Solid room for the price. Well lit parking lot

Super clean and newly remodeled- no real extras or amenities like cream for the coffee pod or soft pillows. But super clean and newly redone and very good for the price

Super clean, however, walls are thin because you can hear everytime someone uses, toilet, faucet or showers. Tried to check-in 2:25pm but had to wait past 3:00 check-in time to get a room because room was still being cleaned? There were 1/2 doz rooms with doors open. Mgr closed doors at 3pm, then came back to office yo give us keys. No coffee at lobby, just K pod coffee in room.

The stay was great and super clean and silent, had a vending machine and a cafemaker in the room.

Had a lovely stay here for three days. At today's costs, this place is a bargain. The room, newly renovated, was immaculate and very well appointed. Over the three days, it was very quiet. In spite of location on a busy street, I always, as a single female, felt safe. There was little to no disturbing property traffic on any of the days I stayed. Though both rooms adjacent to mine were occupied, I was never disturbed. In fact, I only knew they were occupied due to the no vacancy sign. Better yet, no ridiculous "deposit", as many places now charge. While basic (no breakfast, gym, premium channels or laundry), it otherwise was definitely on par with the more expensive hotels in the area. The manager/owners were the best! Warm but professional, thoughtful and made certain my stay was comfortable and had everything I needed. If staying a few days, without a busy tourism schedule, it's a good idea to bring a portable DVD player and movies for entertainment, as I did. It would benefit the property to include some form of premium channels. That said, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! A very pleasant experience.

Room sheets had stains on the outside, otherwise sort of clean. Using those large pump dispensers for shower/shampoo/conditioner, it is filled but pump doesn’t really work.

Brand new room. Spotless with clean sheets, no smells, heater woejed with no smells or noises. Tv worked great. New appliances. Spitless bathroom!!!!! Clean floors & tables. Iutlets worked.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. What convinced us to book were the reviews mentioning that it had been recently renovated, and overall it did look updated. However, there were a few issues. The baseboard of the bed frame was peeling and should be replaced. When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty. We informed the front desk, and they took care of it right away, which we appreciated. Another concern was the large gap under the room door—you could see the outside lights shining through. We had to place a towel at the bottom to keep the cold air from coming in. Aside from these issues, we didn’t have any other problems during our stay. The hotel has potential, but a few fixes would make a big difference.

Staff was really nice the room was super clean it also smelled nice the pillows were real nice not like other places that give you a mean of cardboard to lay on this was a new experience for me thank you.

Floors were so dirty they left our socks black. Window slats did nothing to block out the very bright lights right outside the window.

Rooms have just been renovated!

Front desk was wonderful and very nice! Very clean room too! Very happy with the condition of the facilities. New renovations are great! Would have been nice to have had some place to hang clothes. There were two hooks but no closet or armoire for coats, and/or hanging up clothes. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was great and updated. Only issue was the wifi was spotty. It kept disconnecting or would be at 2 bars. Other than that, would definitely come here again.

This is a great place to stay. The location is very convenient. The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Room was clean, bathroom extremely clean but no light inside, had to keep the door open to use vanity light. Room was too bright for my taste, but otherwise, no noise all night at all, had all I needed for my stay, and felt safe too.

This is a lovely hotel, very conveniently located to Monterey and Salinas and so many beautiful places of interest. The staff is awesome. The rooms were clean and quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
