to coming back for a full weekend stay here again.

The desk staff was so unbelievably unhelpful, and rude that we left the property. She charged our card the $250 security deposit and the $150 fee for our dogs without explaining what the fees were for. We asked for an explanation of the fees, she escalated becoming irate and insulting. When we told her we didn’t want to stay there she assured us that she reversed the charges, but she didn’t. Now we are left with the arduous task of trying to get a refund from Resident Inn by Marriott and the room fee refunded by Expedia. All this happened in the middle of the night leaving us in an unfamiliar area with nowhere to stay.

Room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Staff was inexperienced. Bartender had never had a job or training as one and had no clue on the simplest of Drinks. Someone tried to kick the door in my unit in. Ande staff minimized it and wrote it off as "Domestic" Incident. When this was someone I did not know. I am not from Sacramento. Checked in alone. I literally was in fear of my LIFE!!

At first it seemed a little odd driving through a little strip mall to get to the property but when we got there the GM Michael Blevins ( and the rest of the staff treated us amazing. The room was more than expected and the breakfast was awesome! Would definetely go there again

NOT near the airport. Other reviews mentioned freeway noise and they were right. With that said, it was very clean and close to several restaurants. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. We were disappointed at the $10 parking fee but glad to have a clean and cozy place to stay.

Nice room. I was in it very briefly but it had a small kitchen, desk, couch and would have been comfortable for a longer stay. Front desk woman was very nice despite late night arrival. Included breakfast was ok, entrance to hotel is hard to find and would benefit from better signage. It’s about 15 minutes from airport ( as most hotels are), would stay again when flying into/out of Sacramento.

The room was huge with a full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, a hob and a dishwasher. The only downside is that the property is difficult to find. There is a large sign at the entrance to a small shopping center but it's set back several hundred feet on an unmarked road.

The property and its proximity to the airport was great. It was a little hard to find because it was in the back of a bunch od businesses and the signage didn't point you there. Beds need to be mounted/stabilized somehow.

Very convenient to the highway but we did not hear traffic noise at all. We felt safe as there was security guard on duty at night. There were several dining options within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away. i would definitely stay at this location again!

Clean room, comfy beds & lots of breakfast options!

So impressed! Great property, restaurant on site with good food, free breakfast, clean fullly stocked room if you prefer to cook your own food, minus the food. There is even a dishwasher! Very clean, comfortable and spacious room.. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling alone, it’s well lit at night and feels very safe.

The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The complex is well maintained, the pool is clean and there is a nice outside seating area with gas heating for the cool evenings. Breakfast was decent, if unspectacular. The one downside is the awful restaurant. We ate there our first night. The service was poor, the food took ages to arrive despite there being very few people eating. Three of our meals were lukewarm at best and the fourth meal arrived as we were finishing the other three. We were not offered cutlery, and napkins only arrived when we were halfway through the food. The food itself was overpriced and poor quality. Do yourself a favour and eat at one of the restaurants that are a two minute walk away. I highly recommend happy hour at the nearby Mexican bar/restaurant.

They charge $10 per car to park there which wasn’t disclosed until I was at the property. At breakfast, they had one staff member for a very busy weekend who was doing the best she could, but she couldn’t keep up and when we got there to eat breakfast, they were out of eggs, waffle mix, oatmeal, and biscuits and gravy. Someone came to help her finally and they put out 1/4 as much as was needed. People were waiting for 20 min for food to be replaced and then they were going to close the breakfast. The pull out bed had no pillows in the closet and only one blanket. The toilet ran and had to be jingled to get the noise to stop. When I called for an extra blanket, she told me I had to come to the front office to get it. They have limited parking and by the time I got back from the concert, I had to park on the other side of the hotel from my room in a dimly lit area. I have no idea how it has the rating it does. The beds are comfy though!
