Good clean place and very comfortable. I wish they had microwaves in the room however there is one on each floor which is ok. I also wish that the dining room had lunch options or premade lunch items. however there are fast food restaurants within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay and close to the airport a short Uber ride away. Just an fyi there is no shuttle but Uber/lyft works well.

The property had an 8 hour power outage and refused to allow us to move to a different hotel by refunded us for the remaining days of our stay. We were forced to stay there. And even though all the other hotels around had a backup generator, this hotel doesn't so if it rains, be prepared for a power outage.

My only complaint would be the whirlpool, the water was lukewarm and just not clean. Was so looking forward to being able to use it while we stayed but didn’t due to the condition. The property was very clean and well maintained and very close to airport!!!! Definitely will stay there again when in the area!

Only 1 elevator is working, the other elevator (close to the front desk) is permanent broken. Very inconvenient when our rooms were close to the broken elevator because the working elevator is on another wing of the hotel. I looked at the signs & sure the elevator is permanent broken, not temporary. Before booking this hotel, please think twice when you are hardly walking as me. Climbing to the top floor was terrible Experian. No fan in the washroom too.

The hotel is fine but, they do not offer shuttle services to the airport even though they’re in a cluster of hotels that anre very close to the airport. They told me that the service was recently dropped. Because I booked through a third party, I was not given the free water. Silly!

Had to get a new room because there was trash under my bed and food crumbs on the floor. The second room I got had dirty surfaces I ended up wiping down myself. That is the main reason for the overall score. My neighbors were incredibly noisy and slammed doors at all hours which was so annoying. Close to the airport but definitely not staying here again.

Room was clean and quiet from other rooms. The standard room was large enough and everything worked. Biggest downside is the ambient noise. The windows aren't very thick and there appears to be a gap between the two panels in the middle of the window. It sounds as if the window is open. Obviously this isn't the greatest thing when the freeway is nearby.

The check-in took little longer than I had anticipated, but both the owner/manager and employee at the front desk were courteous and kind. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the A/C was working fine. However, the view out the window wasn't the best. Overall, the noise was minimal, occasionally from the hallway, because the room was located far away from the pool. I had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door, and thus, the cleaning lady/gent came back later to clean the room. The breakfast was nothing fancy and pretty limited. Bottom Line: I would stay here, again for a short trip.

The hotel is located close to the highway, and even though we stayed at the back, it still felt quite noisy. It seems like the windows are not well sealed, causing a draft. The rooms are spacious, but the overall layout of the hotel is inconvenient. It takes a long time to walk from the lobby to the rooms. In the evening, when we wanted to have instant noodles, we couldn't find hot water anywhere in the hotel. There was no microwave in the room, and we ended up using a small microwave at the lobby entrance to heat up the noodles. Hilton hotels usually provide complimentary bottled water to guests, but Holiday Inn had none, which was not a great experience.

First, upon check in, I was the only person in the lobby standing directly in front of the front desk receptionist. She made zero eye contact or even acknowledged me standing there while she literally sat in her phone looking at social media. Stood there for 2 minutes until I had to ask her if I could check in. It’s like she was bothered I interrupted her screen time. Second, I paid for the included breakfast. I was not given any information on breakfast. I had to go back and ask if I needed anything for the breakfast. Then she looks up my reservation, doesn’t say anything and the. Fills out my cards to provide for the breakfast. No details in what time breakfast is served, etc. just poor service. Third, $10 for parking. Not sure why. It’s in somewhat of an industrial area. No gated parking, no parking garage. Just a basic parking lot at a Holiday Inn. Lastly, the shower was not clean.
