When asked the hotel provided. Pool and hot tub were nice but had lots of dirt/seed pods at the bottom. Pool towels were small and rarely stocked. Pool hours were great. Outdoor seating was great. Breakfast was typical and well stocked. Room was clean but we had 4 people and only 2 towels, when we called the front desk they brought more towels but we had to call every day.

The check in was quick and easy. The pool and common areas are nice for large groups. We came for the PGF nationals with our daughter’s softball team. Everyone was accommodated well. Breakfast was good and hotel was clean.

Pool/spa gross. Green/yellow algae. Un swim-able. First night TV did not work and staff could not fix or offer remedy. Rooms in big need of renovation. Would not book or recommend again. I took pictures of the pool/spa water condition.

The floors were so dirty. As soon as we took off our shoes we literally swept the floor with our socks. Once our socks were off our feet could feel the grime and dust. At checkout the front desk clerk said she couldn't do anything about adding our CHOICE reward points. It wasn't so much she couldn't do it, but the manner she provided the information.

Staffs are friendly, but the room- floor is not quiet clean, at night time take off my shoe about 5 minutes walked in the room I can see my feet looking black dark, it mean the floor is not mopping well during the cleaning process.

Don’t stay here. Lots of bugs in the room and spiders. Doors don’t seal and they crawl into room. The carpet was sticky and super dirty. Lots of families and kids running around with no supervision. Felt as if I was visiting my parents at their apartment in the hood. The trash cans outside overfilled and lots of nasty liquids ran down the walkways. The best way to describe this is lipstick on a pig.

Rooms are old , dirty and they small. price was still hight in cost.. Came to Irvine for my daughter's Vollyball tournament , stayed Thursday -Sunday. The floods left my kids feet and their socks black. Staff were great but the hotel rooms ar gross.. They gotta do better with deep cleaning. Would not stay again !!

This is the definition of a bargain hotel. Do not…repeat. Do not be fooled by the pictures. I feel like I got catfished. The pictures make the place look beautiful and when you pull up, the place is nice looking. However, we were put in the rooms in the back. The rooms were advertised as having a “city view“. A city view is a view of the massive power plant and Amazon trucks parked directly behind your room. It’s the kind of hotel where they don’t give you the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner… Rather, they refill a reusable (permanently attached) squeeze bottle that you can milk in your hands while showering. ONE BRIGHT SPOT… The continental breakfast was excellent. very good breakfast. That’s the best thing about this day. There are many other hotels close to it and we will be looking at them next time we’re in the area. It didn’t help that our next door neighbor had people knocking on his door all night. Felt sketchy and fishy. There's a quaint pool and jacuzzi in the middle of the complex that does look cute and inviting. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very nice and hard working people. In all, we’re never coming back but if you need a bargain (really need a bargain) roll the dice.

Good place close to SNA airport for easy travel for work in Orange and Santa Ana area. Room was tidy, fitness center on site, mini fridge and microwave, free parking and simple breakfast a perk. Wifi was really bad, made working in room difficult.

Very old. Looked nothing like the internet photos. Very limited area to put clothes. Had to tape the drawers as they kept opening. AC was poor. Shower was so loud in the bathroom and when the next room showered. Had no idea how to find a tv channel. The guide was no help. Room was very small and we will not stay or recommend it in the future.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. We were exhausted from the day, so I appreciate check-in being so quick and friendly. They were so gracious to offer shuttle service to the airport for our very early morning flight, which saved us both time and money. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the stay was good. We only asked our room be cleaned 1 time while we were there and that was done well. I used the business center one of the nights to get online and print some papers I had forgotten from home and that was a nice feature. My husband went down on our 6th night to try to rebook for another 4 days since we needed to extend the stay and was met in the office with a very rude gal at the service desk. He was asking what the rate was that we had paid, since I booked it online I guess she didn't have that information and said she didn't know. She gave him the rate that she could and he asked if she had applied a AAA discount and she told him she gave him a 20% discount, he asked if that was AAA and she barked that it was higher and did he want to book it or not? He was stunned at the response and paused since he was surprised by her attitude while trying to book again. She explained like he was a child that the AAA discount was less than what she was offering and slowly asked if he wanted to book the room as if he had a disability. He asked to speak to someone else and she responded with "sorry, I'm tired" He left without saying anything and I rebooked online. Appalling behavior, we spent over a thousand dollars staying 10 nights and not our first stay, will rethink another stay here. Would have happily rated the hotel with more stars, but she spoiled the ending for sure.

Our stay was for a weekend trip and it was great! Breakfast was simple an basic (for us) but it was excellent, staff and service were great. Front desk was very friendly and amazing, we needed maintenance for the room and they were on it right away! Everything about this stay made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. We had a total of 4 rooms and daily the keys were not working on any of them. To top it off we were on the 3rd floor meaning we had to keep going downstairs to get assisted. This happened to other guests as well throughout the hotel. We also arrived at the scheduled check in and the rooms weren't ready. I believe for the last room it was over an hour to be ready.

WORST experience ever. First of all, this place claims they have an airport shuttle service. This is not true. We got stuck at the airport after the front desk said we couldn’t get a shuttle because I hadn’t called 2-3 days in advance to book it. We had to take the family in a cab to the car rental place to get a car earlier than planned & paid an extra $250 for the car rental and $50 for the cab because this motel doesn’t have the services they claim. The front desk woman flat out refused to help when I had an issue with my card & needed cash. No ATM here & she was rude & treated me like a criminal for asking for help. I have not been treated this badly before in any motel I’ve stayed in. We arrived to a man trying to break into a truck in the parking lot. There is a large active homeless camp behind the motel. We were afraid to park our car there & couldn’t walk around alone. The photos of the “view” are not what you will get as a third party booker. The real view is of the homeless camp, industrial train tracks & a huge power transfer station. The rooms were gross. One toilet wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t flushing. The front desk said they didn’t have a plunger but they would move rooms. We decided to share room bathrooms instead but about 10pm a man came with a filthy plunger in a garbage bag & walked away. Maintenance won’t do their job. Floors are warped & moldy, walls are paper thin & there is no noise control. People yell all night long, no one slept.

This was absolutely terrible. The air in the room was dusty and thick. Hard to breathe. The couch cushions were torn and tattered. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He made me feel like asking for a pillow and blanket for my son was asking too much of him. When trying to get out of there to get a refund we litterally had to go to the office to tell the guy to answer the phone because Expedia was trying to call him several times. We walked in and he was sitting next to the phone ringing. Walked up to the counter and stared at him for a minute and he refused to acknowledge my presence until I spoke to him. One of the worst check in experiences I’ve ever had. The door to the room reminded me of a jail cell door. He watched and let my wife walk in circles looking for the elevator with a giant luggage cart full of stuff before she finally asked where to find the elevator. We will absolutely never be back

Good value for the money. Older facilities yet functional. Nice people. The problem is the safety! The industrial area behind the hotel is not safe. One night I heard gun shots at close range. In a radius of 1/2 mile from the hotel at gas stations and/or under bridges you see people begging. They most likely are drugs addicts. This is not unusual in most Californian cities unfortunately.

Very well managed and maintained. Great staff and breakfast. Questioned safety due to vagrants living at the adjacent railroad tracks, whom I did encounter the first night begging at the nearby Del Taco. No encounters after that. Security guard seems to help. Would definitely stay again. Pool and spa were highlights.

Location was right next to the airport electric company. I personally didn't mind the airport as the planes going by weren’t too noisy to me. I wouldn't book this hotel if you’re looking for nice views as our room had a view of giant electrical units. Hotel was very good for the price though. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Staff is very friendly. It wasn’t too far out of a drive to go to the spectrum center, mall, dining, zoo, and Huntington Beach. We very much so enjoyed our stay and spent most of the days out doing various activities.

Staff was friendly at check in and check out! Free breakfast was lovely with many choices like belgian waffles, bacon, eggs, and toast. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t feel like the leaking shower and bathroom door that didn’t close completely were dealbreakers. Overall a good stay for the price paid :)

From the moment we arrived, everything has been excellent. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were offered a choice of floors. The first-floor pool view is perfect. The pool and Jacuzzi were great fun for my family and me. I appreciated that the staff was promptly cleaning the Jacuzzi this morning. And the complimentary breakfast? Outstanding! A huge selection of waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, and coffee. It's been a wonderful start to our days.

We stayed at Comfort INN for few days. Breakfast was ok...it can use an improvement, more food choices can be offered. For people whom are vegetarian....there are not many choices. They need to spray outside of their property with insects repellent - my renter car vehicle was infected with ants on the last day that we were going ro return the vehicle. I was charged over $500 to cover the cost of ant damages. I don't think I should be responsible for this, since the property was not safe. I tried to explain to the renter car company about this but they refused to listen. I am not sure whatelse I will be charged for.
