The hotel's accommodations and services were of the highest caliber. The staff exhibited exemplary professionalism and provided exceptional assistance. The breakfast area was meticulously organized, clean, and well-maintained. The only issue encountered was a malfunctioning outdoor pool heater, which unfortunately prevented me from utilizing the pool facility due to the cold weather conditions. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Service was good. But maintenance needs some assistance. We stayed for 6 days and elevator was broken. On the last day it was explained to me that maintenance company was coming from far away and they were unable to come service the elevator. There is an Odor in hotel that can irritate some. WiFi was horrible and I needed it.

This is a fair hotel for the price. The hotel grounds, building, and room was clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable with basically only a sheet on the bed. Parking is fair to be honest, the back parking lot was closed for renovations so I parked on the street during my stay. With that being said, I don’t think anyone would appreciate the paving company’s employee standing directly in front of your window while they work all day but realistically it happens. The walls are thin. You will be able to hear whatever video your neighbor is playing on their phone and the lady above you walking back and forth for hours while you are thinking to yourself what could they possibly be doing? The staff was friendly and I do like that there is only one entrance where you have to use your key to get in at night.

All went smoothley. Friendly lady checked us in. Very convenient parking. Room adequate and clean, bed comphey. Just no fridge and only ice on 1st floor. Some freeway noise...due to central location... But a great place to stay prior to an early am flight for us. I would return!

TO GET YOUR ATTENTION: over all stay was ok for for quick nap on a long road trip nothing more. We had out license plate stole off our car. The guy was at the parking lot when we arrived acted like he has been there for a while and owns the place. As we checked in got to our room I looked out the window he was parked behind our car messing around in his trunk. By the time I came out he was gone. Be aware as such people may be on this property

Checked in last night to a woman at the front desk her name started with a D. She was so kind and helpful and had amazing customer service. I really appreciated her. She made my experience great. The only downfall was at night the parking is really tight. There was two spots available when you pull in. The first parking spot I parked at was the last one on the left before you turn right to the other side of the building. I thought to back into the parking spot because it would be easier to get out. Once park I attempted to open my door and hit a giant rock that was place there. I rolled down my window to look down to see why I could not get out to see that giant rock. A guest was walking up the lobby and seen me roll down my window and mention that even she hit that same rock the same exact way. I was furious to be honest and we both scratched our vehicles due to that rock being there. I really hope they get that moved or removed before a real lawsuit becomes of if. Maybe the damages that may occur sign is referring to that damn rock.

Our first room has nasty carpet, it felt like it was dried out after being soaking wet. The TV didn’t work either. Our second room was a “suite” the entire floor smelled like cat pee. One of the cabinets in the room was broken. The pull out bed was extremely stained and didn’t have sheets on it.

The staff was nice and helpful. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. Sticky, stained, smelly. We had to put towels down to walk on the floor. People staying next door were smoking pot in the room and being loud last 10 pm. We had to call the front desk. They took care of it because it was quiet after that. Also, bathroom faucet leaked, otherwise bathroom was clean and bed were fine.

Highly do not recommend. Rooms are terrible, holes and stains all over the carpet, didn’t even look vacuumed, hair left on the CLEAN towels and a bug on the bed when we walked in!! Claims it’s all non-smoking but that’s all you smell in the whole building. Very loud location as it’s next to freeways and the airport which is the only reason we stayed. Checked in just before midnight and was out to catch our flight 5 hrs later otherwise we would have left and found something else.

The property was fine. The staff was fine. The room was fine. The internet didn't work. My computer would connet, then drop the connection. It would connect to the property network, but there would be no Internet connection. If having access to the internet via the property wifi is iimportant to you, then find another place to stay. I probably won't be back because it's too far from the place that I visit in Sac and the problem with the internet.

The lack of refrigerator and microwave really detracts from any stay beyond a day or so. The breakfast options and “dining” area leave much to be desired. Having the Black Bear and 49er diners near by is nice, but don’t expect much more than that without taxing the pocketbook.

I checked in late and I needed to use the Wi-Fi. It didn’t work. I called the staff and the answer sounded as if he’d told it to others before. He said to give it about 15 minutes because it might be heavy use right now. It was about 1am! So I did. Tried it again and still no WiFi. When I called back, I got no answer. It was as if the staff knew the WiFi wasn’t working and they didn’t care.

I didn't realize that the rooms I had booked didn't have a fridge in them. Lucky we had a cooler with us. The single queen room didn't leave much room to move around in, but the bed was comfortable. Easy proximity to the airport. Walls were somewhat thin as we could hear the noises coming from the other room. Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions.

The room was great!! Clean and comfy but the front desk wasnt the nicest or freindly at all! Wish i could have been accomadated for an early check in being it was 114 degrees outside but no and when did go to check in i needed a card with $150 for incidentals and could not check in without it wouldnt except and lower amout so went back out to the heat and then came to check in and the lady didnt greet or look anything of my presence stood there in front of her standing for a good minute which is kinda a long time really! But when got to room it was clean and felt good so.. Good job housekeeping

The service was great and staff was very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and the 2nd night the people in the room next to us were causing quite a disturbance in their room, the hallway and in the parking lot. I believe several othe guests complained and they were banned from the property. The staff definitely handled the situation and we were very grateful.

The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. From everyone at the front desk who I interacted with, to the continental breakfast server in the morning. I wasn't expecting any kind of service being that it was a budget hotel, but the staff pleasantly surprised me and went above and beyond. Kat served us our continental breakfast and was incredibly friendly and helpful!! She made our stay special. I will definitely be back!

I checked in at 5:00pm and had to wait about 20 minutes for my room to get cleaned. Then I extended my stay for 2 more nights and another $150 was taken from my bank account for another deposit. I'm still waiting to get my deposits back

They double charged me for the night and then told me they didnt. I showed them proof of the double charge (not a pending charge, posted charges) and still days and days later nothing! No apology, they havent refunded anything, i cant even get a response!

The staff no professional at all my check in was at 3:00 we have to wait after 5:30 because they don’t have enough people cleaning the rooms. For 2 days no coffee no juice for the international breakfast Not good at all Bad bad stay not again.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I read the reviews, that there was a bad smell and didn’t think much of it, but I now know what they meant. The entire place is covered in POT smell! It’s nasty! There are homeless people everywhere so getting good sleep was not possible because I was worried about someone breaking into my car! The breakfast was poor, they had nothing packaged eggs and a waffle maker and the coffee tasted like water. The room doors don’t open well, but once inside the tv doesn’t get many channels, the AC unit was VERY loud, one bed made so much noise when you moved but mine was comfortable. The shower was okay not the best water pressure. They gave little toiletries. If you stay ask for a room on the top floor because the walls are trash and you can hear everything and stopping all night. Again NOT worth the price. This was more like a motel 6 vibes!

The location to airport was very convenient. It was clean and staff friendly. It was not quiet. Lots of traffic noise and thin walls made sleep difficult. Not hotels fault that guests are not quiet. But, the hotel was nice and convenient, so I recommend it for a stay near airport.

Very clean, the only issue i had was it cost 35.00 to get a taxi to the airport. Didn't think it would cost that much. Otherwise very nice place and walking distance to Black bear diner.

Clean, quiet and comfortable… short drive to the city. Breakfast fare was decent, coffee was hot and kind of strong (I like that) and the service is great. Would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Sacramento.
